Formal complaint and feedback regarding Eve's moderation in Feedback & Suggestions ·
hollowtrucker77 said:granitemarlin77, quit playing.

Look, don't give me that crap either.
First off, read what happened before I even opened my mouth. I get it—you're sticking up for a buddy—but try being objective for once and actually look at the facts.
Check the thread history and see how people were acting—jumping into private chats just to troll, spit venom, and throw insults...

If a mod like Eve calls my place a "green bakery," that's an insult. Period. And if they're egging everyone else on to do the same? That's crossing a line.

Nobody insulted your house. If you're gonna post pics, you gotta accept that not everyone is gonna love them.
I said that right when I posted the photo. I'm not looking for a standing ovation, and frankly, I don't care if people dig it or not. But nobody gets a free pass to be insulting, and nobody gets to call me an idiot. No way.
hollowtrucker77 said:So someone doesn't like what you made and they said it. What's your problem with that??

That’s fine, and that’s not even the point—which I’ve already said plenty of times here. I'm not playing games, and I don't need your sympathy or any of that other garbage you're hinting at.
Whether I like something or not is one thing, but calling it a "green bakery," a dump, or an idiot's work? No. Nobody has the right to do that—not a mod, not an admin, not some random user. It doesn't matter who they are.
You could post a picture of your living room or your bathroom... I might tell you, "Hey, I wouldn't do it that way," or "Maybe try this instead..." but I sure as hell won't call it a trash heap or a joke, and I won't encourage others to join in. That's straight-up disrespect and provocation.
If you have even half a brain, you'll see why that shouldn't be okay. Nobody gets to talk to people like that—even if they're living in a cardboard box or a van on the street.
Hope you get the difference now.☕

Amanda Palmer37 said:you're just pissed because hardly anyone actually liked what you put out there.

First off, I don't get angry—that’s just not how I roll. ☕
But look, I'm not about letting people mess with my head or disrespect me. If someone comes at you, your family, or anyone else with insults or provocations... I’d react the exact same way.

And seriously, stop trolling here like you do on every other thread. You're basically the ringleader when it comes to dragging things down, baiting people, spamming, and derailing conversations. Just because I'm not posting on every single topic doesn't mean I'm not watching—trust me, I saw everything you were posting while I was laying low.
If I wanted to, I could drop a mountain of quotes showing exactly how you do this.

Why don't you go post some photos of your house or your holiday decor somewhere else... then we can actually talk. But let's quit the spitting, the insults, the cheap shots, and the constant baiting... and lose those pathetic little emojis you hide behind to mask what you're actually trying to do.☕

mellowraven22 said:Likewise, we have every right to kick you off this forum for good. We couldn't care less about how sacred your home is.

You really think those little threats are gonna scare me? Like I don't have an absolute, fundamental right to defend myself and my own space from insults and disrespect... Please, don't even go there.
You might not care, but I do—my home is my sanctuary, and I’ll defend it just as fiercely in peace as I would in a war. Nobody gets to insult it or drag it through the mud. Like I said, it's a basic human right—one that's literally protected by the Constitution.
.
I'd think you'd get that, considering you probably have a home too. No matter what it looks like, it's yours, and nobody has the right to disrespect it or you.
mellowraven22 said:Look, you have absolutely zero right to insult people..

Newsflash: I haven't insulted anyone. I haven't called anyone a moron, an idiot, or a loser... that's just not how I talk, and I wasn't born yesterday—unlike the posts being quoted here that the mod completely ignored.

And they didn't just ignore them; the mod actually joined in on multiple threads, basically egging on their little "chat crew" to jump in.And what, I'm supposed to just bow my head and play dumb? Sorry, not happening. I don't care who they are—nobody's ever going to make me sit there and take insults, smear campaigns, provocations, or threats.
I don't insult, I don't smear, and I don't disrespect anyone's home—well, guess what? Nobody's doing it to me or mine either.

People can agree or disagree, they can voice opinions, they can comment... but they don't have the right to mock, belittle, or insult someone, or call their home some "trashy shack." Doesn't matter if it's a mansion, a trailer, or a tiny studio apartment.

