Struggling to sleep? Any tips?
in Health ·
Alright,
The only real issue I’m having is actually falling asleep... once I finally drift off, I can sleep just fine. Usually, it takes me an hour or two to settle down, but lately, it's been taking way longer—like four hours of just tossing and turning in bed. Because of that, I’ve been staying up later, but once I'm out, I'll sleep for about 11 or 12 hours straight. It would all be great if I didn't have to get up early, because honestly, getting out of bed is a massive struggle... actually, it's impossible. I've been trying to force myself to wake up earlier for a few days now, but I just keep sleeping right through it. It isn't a matter of willpower, either—I genuinely want to get up, but I just can't. My eyes won't stay open and I'm just completely exhausted from the late start.
Is anyone else dealing with this? Any recommendations? Today I tried some valerian tea and whatever else they sell for sleep, and honestly, nothing worked... felt like I was just drinking water.
thanks!

I’m curious if anyone here has any actual experience with Eljug? A few girlfriends have raved about them—so I’m looking to see if the hype is real. I haven't had my first prenatal checkup yet, so I really want to find someone reliable. Ideally, I’d prefer a woman—mostly because I already deal with a bit of a phobia when it comes to gynecologists...

It’s basically an American story—high-society cats, an animal Olympics... you get the idea.
Hmm... what else was there?
Aladdin, Nightmare Before Christmas,
Ghost in the Shell,
Mulan,
Titan A.E.,
Akira.

Just finished watching... honestly, such a unique and striking film.
I’m actually curious about what would happen between those two—that’s the part I really want to see play out.👍

It’s definitely The Dark Knight
And I have to admit—Indiana Jones 2... a total waste of money

Ugh... I was actually going to lead with a quote from Rocky, but it looks like someone beat me to the punch... shoot.
Alright... let's try something else instead:
1. "Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're gonna get."
2. "All you of Earth - are idiots!"
3. "Dave, stop. Stop, will you? Stop, Dave. Will you stop, Dave? Stop, Dave. I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it."
4. "Roads? Where we're going we don't need - roads."
