Well, I’m starting to realize it now... blaming my surroundings? Honestly, I could come up with a whole list of reasons why. But that just doesn't feel right, does it? Blaming myself... yeah, that’s what I end up doing. Even though I really thought I'd outgrow it by now.

Just moments... hm, just moments... those fleeting minutes... who knows? So much of it just slips into the subconscious.

Then, we get angry;
We feel sick to our stomachs;
We fall into a deep depression;
But that anger from the injustice? It just sits there, building up, just waiting for the moment to Erupt……

Hmm. I’m with you on those first four steps. But, maybe… maybe step five leads somewhere else? Maybe it turns into passivity? Or guessing games? Just swallowing it all down and sweeping it under the rug? We might even find ourselves making peace with pessimism—just leaning into that sense of total indifference.
