Take a look at this. I honestly think it’s healthier than just drinking plain water. As for how well it actually works, I do a 6 or 7-day Neri cleanse every few months to reset my system and finally get rid of those stubborn rolls around my waist. 😉
The weight doesn't come back if you maintain a decent diet. Your skin clears up, your complexion improves, and you don't even crave caffeine for a few weeks after finishing the regimen.

They’re actually quite comfortable for working out. 😁
Price was probably under $30, if I remember right.
Picked mine up yesterday for 10 bucks in New York🙂..
Bought an elliptical yesterday. Already put in two 30-minute sessions at medium resistance. If the intensity is too low, I feel like I'm just wasting my time. On the highest setting, though, I can barely last 10 minutes.😁
I’m really enjoying this piece of equipment, so I have to give steelpanther9 another quick thanks for the recommendation. Much appreciated.🙂
I’m torn... I can't decide between a stationary bike or a treadmill. Honestly, the bike seems like the more practical choice since I actually have the space for it here.😁 I just haven't figured out which one makes more sense long-term. At the end of the day, I want to buy whatever will actually get me off the couch and moving.
.. cooler weather is rolling in.. and I’m thinking about ditching my three weekly trips to the local gym and picking up a stationary bike or some similar equipment for home use instead. Look, I realize going to a fitness center is technically the "safer" way to exercise, but I have to make this change. Every time I work out, I sweat through my scalp, which inevitably triggers these massive headaches and colds. (And please, spare me the advice about just bringing a hairdryer along. I have quite a bit of hair, and drying it all takes forever) So.. what do you guys suggest I buy? It could be something from Dick's Sporting Goods, but it doesn't have to be specific
I'm dealing with the exact same thing🙂 but I’ve realized it isn't just limited to my chest... 😉 For instance, my glasses are always sitting slightly crooked on my face. It doesn't matter if they're brand new or years old🙂. So, I figured out that my left ear is actually set a bit higher than my right one.😉 😁 It’s not like it bothers me, though🙂 it’s just funny to think about. 😉
My favorite soda... My mom never made it, and honestly, nobody else in the family did either. It wasn't even something you could just pick up at the store, so it always felt like something special to me.
For the last three years, I've been making it myself following that original recipe.🙂 I usually whip up about 10 or 12 bottles at a time...🙂 delicious.🙂
Do you have a link to those betting odds results? I've heard a few things floating around... I'm curious to see how the entries from the US, Germany, and Ukraine are actually sitting.
Wait, isn't this Željko guy just some folk singer? And I mean that low-brow, country-western type... I've listened to a few tracks... things like "Nesta," "Rintam," and that one called "Telo Vreteno"... and honestly, 🙂 🙂 . Is he still churning out those catchy little tunes with easy-to-remember choruses?
brightscout63 said:The movie isn't bad, it just grated on me with its cheap philosophy and shallow emotions—especially that whole "Coelho-esque" bit about finding treasure. 🙂
That "alchemist in a minute" episode is more of a protest because that book became the most read thing in the country (I'm talking about the States)... that specific part seems to make the stance on the alchemist pretty clear... I don't follow your point regarding shallow emotions, though.... the emotions in this movie aren't shallow at all.
1. Talk to Her 2. The Pianist 3. Burning Patience 4. Little World 5. Finding Nemo😉 5. Cream and Jam
Man, my movie lineup this year has been incredibly thin... but I did manage to find a few films from the old American indie circuit that actually landed for me. I guess it’s just a matter of mindset...
Eh... there used to be The Doors and Haustor.. Now.. Cubism is from America.. the only question is whether they can actually be classified among American groups.🙂
If you can track down some vintage productions, I’d suggest using the film RAM for my lady's portrait. It’s a black-and-white piece directed by the late Mirza Idrizovic. It follows the coming-of-age journey of some teenagers (and, uh, other young folks...) under the guidance of a free-spirited artist. The movie is packed with genuinely clever moments and, compared to these modern "love-hate" romances, it's a complete breath of fresh air.
I haven't read the whole thread; I've been caught up in a bit of a rush... I hope what I'm about to say hasn't already been posted by someone else. If it has... my apologies... So, a few days before your period starts, you should drink nettle tea (I think that's the term we use here in the States). As for how it works—instead of facing endless pain on the first day, the sensation you feel after a nettle treatment is indescribably lighter... for example, I can actually go out for a run or ride my bike during that time. The only issue is that a slight ache can still be felt on the second day of the cycle (though for me, the pain is usually only on the first day).
Honestly, this works for me: dealing with two small bouts of discomfort instead of spending an entire day bedridden and moaning from the pain...