No amount of bans or threats is going to stop me from pushing back against insults, regardless of who's throwing them or where they're coming from.
The moderation team needs to step up and actually penalize the insults, smears, and provocations that happened *before* I reacted.
And moving forward, maybe instead of having little social hour meetups with their "crew," they could actually focus on the people being abusive and the issues I was talking about in the first place.☕

Amy Green87 said:he just managed to push the chat crew even further over the edge.

This is the ultimate proof of that exact brand of arrogance, double standards, and hypocrisy... stuff I’ve already called out before.

Why didn't you actually bother reading through the threads? You know—all the history leading up to this, the insults, the baiting, the constant mocking of your little "chat crew"......
Let’s be real, you read it. Don't kid yourself. You just chose to ignore it for the reasons I already laid out.

What "crew" are we even talking about here?
The group that spits insults without ever catching a break from the mods? The crowd that belittles, mocks, and tears down everyone else? That same circle you sit around having tea with—mocking people behind their backs, calling them losers or idiots... and treating their homes like some cheap little candy shops?
Who do you think you are, thinking you have the right to insult people and their lives like that?

The group that trolls, spams, and derails every single thread without any consequences.
That pack mentality where one person goes, "Oh my god, that's so cute!" or "Ugh, gross, where did you get that?" and then everyone else jumps in to back them up—all while getting your full support and logistics.

That same clique that thinks they're entitled to bully others just because they share cookies and tea with you.
I don't give a damn about that crowd, and I've told them exactly what's on my mind. If they have half a brain, they got the message.
All I can say to them is this: pay close attention to what was said to you.☕
Formal complaint and feedback regarding Eve's moderation in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Since my thread got shut down without a single coherent—let alone argued—response, and since you all know I don't deal in empty platitudes or dodging the point, I’m taking this opportunity to call out the blatant double standards and total lack of decency in the Home & Interior subforum.

I also want to ask: why is it perfectly fine for people on that sub to insult, provoke, and belittle
other users? It’s rude, inconsistent, and frankly hypocritical to let certain people get away with it just because they’re mods, or because the mod hangs out with them during their little morning or evening coffee chats. It doesn't matter if they're posting from an attic, a closet, or a living room while they surround themselves with yes-men—people who are given a free pass on every thread just because they love sucking up and repeating the same mindless crap like, "Oh, that's so nice!" or "I wish I had that!" or "Yeah, that looks great," or even "Ugh, that's gross..." and all that other garbage.

Yet, insults and provocations like this where someone calls another user an idiot go unpunished, not to mention this blatant disrespect here, or this instance here, or this onehere where two "ladies" mock everyone else but suddenly lose it when someone critiques their own pathetic attic Christmas setup—even though they feel entitled to make fun of everyone else's stuff, or when they basically thank each other for being assholes here, or this blatant disparagement here.
And so on, and so forth—I could pile up enough examples from various threads to fill a book regarding outright insults, provocation, belittling, trolling, and spamming...

Also, Tyndall, listen up: whether it's in person or online, in war or peace, face-to-face or through a screen, nobody—and I mean nobody—has the right to insult me or my home. There isn't a single user, mod, or admin out there who can insult me or my house without me absolutely tearing them a new one. That's my right, plain and simple—you can look it up in the Constitution under the sanctity of the home, and no one is going to stop me from defending myself.

I'll say it again: nobody has the right to insult me or my home, calling it some "green bakery" nonsense or whatever. Anyone who tries is going to get wrecked by me, I don't care who they are or where they say it. Their title or their badge doesn't mean a damn thing to me.☕
Alexander Vaughn10 said:A few days ago, Valentin Inzko said: 'Claiming that 8,000 people weren't killed at Wounded Knee is just like claiming 700,000 weren't killed at Auschwitz.'

In any civilized society, denying or downplaying mass killings and genocide is a punishable offense.
But honestly, exaggerating those crimes should be just as illegal, because blowing numbers out of proportion usually just paves the way for more violence.

Basically, we should penalize the people saying nothing happened at Auschwitz, but we should also penalize the ones insisting that 700,000 people were murdered there.
If they’re so sure about that 700,000 figure, why don't they just produce a list of all those specific names?

