Adam Collins4 said:The guy is literally laying out evidence regarding your little backroom deals and your chats with those cloned accounts—and your response is to tell him not to troll? Seriously?🤣

And then you have the nerve to come to me asking for the exact same evidence that steeleagle70 is providing right now...

Look, sorry, but you're the only one trolling here...

steeleagle70, if you've actually got the links, please, just drop them so we can all see what's going on...

All the links were sent over to the admins around 3 PM for review. Most of today's posts have been wiped—about six chat channels worth. But once they're officially documented, they get moved to the right spots.

Also, there are a few users using burner accounts just to farm their way to 100 points, even dropping links back to their main handles. It sits there unpunished for half a day... I even saw one guy straight up say, "I gotta spam more posts so I don't look suspicious," and just two posts later, an admin is typing away like they didn't see a thing. Of course, after someone actually reports it, it gets deleted.

Anonymous said:Troll, when exactly is this all supposed to be taking place?
Shouldn't we be swapping out the usernames too? I mean, what kind of names are these anyway?🤣Those who were banned before anyone even called for "unrest."🤣 God, that word on this forum cracks me up every single time.😂

It kicks off around 2 PM and really starts heating up around 3.

Anonymous said:As if... I highly doubt anyone on this forum even knew this thread existed unless they were actually participating in it...
And you can clearly see in the posts when things turned into a total joke... right around the time a few people got banned for no reason, simply because they were actually sticking to the topic.🤷

Don't get it twisted—we aren't sitting around obsessively reading your soccer forum just like you do ours...

Which is a total lie, obviously. I've got screenshots of the chat if they ever try to wipe them, though most haven't been deleted yet (actually, correction, almost all of them have been wiped)....so keep lying if you want, but it doesn't matter since the posts are still there...both in the chats and on the BBB thread.

Matthew Anderson4 said:Just check the chats. You really think I'm coming at this from Dik's side? Everything's laid out clearly just two posts below yours:

'Get real and compare the timing of that "agreement" in the tavern to those pointless bans....
The "agreement," as you call it, happened in a public thread—anyone could've seen it. So what's the big deal? A couple of guys grabbed a bunch of Clinton clones and had some fun?..A conspiracy?..Where?
How many of us actually showed up using our own handles? Maybe a few more than just those two or three....'

You don't need to explain anything to me, man. I was online the whole time watching you guys coordinate and clone accounts, so don't even try to lie. We can start naming names if we want—people who are banned now after shouting stuff like "I've got 80 points, time to earn a ban!" or "Hey gang, let's raid there!" or "I'm jumping into 22"... and wouldn't you know it, everyone got banned right after their "visit."

Matthew Anderson4 said:yeah, a heads-up about staying on topic

Picture this: someone rolls in, totally clueless about how things work here, reads the opening post, replies to it, and immediately gets banned. Just because they responded to the intro. Kind of a weird paradox, honestly.

It would all be fine if two different chats on the soccer forum hadn't been spamming everyone since noon to jump over to a specific thread, causing total chaos. Then, it basically turned into a coordinated raid by clones.

I mean, it’s honestly hilarious that you’re even talking, especially when all those posts from banned users—the ones literally announcing they were coming over to mess with the thread—are still sitting right there.

Look, I can pull up about twenty of those posts from banned accounts right now if you want.

There's no way most of them didn't know what was happening or which thread to hit. They weren't "innocent" bystanders getting banned because they were confused.

They knew exactly what they were doing. If you don't believe me, just go scroll through the fans' chats and the soccer forum.

Look, I was just asking for some admin backup, you know? Something that could tell me if I'm being Paranoidan or if there's actually something going on.

You're Paranoidan and there's nothing there😁. Actually, let's be more precise—there's nothing left. The situation is handled. Some crap went down while none of the mods were online, but it's all good now.

Thanks! I can take the key now since I finally got my answer.

So, I put this thread in the right subforum—the one specifically meant for what I reached out to the admins about. Basically, suggestions, feedback, or just general comments. Take it as a request or a comment, whatever you want.

The admins can take my suggestion or ignore it, but there’s definitely no rule saying this thread is in the wrong spot or off-topic.

I was pretty clear about asking for admin support, which they could have easily brushed off by calling me Paranoidan or claiming there wasn't even an issue to begin with.

And hey, the admins decided not to reply, which is totally their call too.

But look, if you actually go back and skim the rules, you'll see this isn't flaming, spam, or trolling. It’s right where it belongs—in the section for user and admin communication.

At the end of the day, I'm not even talking to the other users here, so how could I be flaming them? How could I even trigger an emotional response from them? BECAUSE MY POST ISN'T DIRECTED AT THE USERS.

Just because everyone can see this and reply doesn't mean they should. It's kind of like filing a complaint against a referee in a game; anyone can write in, but usually, those posts get flagged if they aren't about specific, actual incidents.

Look, this thread isn't actually about what the title says. It’s about something else entirely.
Since the mods already shut down that other thing, there’s really no point in keeping this one going, right? Can we just lock it up?

