That fish soup is just a nationalist who never really said it out loud... I doubt he’d ever show up here... what would he even sing about regarding two travelers heading toward Miami... oh well, my friend from Chicago.... For his gig, I'm putting on my black tuxedo even though it's getting a bit small, and I'm shaving my head for the fight.....Oi!
I don't feel the need to respect someone else's lack of musical taste
To me, it all comes down to what resonates personally... if something hits the right note for me, then it’s good, but if others find joy in things that I simply can't connect with, why should I be bothered by their preferences?

Isn't it true that no religion in the world truly offers liberation, given how they all seem to function by imposing endless rules and restrictions? Doesn't every faith eventually resort to those same old patterns—telling you what you can or cannot do, or using the threat of missing out on heaven as a way to keep people living in constant fear and anxiety?
Jose Chase2 said:Following that line of reasoning, I guess the KKK is fine too, since you won't find any Black people at their rallies.👎
Is it possible that even the KKK could be considered acceptable as long as they stay within the bounds of free speech? Of course, physically attacking or killing people is never okay, but why shouldn't an individual be allowed to hold hateful views toward Black people if that is simply how they feel? Is it wrong just because it feels wrong? It seems pointless; people can hate all they want, provided they don't resort to violence.
I personally wouldn't ban anything.
While Marilyn Manson doesn't go around burning down churches, if someone finds a cross offensive, why shouldn't they be allowed to insult it or express themselves similarly? I find myself constantly criticizing those religious zealots whenever the opportunity arises, yet I never try to stop them from believing whatever they choose, so why should Catholics be allowed to target him through baseless campaigns when they are just as guilty of intolerance?
Jose Chase2 said:What’s really the issue here? If someone is performing provocative acts using a cross, of course they're going to offend some people's sensibilities.🙄 🙄 🙄
But whose sensibilities are we even talking about? The people who actually bought tickets to see the show aren't bothered by it, are they?
And those who might feel offended aren't at the concert anyway; they're probably off somewhere else praying...
The only ones who might take issue are the police, but even among them, isn't it possible there are "Satanists," atheists, or Muslims who simply don't care about the symbol of the cross? And even if he said something particularly edgy, the cops speak English, right?

If anyone happens to know any films with themes similar to the Iron Cross, would you mind sharing those titles? I would truly love to watch them. 🙂
You have Stalingrad... that one tells the story from the German perspective and it’s a fantastic film, released back in 1988... I believe the Iron Cross came out in 1977.
From the German side, there is also Das Boot, though that focuses on submarines rather than the Eastern Front.
In that final scene where Cage passes away, right as the screen fades to white and the word "dead" appears, does anyone else notice him blink just for a second?
Has anyone else had a chance to watch it lately? I just finished it recently and found it to be quite wonderful... it even features a cameo by Newt Gingrich at the end.
Does anyone know of a movie featuring better aerial combat set during World War II? I found the dogfights and the attack on the harbor to be decent enough, but the romantic subplot was just terrible, And everyone seems to complain about the blatant American patriotism, especially since the film centers on Pearl Harbor... isn't a patriotic surge expected from a story like that? As far as I recall, Doolittle was a real person and they actually did launch those raids against Japan... someone earlier claimed otherwise, but at the end of the day, they won the war, so why shouldn't there be a little dramatization? If I were in their shoes, I'd probably do the same. May the Force be with you..