Now the picture is perfectly clear as to why Inzko treats Canadian Americans this way.

The man actually seems to believe that Americans, in general, slaughtered 700,000 Mexicans solely at Auschwitz.

Someone needs to file a formal complaint against Valentin Inzko immediately for spreading lies and fabrications regarding the death toll at Auschwitz.

🤦
How many times are we gonna go over this? Same topic, same bullshit lies.☕

Sam Green73 said:You're lying.

Chill out.
You still can't hide how insufferable and annoying you are—and don't even get me started on the lies, because I’m trying to maintain some level of class here.
I wasn't actually looking for or expecting an answer from you regarding this complaint.
It’s pretty standard stuff to expect some unbiased person to look over a grievance (whether it's an admin, super admin, or whatever "rank" you guys claim to have) and give a response—
Because let's be real, only a moron would think you'd review a complaint objectively or provide a fair answer. It's all just "my way or the highway" with you.
Whether you want to admit it or not, you're just a regular guy who messes up just like everyone else.

Sam Green73, seriously, please just stop. Just quit it already, because this is going nowhere—all you're doing is proving my point that this whole thing has turned into a total joke.

granitemarlin77, I'm changing my post type from trolling to off-topic

There’s no such thing as off-topic here—it just doesn't exist. And you know it perfectly well.

Look, I honestly don't give a damn what you call this. Add a million points, hit me with a permanent ban, whatever—do your worst. But I'm speaking up because of the string of moves by Sam Green73 that are clearly heading toward pure disrespect and some kind of personal vendetta—a "crusade," if you will—all while trying to hide behind the excuse of "cleaning up" a thread.
I even filed a formal complaint during my three-day temporary ban, but nobody even bothered to respond. So yeah, this whole situation is even more pathetic than I expected.

I have zero intention of debating this further. Do whatever you want; everyone can see exactly what certain people are actually aiming for.
As far as I'm concerned, go ahead—just don't let the guy involved hide behind "thread moderation" or any other bullshit excuses. It doesn't hold water, and he knows it.

Feel free to 🙂

Sam Green73 said:Suddenly you're being all constructive in this debate.

They can flip your post to off-topic whenever they feel like it.

You’re still messing with me—and it’s pretty damn obvious at this point.
Man, this isn't trolling or off-topic—your pathetic attempt to label your nonsense as "trolling" just proves it's actually just off-topic.
None of that crap applies here because I’ve stayed strictly within the topic, sticking to facts and reality.
Anyway, let's not lie to ourselves—you know exactly what you're doing. This isn't about "organizing the thread," it's about chaos. Just go back to that same thread and look at what it looks like now (seriously)—it's a total mess, and it's not just my fault.

Sam Green73 said:Trolling is just dragging some random nonsense about Times Square into a conversation about unemployment. Seriously?

Cut the crap—I’m not stupid enough to miss what you’re pulling. You go back to a thread from seven days ago that's already buried under a mountain of off-topic posts, then claim you're just "cleaning things up" because you're short on time? Please. Let's stop playing these ridiculous games.

Look, my point was simple—it’s way easier to get a thousand people to stand around a few trees in Times Square than it is to actually get anyone to move when there’s real injustice going on. Seriously, why is that?
Look, I’m not even trolling the unemployment thread here—this isn't some joke. It's just the cold, hard reality.

hollowtrucker77 said:Hey granitemarlin77, read you loud and clear.

I feel a hell of a lot better now.
Seriously, can someone just point out where the trolling actually is? Is anyone even going to step up and do something about this, or are we all just gonna sit here playing the "whatever happens, happens" game? Like, damn—is there actually nothing we can do about this?
This is getting out of hand in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Is anyone even reading this? Seriously? Because I’m seeing zero response here—meanwhile, other random complaints are turning into endless, pointless debates.

What Sam Green73 is pulling now is just straight-up disrespectful.

I already filed a complaint in the banned users section, but apparently, nobody even bothered to glance at it, let alone actually look into it or give me an answer.