Chloe White5 said:Signature, though I haven't seen any of the football mods complaining about the politics crowd, or vice versa...🙂

Look, if there were any misunderstandings, they got handled exactly where they belong... right there.🙂

It’d be fair if you guys didn't bring it here and just let the "regular" users deal with this part. I mean, I don't even see the politics mods hanging out here, right? I'm saying it's only fair, not saying it's against the rules or anything.

And honestly, I totally agree that moderation and those debates belong on your private board. It feels a bit off to "intrude" on this space. I know the politics mods had some issues with other mods before, but they didn't air that dirty laundry in public. It would be much better if the mods handled things with the admins privately instead of dragging it into this subforum.

Also, look, I’m not claiming the mods did this—I never said that. It’s always the users' fault anyway, right? What I’m saying is that some mods clearly knew what was coming but didn't step up in their own section. They even let some nasty personal insults fly at the admin for three whole hours while the mod was busy typing in that thread and waiting for the report.

Bottom line? The "prevention" was pretty weak.

Keith Cook2 said:Good evening. As one of the moderators here on the sports forum, I feel somewhat obligated to address the recent call-outs and the criticisms leveled against those who primarily post there—most of whom aren't even bothering anyone else while they search for answers on this board...
Are you truly terrified of losing a tiny slice of virtual territory? People, this is just a website; we aren't guests in someone's living room, yet even here, there are basic standards for civilized, serious behavior. You seem intent on lynching certain fans, nitpicking every single thing they do in pursuit of a sensation, and then quite hypocritically employing those very same tactics to shield your own biases.
If anyone feels personally targeted, please just reach out to me via private message.
Furthermore, I stand firmly behind all the moderators, admins, and staff as they attempt to manage the scope of responsibility they've been given.

dustypuma5 said:I mean, it’d be nice if the support actually meant something, like if they finally stopped recruiting clones on the threads you moderate...
😉

So, since Keith Cook2 only jumped in three posts after that whole cloning and "attack" drama started, I’m not exactly seeing much of him helping to "calm things down." If I'm not mistaken, announcing you're going to act one way and then doing the exact opposite—like all that cloning and intentional trolling—is a direct violation of the forum rules. Right?

You gotta sweep your own porch before you start worrying about how the neighbors are keeping theirs, right?

So, over on the politics board, there’s this thread titled Warsaw Protests. Honestly, things are getting pretty shady there. It feels like people are intentionally trying to derail the whole conversation and just trash the topic.

What really gets me is how suspicious it looks. It seems like the NFL mods are totally aware of what's happening—maybe even getting their hands dirty—or at least they know all about these weird backroom deals regarding the "attacks" and cloning nonsense.

If you want the full scoop, check out this link:

Take a look at pages 669 and 670.

I’m really hoping the site admins can step in here. We need some protection from this kind of stuff, especially when it feels like the mods themselves are watching it happen or even helping out.

Shout out to the Politics mods who absolutely nailed it from day one. They did an amazing job.

Honestly, I’ve got a bone to pick with some of the mods from other subreddits. They were openly attacking the Politics mods' decisions right there ON THAT THREAD—which is basically just trolling and being straight-up disrespectful. I’m paraphrasing since the post was nuked (Whatever they actually wrote), but seriously... do they do this because they’re just clueless? Or is it just bad luck? It’s wild to see one moderator talking trash about another like that, isn't it??!!

Larry Walker24 said:So, is there any way to score an admin or moderator gig if I chip in some cash?

Hey, if you've got enough cash, you could always just buy the whole damn place and be the owner.😉
As much as that slimy myth-making drives those numbers up, playing the lowball game just to win points is just as gross 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Anthony Jackson2 said:so the mods should probably just call that trolling and hand out a penalty accordingly

Especially since people on here don't have any business trying to police each other or jumping into personal attacks. Honestly, my upbringing, how well I write, or my general vibe shouldn't be anyone else's concern. They should stick to what I actually post, and if that's offensive, just report it. That’s what the mods are there for—to make sure everyone stays within the rules regarding behavior and basic decency.

That's why I think once someone starts bringing up "how you were raised," they've totally crossed the line. It's out of bounds. So yeah, I voted "is an insult" because nobody even offered "trolling" as an option here.
Parenting and upbringing tips!! in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I remember some admin once told me something that I still totally agree with any tool can be turned into a weapon (and yeah, they meant that literally).

Over on the Politics subreddit, when people start talking about "how someone was raised," it’s ALWAYS just a way to take cheap shots at the other side—basically just pure trolling.

Sure, you might find an exception here and there, but honestly? It just proves the rule.

So, the mod finally weighed in. Honestly, my point was more about how this whole PDF policy is just an absolute goldmine for drama—you could probably spin five different threads with a hundred replies each in under an hour if you tried. 🙂
If the mods want to actually keep up with everything in real time, they really ought to set up a formal shift schedule or something, don't you think?

There are just way too many mods running the political boards
