I've got these super muscular calves 😢 At least my legs are long and lean enough to make it work, I guess But honestly, I look ridiculous in knee-length skirts I really want to slim them down So, give me and steelstag4 some ideas before we head out into the sun 🙂
I put my contacts in before I do my makeup It’s just easier that way.
Your vision is clearer, plus the lenses don't get messed up by mascara...
But honestly, whenever you wear contacts and makeup, there's always a catch. For me, my nightly routine involves driving alone in the dark, and then my eyes start watering... it hurts... and I end up slamming into a guardrail🙄 though I guess that hasn't happened to anyone else yet.😳
When you have herpes on your lip, wash your hands immediately after applying ointment because it spreads so easily. My friend was messing around with her back a few days ago and now she’s got it there 😢 and one time it even spread near her eye
I’ve got a 6mm hole in my heart, and my doctor is pushing for surgery. I saw a private cardiologist about it, and I heard the specialists over at the Mayo Clinic are top-tier, so I’m thinking about heading there to get a second opinion.
Does anyone actually know how this works? Like, they put some kind of umbrella device into the vein to plug the hole? That part didn't really click for me, so I'm going to grill my doctor again on Tuesday.
I might skip the surgery entirely, though I guess it's better to just deal with it while I'm still young. Who knows.
mistyhound2 said:Oh, I just love these kinds of "expert explanations."🙄
So why don't you explain to me, from a professional standpoint, what happens when a cardiac surgeon leaves surgical wire inside a patient and just stitches them up over it?
Then they spend the whole time convincing the patient that the pain is totally normal—even months later—when really, it’s all because of their own mistake, forcing them to undergo another open-heart surgery...
If that were your grandmother, I'd be dying to hear your expert opinion.
Everyone makes mistakes, sure, but this is straight-up negligence. And it's not even his first time; Dr. Jelic has a history of screw-ups in his career.
I’ve always wondered who actually pulls that stunt off 🙂 and honestly, my girlfriend gave me this look at the video store like she was totally lost... she actually asked if it was some new release she just hadn't heard about yet..
So, I just swung by the local video rental shop and of course they don't have that French movie
Does anyone here happen to own it? If so, please, please DM me🙂
I'm looking for both the first and second parts
I saw it ages ago—maybe back in 4th grade, then again in high school... I really want to have it in my collection
There's this one great song during the concert scene, but I have no clue who sings it. Does anyone know? Not that the music is why I'm asking, I just really need to find someone who has the movie at home
I've got this old stationary bike that’s about six years old now.
Two weeks ago, my sister decided to use it as a shelf, piling her stuff all over it until the whole thing was totally unbalanced... just so you know how much of a nightmare it is to ride now. It feels like I'm stuck in a permanent turn.😁
My calves are pretty ripped,😢 and I absolutely love cycling. Obviously, riding outside is better... but right now, I'm just staring out the window while pedaling indoors.😁
At least it's safe... I haven't had any close calls with street signs or light poles yet.😳
Jelich operated on my grandmother and left a wire inside her... when she complained about the pain a few days after the surgery, the guy—pardon me, the biggest idiot among the doctors—told her it was all in her head and she was just imagining things.
So they had to reopen her up... and sure enough, there was the wire right inside.😠 She didn't sue him... she's a tough old lady and didn't want the hassle, but if that had happened to me, I would have made his life a living hell.
My Grandpa is 80 and about to undergo heart surgery 😢
But he still hits the office every single morning; he lives for what he built... he still drives his car... it's just getting harder for him to walk... and his arteries are totally clogged 😢 It’s terrifying, I’m scared
Hey, I’m looking for some recommendations from women here who have dealt with HPV or are currently going through treatment. If you see a private gynecologist you actually trust, please let me know—you can also just shoot me a DM 🙂
I really need a clinic where I can go several times a week for treatment. Right now, my current clinic only has me scheduled once every 2 to 4 weeks, which isn't cutting it 😢
One woman on this forum mentioned her treatment for CIN I or CIN II only took about two weeks 😕 I can't remember her username, so if she happens to be reading this, please reach out
