But what I did notice was how the moment the ice finally cracks the windshield, the hail just stops instantly—it’s like the rest of the storm just vanishes from the scene. You know? It's almost as if God was aiming at him, let loose until he hit his mark, and then just called it quits. 🙏

Then you have Alex getting all emotional because the guy died, stepping out of the car (you can still see the body in the driver's seat), comforting the pregnant woman, and then heading right back to sit in the driver's seat... and suddenly, the guy is just gone. Like, nowhere to be found. 😁

🤣

I remember it. 🤣Part of me really wants to go back and watch it again, maybe catch some other subtle detail that I missed the first time around. 🙏

That's their whole gimmick... using a similar title

Well, I guess we dodged a bullet since we just downloaded the movie instead. I was curious to see what everyone was saying about it, so I took a look at the reviews a moment ago. Some people are absolutely livid because they went out and bought the DVD thinking it was actually good🤣 Those folks are really getting screwed😁

By the way, the critics over in the UK gave this thing a zero out of ten😢

So, did you actually end up watching it? 🙂

rowdyotter25 said:Honestly, that entire sequence is pure gold. 🤣

They’re out here trying to date gold using the first C14 method
And then there’s that absolute masterpiece of "deduction"—truly the peak of cinematic logic. 🙂

I also loved the photographer, who acts all hesitant about getting involved with this madness, only to completely flip his stance in the very next sentence without anyone even prompting him.

It feels like the filmmakers just wanted to churn out some evangelical flick and were scrambling for ways to make it hit the mainstream. Then someone had that brilliant idea: "Hey, let's title it after the 2012 Mayan prophecies; people are obsessed with that right now!" So they just forced the whole Christian narrative into a story about a Mayan prophecy and called it a day.

And you always find a handful of idiots (us included, let's be honest) 🤣 who fall for those cheap tropes every single time. 😂😂

There's a great little moment where Alex is driving through that storm. It's pouring rain and snow, but when you look through Alex's rear window, there isn't a single drop hitting the glass. 😲 Not a thing. 😲 It's almost like the car and Alex are just collectively rejecting the weather. 🙏 🙏

🤣

Man, it’s tough to pick just one because there are so many beautiful moments in this movie... 🤣 but here goes: like I mentioned before, when that guy is trekking through the woods toward the pyramid—that weather is wild, yet there isn't a single drop of rain and snow on them.
It’s actually quite noticeable that the rain is falling between the camera and the actors. 😁

I have to admit, that scene involving half of America that lasted only a few seconds was incredibly well done. 🙏

And honestly, the plot was just all over the place... 🤣 the part where I was truly left staring wide-eyed was near the beginning, during the earthquake, when they find that cross with Jesus and then comes this:

In the lab, the woman looking at the computer says that the first C14 method proves the cross dates back to 300-600 years before Christ.
Then someone else asks: Does that prove the Mayans had crosses?
And the third person replies: No, it proves that Christians discovered America before Columbus. 🙏🙏 😂

rowdyotter25 said:I was honestly just left speechless. But look, there are some priceless little gems in this movie: for instance, how every single character in a total panic starts shouting stuff like "my gosh" or "oh my goodness." It’s like the director felt too embarrassed to even write characters who would swear by God's name for no reason. 🙂

Then there’s that happy reunion at the end where the picture slows down, they hug, and the credits start rolling.

That scene in the ambulance while they're driving and talking—it’s clearly filmed on a set, and my favorite part is how they just shake the camera up and down to make it look like they're actually moving. 😁

element - rain and snow 🤣

Oh, absolutely, that snow scene. 🤣 It’s pouring snow, yet these two are dressed for summer and stay perfectly dry the whole time. 🤣 🤣

And don't even get me started on the scene when the flood finally hits. 🤣🤣

I have to admit, I’m actually a little embarrassed that I sat through that movie over the weekend 🙈 🤣

Fuck, I honestly can't remember the last time I watched something this bad. It felt like the entire thing was shot inside some tiny, cramped studio set instead of anywhere real 🤣
Before I even hit play, people kept telling me there were these incredible scenes in it—you know, stuff about how water traveled all the way to Tibet and things like that. Ari spent the whole runtime waiting for just one scene like that, but absolutely nothing of the sort ever showed up 🤣 and as for action? There is zero 🤣
I genuinely struggled to get through it, but I somehow forced myself to watch it until the very end 😢
Jeremy Baker6 said:The headline pretty much sums it up. Why on earth do girls do this?

I honestly think most of them are just driven by pure curiosity—you know, just wanting to see what it’s actually like to be with a woman and how that dynamic differs from being with a man.
Some people find they actually enjoy it and decide to keep experimenting. 😳 😁

Then you have the ones who aren't doing it out of curiosity at all, but rather because they're just following a trend. It feels like over the last few years, it's become incredibly mainstream for girls to try things out with each other. 🤷

Well, damn...
I mean, who actually takes the time to look at the fine print and see what other options are available?😢

Anyway, thanks. I’ll know better for next time if things go sideways again.

Megan Diaz33, honestly, I actually went to change my password, but then I just gave up. I figured, screw it—read whatever you want and say whatever you want if you manage to hack in. 🤣🤣

I definitely jumped a little when I first saw this today. Now, though? It’s all kind of hilarious. 🤣 🤣

Thanks 😉

I think I jumped even harder than you did. Because of their sheer stupidity, I ended up deleting almost all my private messages 😠 🤣 before finally deciding to change my password.
After that, I was going around everywhere trying to get someone to find out who was responsible. 🤣

It was such a huge weight off my shoulders—like a massive Stone being lifted—once I heard it was actually on them.

Don't mention it 🙂

The exact same thing happened to me—same date, same IP address as yours 🙂
It was that day when they were spending the entire morning doing maintenance on Reddit, so who knows what kind of mess they made behind the scenes while they were at it.🙄

I panicked just as much as you did that day, thinking someone was hacking me, so I immediately went ahead and changed my password to something thirty characters long just to be safe. 🤣

Here’s what it looked like on my end:

I suppose I’ve just been drifting through these last few days without much of anything to latch onto—no inspiration, no drive, just a total lack of mental momentum. It’s that strange, hollow sensation where even my most vivid thoughts feel muted, like I’m watching a movie with the sound turned all the way down. I can't quite put my finger on why the spark has gone out, but it's certainly unsettling. It feels less like being tired and more like being empty. kaže:
I’ve got a new album on my hands... 😁... man, things are looking good!

I have to admit, it’s a little embarrassing. As someone who considers themselves a massive New Kids on the Block fan, I still don't actually own one of their albums. 🙈
I am going to go download that RIGHT NOW!!!

"Please don't go girl..." uuuuu baby! 🙂

Ugh, Joe was always my absolute least favorite. I always pictured myself being more into Elvis Presley. 😳

I found myself thinking about them a few days ago, and honestly, I think I wasted half a day just sitting there listening to their discography 😍
And that new track, summertime, is absolutely fantastic... 😍 though, to be fair, even if they released something totally mediocre, I’d probably still think it was great just because it's them... ahhhh 😍

How many users are actually on Microsoft? in Miscellaneous ·
It’s just too much. Honestly, I rarely even bother logging into Microsoft because I can't stand that moment when you finally open the app and suddenly fifteen or twenty different windows just start popping up in your face.

If anyone is running short on cash, I'm happy to lend you a few bucks. 🤷
