If you're hunting for the best deals on wedding bands, you'll find the most affordable options at that jeweler over in Emerald, or perhaps at that little boutique shop right across from Peter Pan's place. 🙂
I honestly have no idea how many people actually helped themselves... :P There was still one extra platter left, and if my math is right, we’re talking about maybe 50 mini cupcakes plus the large cake... People were definitely digging in, but I ended up with two little ones left over and the entire top tier—minus that one slice we snuck earlier, of course... I paid $333 😍
I realized I still owe everyone my cake review 😍 —just a little late to the party, I suppose—but I wanted to circle back and share some praise. 😁 http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...757363383.jpg/

I’m looking for wedding decor—you know, things like cheap ribbons, organza, bows, and that sort of stuff. People usually suggest making DIY decorations for the aisle, but honestly, traveling all the way out there feels like a bit much.
If you head across from the market, there's a small side street, and you'll find another shop tucked away on the right side of that alley. 😉
I figured I’d jump in here with a quick declaration regarding the dessert situation... we opted for a venue that was essentially a blank slate—just an empty hall without any catering, tableware, or anything else provided... And once we finally tracked down a caterer, she gave us her take on the sweets; she mentioned that she would handle all the paperwork and sign off on everything, including both her own selections and my bridal cake choices... well, that's just how we're handling things—everything will be officially documented on paper.😉
jadeskipper85 said:Taylor Kelly2, I was at Target in the mall today looking at wedding figurines $8.25. They have those cute little miniatures for $1.25, plus various other wedding decor at decent prices. I picked up a white heart with a green wreath and white roses, and grabbed three yards of organza in my color for $2.75 (most stores charge about $2.25 per yard) .... yeah they also have table cards with gold and silver patterns... 20 pieces for $2.75 🙂 something like this http://www.google.com/imgres?start=16...,r:2,s:168,i:9
I was actually in that area over the weekend and didn't spot them at all 🙂
Does anyone happen to know where I can pick up a wedding cake topper in Indianapolis? 🙂 I’m heading out there tomorrow, so I’d love to know what to look for.
I honestly don't think they’d even bother delivering it—the distance is just way too much 🤷 Ah... that's always how it goes for me. I live in a tiny town and end up wanting something that girls living in Washington, D.C. or other major cities take for granted—you know, things that are just totally normal for them... 😢
😂 Maya knows... 😁 not really, Angela Martin2... 😘 a friend of mine is also quite the expert when it comes to baking cakes and pastries—hopefully, she'll be ready to whip something up... 🤷
I knew exactly what I wanted from the start—I just haven't figured out who's actually going to build it for me yet. 🙂My dad put together the stand itself, 😍 but now comes the hard part: finding the right person for the job. 😢 http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...hitetower.jpg/
I can't help but feel a wave of melancholy whenever I stumble upon this thread🙂 it’s just that I don't have any cookies to my name, let alone a wedding cake🙂
I have to weigh in on the situation regarding the hotel in Indianapolis... those wall colors just don't sit right with me at all. 🤷 As for the tables, there isn't much I can do to help you there—you might want to try looking for options in Columbus or maybe Pittsburgh instead. 😉
