The pain has become significantly more manageable since I started taking birth control pills.
During my cycle, I maintain my usual daily shower routine.🙂
My hair washing habits remain completely unchanged as well.
The only thing I skip is my bodyweight training, simply because running or walking feels uncomfortable during that time, and frankly, I just lack the motivation.🤷
Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love😢
Back in the day, Robbie Williams
And some of our old favorites from those classic US pop compilations
Exactly what ST! said. My only disagreement is the timeline; I don't think it'll take three years. I watched HBO, and honestly, she wasn't anything special—it actually took me a moment to remember she was "that blue-haired woman."
Even if she possessed actual vocal talent (which I’m not claiming she does), she wouldn't stand a chance in the American market. Maybe she could pivot to novelty songs, but then again, you don't even need a good voice for that.
While I found her likable enough, unfortunately, just like all those other contestants from HBO, they were nothing more than fleeting talents on Story. I can barely even recall the name of that show anymore—which just goes to show how little people actually remember about things like that. They had their fifteen minutes of fame, and they'll rarely ever see anything beyond that.

You described them perfectly. 👍I don't like them either. I haven't even heard most of these supposed "hits." People barely listen to Beyoncé anymore; she’s starting to get on everyone's nerves, and Umbrella is heading down that same path. As for the rest, I have nothing to say.
Some songs just have staying power. They aren't just seasonal hits; they are tracks you find yourself returning to year after year without fail.😉
I didn't find Rihanna all that irritating until they started playing her on every single music channel. No matter where I tune in: Rihanna.😠
For heaven's sake, give me a break.😳
None of those☕.
A poll like this should include a "nothing to declare" option.
I wouldn't go so far as to say psychology is nonsense. It isn't. However, the more you analyze yourselves, the more you'll start feeling like something is fundamentally broken within you (though some people actually interpret it as everything being perfectly fine)
. As for reading those psychology books, you'll find yourself identifying with every second ailment mentioned. You'll convince yourself you have them, even when you don't.
Stay positive. But don't force it. If it doesn't come naturally, just aim for realism. Or consider and both the positive and negative consequences of any given situation. Nothing is ever purely bad. The world isn't black and white; it's gray. Just try to be realistic.
Before you spiral into panic or hysteria, sit down, lean back against something, and count to ten (or use whatever calming method works—slow your breathing, repeat multiples of two, etc.) and think about—or better yet, write down—the actual reasons why you are upset. Then, attempt to find solutions to those worries.
Remember, you are the one responsible for changing yourself. Psychologists and psychiatrists are there to help, guide, offer advice, and talk things through. They calm you down and assist in resolving psychological issues. Some people can handle this alone; others need assistance. Sometimes, taking medication (prescribed by a doctor!) is necessary for recovery.
Change will eventually come. Work on yourself.
I watched it! It was great, even if it ran a bit too long
I voted for Independence Day. It’s such an incredible movie! My absolute favorite part has to be that scene where Will Smith takes down the alien and then just keeps kicking him while saying, "No, I'm not mad." The whole film is solid from start to finish.
I have a simple passion for cinema. I lose myself completely in the experience
It’s quite engaging
Much like reading novels, graphic novels, or newspapers... or even listening to music... all of these pursuits stem from the exact same motivation
The Imgur site doesn't look anything like what was described in the first post anymore. I am completely lost. How am I supposed to upload an image now? Help, please.