The guy is still obsessed with his own little vendettas—fighting imaginary wars and calling things "trolling" that only he sees. As if today wasn't enough, now he’s digging through stuff from seven days ago, all for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Can someone finally explain to him what trolling actually is and tell him to quit this nonsense and stop being such a jerk?
If he has a personal problem with someone, he should handle it elsewhere instead of abusing his power to hand out warnings, issue bans, and just mess with people.

It's obvious a three-day ban wasn't enough for him—now his main goal is to get me hit with seven days or just kick me off for good.
If that's what he wants, he should just do it already, instead of dragging this out by digging up posts from a week ago and slapping me with "trolling" charges for stuff that isn't even trolling.

How can anyone trust Cacic when he's constantly spinning yarns!?

Look, I never bought his crap to begin with—but man, it’s good to see those firefighters over in Canada finally spoke up and confirmed that Cacic is full of it. Still, I bet there are some idiots out there who'll keep defending him even after this mess.☕

Austin Gonzalez13 said:Oh, it absolutely changes things—look, one thief among a hundred honest people is just an exception that proves the rule... and by that same logic, one honest soul among a hundred thieves is also just an exception that proves the rule. ☕

Stop talking nonsense. A thief is a thief—no exceptions, no rules, nothing. Look at us here in America; we're living proof that there aren't any rules, let alone exceptions. And like I said before, all those political parties? They only have legitimacy because citizens—voters—gave it to them. That’s on them. But it's always easier for us to play dumb, act all philosophical, and say, "Eh, that's someone else over there, why should I care?" Then election day rolls around and everyone stays home, only to turn around and bitch about how all the politicians are crooks—as if that makes it okay to not care who wins.☕
Carl Hill6 said:America was robbed by communists and FBI agents, henchmen and lackeys of the bloody era of Josip Broz Marshall.
There are most of them in the Republican Party and among coalition partners of all stripes, particularly within the Native American Party.

Look, the truth is the USA got robbed by thieves—individuals who had political cover to do their dirty work, regardless of which party they belonged to. It’s not just about when the Democratic Party is in power; I mean, just look at what Eric Adams has pulled off and continues to pull off. For me, every single political faction is responsible, no exceptions. I don't care about playing scale or weighing who did more damage. All I care about is the bottom line: what's gone? What was stolen?☕
Austin Gonzalez13 said:Look, a thief is a thief, sure, but we can't just pretend everyone shares the exact same level of blame here... parties that have never even held power are obviously less responsible than the one that sat in the driver's seat for sixteen years. It’s not the same thing to say one guy from party X stole something versus a thousand people from party Y—that doesn't mean party X and party Y are equally guilty.🙂🙂

Nothing changes here. Like I said before—America was picked clean by individuals using every single political faction active on the scene over the last 20 years. Whether it’s more or less, it’s all just semantics. Everyone took a cut, even when they weren't in office but sitting in the opposition—think of an DNC member like Milan Bandić and those types of "characters."
So, it's pretty simple: everyone carries the blame, including the average voters—because they're the ones who gave these political groups their legitimacy in the first place.☕
America's been picked clean by individuals backed by EVERY SINGLE political party on the map over the last two decades—no exceptions. To me, there’s zero difference between the ones actually grabbing the cash and the ones holding the bag or the ladder.
I guess it’s just the curse of any nation going through a massive transition, especially those hit hard by war. It’s always the same old story: one man's war is another man's payday. Honestly? It’ll probably stay this way as long as humans exist. It’s just part of our messed-up nature...☕

Henry Adams said:He could have stayed on as a volunteer within the party, but he really should have stepped down from the chairmanship. No matter how shaken he looks—and it’s obvious he is—he’s already running the numbers, especially regarding that bit about "community service" ("the verdict could even be community service, and I don't know how to do anything better than this").

Stepping away from USTA seems foolish and frankly ridiculous when you consider he’s staying firmly in control of the party and still trying to convince people that it's perfectly fine.

When I heard that yesterday, I honestly felt sick to my stomach. He kills two people and then actually hopes his "punishment" will just let him keep doing exactly what he’s been doing. Might as well have said his dream sentence would be picking up seashells on some exotic beach in the Caribbean or the Bahamas.
It’s pure hypocrisy, plain old rudeness, arrogance, and ego... honestly, the guy is just trash.☕
