Slightly elevated temperature in Health ·
🙂 I went through the exact same thing. My temperature would hover right around 99.2 or 99.4 degrees—just consistently high for months on end. Everything else came back perfectly normal. I had my lungs checked out, ran blood tests (my lymphocyte count was slightly elevated), but honestly, during that stretch, I was an absolute wreck—constant, crushing stress. So, I’m fairly certain that low-grade fever was just my body reacting to the anxiety. Eventually, I just got tired of the endless Googling and the constant cycle of testing, so I called it quits. I haven't touched a thermometer since—and that was seven years ago. Believe me, it turns into a total obsession, and once you start obsessing, your nervous system takes over and starts driving those numbers up even higher.
Psoriasis [PLEASE READ FIRST POST!] in Health ·
How do you actually tell the difference between psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis? I'm wondering if psoriasis can actually clear up or recede just by using an anti-dandruff shampoo—or if what my husband had was just seborrheic dermatitis that happened to vanish after he started using Ultrex shampoo.😕
Living with Lymphoma in Health ·
🙂Does anyone actually know what "tissue-type lymphoma" means? A friend of my mom's is dealing with this—specifically, she wrote down "leukemic tissue-type lymphoma."
You can go years without a single symptom—just living your life—until the disease is fully developed and has already started tearing through your internal organs. Honestly, what exactly is there to be afraid of? Are you keeping a pack of unvaccinated, filthy strays around the house, or maybe you’re out here eating raw meat and unwashed salad every day?😉
It’s either low blood pressure or a dip in your blood sugar—though honestly, it could just be stiffness in your neck and spine causing poor circulation, preventing enough blood from actually reaching the brain. Get moving. GIMNASTICS!🙂
Can you overdose on spirulina? in Health ·
The instructions clearly state a daily dose of three to six tablets. I just started taking them about five days ago—nothing to report yet, obviously—so I haven't really seen any noticeable results. Why are you all using this? Is it just a general dietary supplement for you, or are you specifically targeting immune support? How long have you been on it? Typically, the protocol is a three-month cycle followed by a break.🙂

Brenda Martinez said:I haven't had any hands-on experience myself—that kind of gear is a bit out of my price range right now—
but I did some digging into it back when I first heard about it.
It’s a solid piece of equipment, though it feels more geared toward professional settings—think high-end restaurants or dental offices and stuff like that.
Honestly, it’s the same old story we saw with personal computers...
There was a time when certain medical devices or procedures were strictly reserved for hospitals and specialized clinics, but now everything is being pushed down to the consumer level. It all boils down to the same principle: you get what you pay for. Just look at how blood pressure monitors used to be something only doctors handled—it takes time for new tech to become "mainstream." My rule of thumb is pretty simple—if it's being utilized at the industrial or clinical level (hospitals, HVAC systems, heavy industry), then it's legitimate; anything else is just a matter of how much cash you're willing to drop.

Thanks for the reply; logically speaking, that's exactly how it should work.👍

Absolutely.

I specifically asked for an answer from someone who actually knows what they're talking about—I really don't need the irony.

Rachel Brooks63 said:Why on earth would anyone actually want ozone in their drinking water? 😕

Well, there are plenty of practical reasons—mostly involving its properties as an oxidizer—like killing off bacteria, keeping produce from rotting too quickly, neutralizing chlorine, getting rid of funky smells, and treating raw water supplies... But what I’m actually curious about is whether there's any truth to those claims floating around—you know, the ones suggesting scientists found that cancer cell activity slows down after exposure to ozone?
Cancer in Americans in Health ·
There have been five cases of the exact same type of cancer in my family—it’s hard to ignore the pattern. From what I can gather through the legal proceedings, genetics seems to be the primary driver here, with everything else just following suit. That said, I’m a firm believer that if you actually know what you're up against genetically, you can take certain preventative steps—as much as it's within your control. Diet, specific vitamins, green tea... maybe, just maybe, those things can hold their own against a bad genetic hand.

🙏 I’d love to get some honest perspectives on water ozonators. Does anyone here actually use one—or have you ever owned one? I see plenty of people out there championing them, but then I stumble upon threads in forums like this where others are dead set against the idea—mostly due to the fear that if the unit malfunctions, you could end up with an uncontrolled ozone leak in your kitchen. I’ve been thinking about picking one up, but I have to admit, the safety aspect gives me pause. Could someone walk me through how these things actually function? Thanks.
