Chris Robinson25 said:It’s actually Saturday the 25th, not the 24th. 😁 Don't throw people off! 😉

I went ahead and fixed that in the meantime... honestly, I don't have my calendar right in front of me... so I'm just typing this from memory {sometimes I move a little too fast for my own good}

What if we headed over there this Saturday, April 25th, around 4 PM? Sound like a plan?

So, mark your calendars! April 25th, a Saturday, is our next chance to get together.
We’ll probably aim for an afternoon meetup, maybe around 4:00 or 4:30 PM? We'll nail down the exact spot in the next few days.

We’ll be getting together very soon! Once we get enough people on board—maybe in about two weeks or so?

Are you looking forward to spring or anything?
Are you excited about hearing some great music?

Do you ever find yourself daydreaming about your big goals?

I really hope you find a creative outlet soon, because you seem like someone with a ton of potential!

You've got a point there. We'll just focus on the bigger picture instead.

We’re having a little get-together tomorrow at 3:30 PM right by the main monument.

So, here's the deal: we're hanging out this Wednesday afternoon, August 18th, somewhere around 3:30 or 4:00 PM.

Man, it was honestly such a blast. Seriously, way too good! And we definitely need to get together again soon because hanging out is just the best.

That weather report was spot on!

Change of plans, though. Let's just meet up at 5 PM by the horse statue in downtown Chicago.
So, I’ve been diving deep into all this talk about karma lately, and honestly? It just started creating more confusion than anything else.

Genes? Well, if you ask me, they don't carry nearly as much weight as scientists like to claim, though there’s probably some level of influence there. But how much? That’s the thing. It really depends on the person, and let's face it, people always feel this innate urge to push their own opinions on everyone else.

I’d say genetics play a role when it comes to how we look physically, but when it comes to our actual behavior patterns? The impact seems way smaller.

A rival firm...

For all the newcomers joining us, if you’re getting hung up on that monument over by the Main office and can't quite figure out which crew is the right one to work with... just go for it and ask!
If you find yourself running more than ten minutes behind, shoot me a DM so we can hash out the details privately.

The Ghostbusters, just a quick heads-up, it’s not really about being anti-social.

Anyway, I just got word that the weather is supposed to be gorgeous, which basically means it's the perfect excuse for a long walk and a coffee.

We usually hang out right in the heart of Chicago. Honestly, the years don't really matter, but most of us are somewhere between our 20s and late 30s.

We typically gather in groups of four to six. Our little tradition is to meet up at least once every three weeks.
We'll touch base a few days beforehand to set a time, and I always try to make sure at least three people are definitely in for that slot.

It’s mostly weekend afternoons, though sometimes we’ll grab a spot on a weekday afternoon too. When the weather gets chilly, we end up sitting over coffee for three or four hours straight. Once the warmer weather hits, we start thinking about combining a walk with our coffee—maybe even some sports if we're feeling adventurous—just to soak up the sun.

So, anyway, welcome! It would actually be great to get something on the calendar for a new meetup very soon.

Tomorrow at 4, meet me at the Main Code Monument. I've been chatting way too much over on Hazel lately, so I totally forgot to mention this!

Sounds good, I'll swing by this Saturday.

Maybe we can grab a quick coffee Thursday afternoon too? Probably around 4:00.

It’s going to be a little get-together! We'll see what works best for everyone, and then hopefully we can nail down a good time.
Why do some people just cave to peer pressure? in Psychology ·
bluepanther8 said:Because, honestly, it’s just easier to give in than it is to actually put up a fight.

But honestly? Sometimes even giving in isn't that simple. It usually stems from these deep-seated habits we've picked up over the years. You see it in how people react to you, too. Plus, there's that whole cycle of just guessing what's going to happen or putting things off until later. Doesn't it always feel like that?

Ghost isn't going to make it today after all. Since the others haven't weighed in yet, we’re pushing things back.

Man, I really hope we get some folks interested in one of the upcoming weekends soon. Honestly, a weekend just seems like a much better call, don't you think?
