The full-day option was this specific way they organized everything where you’d basically have two different teachers looking after the class, and the schedule was all mixed up—like, you’d have an hour of actual lessons, then an hour of playtime, then back to a lesson, and so on.
Then there was the after-school thing, which was more just hanging out in the classroom once the regular school day wrapped up; you'd be with whatever teacher was on duty, just grinding through homework and stuff.
I ended up being in the full-day program for my first four years of elementary school (though even then, I’d still beat my parents home most days, since they wouldn't get back until around 5:00 PM and my grandma lived way across town—I'm guessing that was pretty unusual back then, because whenever I read these old threads, everyone talks about how their parents were pulling into the driveway by 3:00, but mine definitely weren't 😁).
Honestly though, I wonder if anyone even does that old-school full-day style anymore?
Sure they do—just head down to Seattle!
It drives me absolutely insane when people don't even bother to shake off their shoes when it's raining outside!!
I swear, I spend every single morning scrubbing the entire apartment, and then by nightfall, I’m right back where I started!!!
At least when it’s pouring rain
Munchmallow—hands down the best candy ever made...😍😍
Still think Kinder Pingui hits the spot too..
(I think I got the name right, Nicorette)
Has anyone actually used these, or are the patches better for quitting?
Asking for my dad—he’s been smoking for 35 years and finally wants to quit, so we're trying to figure out how to help him out...
If you've got any real experience with this, let me know..

Thanks... I honestly thought it was gonna be way more expensive. Sweet.
What’s the damage for an ER visit if I don't have health insurance??
I need to see a doctor, but since I'm uninsured, should I just head to the ER or try my primary care physician?? How much is one exam and a prescription gonna run me?
thanks
Look, you've got my support too..
One day it just clicked for me—suddenly decided I was done with the old me, started today, and actually stuck to it..
I dropped 13 kg using UNk (and no, don't go thinking I'm pushing UN on you)..but honestly? I finally feel happy and satisfied with myself..Now, if I gain even two pounds, I drop it immediately because I am never letting myself look like a total wreck again..
Good luck, and just take it slow..
Kid’s dealing with brutal migraines—using homeopathy right now. I mean, idk if it’s doing much for the immediate hits, but for the long game? It’s been perfect. He used to get hit once a week; now it’s maybe once every three months. And honestly, they seem to be spacing out even more the longer he sticks with it..
Really feel for you, Lola..😘
So, did Jacques actually lose weight—like, a whole single pound?🤣
