I’ve only ever checked out the Riding on winds of eternity album by Dennis Fox5, but honestly? They aren't half bad.

By the way, I’m a woman, so all those guys arguing about whether this is "gay metal" or whatever just goes completely over my head... doesn't bother me one bit.

I honestly don't know where you guys are coming from, but growing up here in the States, we (meaning us women) basically grew up on a steady diet of nothing but horror movies. These days, the issue isn't with the women; the problem is the damn movies. Most of the modern stuff is just straight-up garbage.

Henry said:A "guy movie" is basically just any flick that women absolutely despise because of all the macho posturing and the total lack of an actual moral compass.

Exactly. Let’s just strip away that whole "moral lesson" nonsense and leave us with nothing but pure, unadulterated macho posturing. That's the good stuff. So, let's skip the laundry list of cheap horror flicks and mindless action movies. And honestly, what kind of moron actually claimed Dirty Harry was a "masculine" movie? Give me a break.

When it comes to Ballads, the movie is just unwatchable—especially the sequel. Honestly, regardless of who you ask or what your preferences are... it’s just not a good example of cinema.

James Bond. A total guy's movie, through and through.

general Martok said:Do you guys remember that 1976 SF flick "Logan's Run" starring Michael York? Man, that movie was—and still is—genuinely great. I’ve sat through it two or three times now. It’s about this young guy and girl trying to escape a futuristic society and head out into the wild just to dodge this horrific law where everyone over 21 is forced to die.

They’re actually filming a remake next year, and Bryan Singer is at the helm—you know, the guy behind "The Usual Suspects," the "X-Men" trilogy, and that upcoming "Superman Returns."

On top of that, like we talked about before, Singer is a massive Star Trek fan and he’s dying to direct Star Trek XI. Some people are whispering that it might happen right after "Logan's Run," but honestly, there hasn't been any official word on that yet.

I'm honestly curious to see if this movie ends up being any good or just another total bust.

It’s honestly wild that anyone actually caught sight of Tom Cruise. Major props to you for noticing!

What an absolute dumpster fire of a movie!!!! They completely butchered their own sacred lore—the whole Vampire thing is just trashed now. A total disgrace.

We'll just have to wait and see how this plays out. Either it’s going to be a massive hit or a total disaster.
