Let people argue all they want, but I don't see why anyone would object to discussing pedophilia. Honestly, we need more conversations about this stuff so everyone can see how it’s gradually creeping into our society, slowly making itself feel like something normal. It's happening right under our noses.
Brian Doyle6 said:I’m expecting an unpredictable, interesting, but probably not high-quality game, and I think Canada will pull it off in the end because this win would mean a hell of a lot more to us than it does to you guys. Honestly, the US squad looks both mentally and physically drained. It feels like Duvnjak just doesn't have that explosive spark anymore, and with those injuries floating around, the rosters should be pretty much on even ground. Our loss against Spain wasn't exactly soul-crushing, but seeing the US struggle against the Danes... man, it wasn't just the loss, it was that sense of total helplessness. Though, I suppose a fresh US team playing the Danes today would look a whole lot different...
And since we're both fighting tooth and nail for medals here, I guess I can't really give us better than a 52% chance of winning.
Honestly, all this constant math and calculating just shows me you guys aren't real athletes. I don't care about medals if we can't actually take down anyone significant; apparently, we can get a win against the French because they aren't the same powerhouse they used to be. Meanwhile, this "new" squad of ours is just desperate to prove something, so fine—let them go out there and prove themselves, or let them crash and burn right alongside Goluža.

It might help prevent you from holding onto too much water weight all at once, but you should still feel that boost in anaerobic endurance during your workouts (thanks to those 5g beforehand) and see faster recovery by refilling your muscle stores (from the 5g afterward via creatine).
Regarding the other option, most people seem to agree that you don't really need to cycle it, but if I were you, I'd probably take a month off after three months of consistent use before starting up again.🙂
Creatine tends to yield the best results when you pair it with whey and some glucose right after your training session.
Just keep in mind that creatine works wonders for some people, only okay for others, and doesn't seem to do much for some at all. If it isn't doing anything for you, maybe try a different type—like monohydrate, ethyl ester, or whatever else is out there on the market.
