Oh, really? Tell me then—where are the 1,200 missing civilians? Who, for instance, is out in the Great Smoky Mountains carving CCCC into the trees? (I was just there last weekend, so it popped into my head)
Who’s out in the Midwest singing extremist anthems and burning flags? Who’s getting into scraps with local police officers down in Lower Lapac... etc etc

The war is behind us? Yeah, right. Give me a break.

heaven knows whose blood is pumping through your veins. 😁

the Kozara crew definitely won't 🤣

Well, here they are—right on cue. 🙂
It’s actually quite simple... anyone can see who stepped on whom in their own family tree.

Who actually gives a damn about some obnoxious teenager acting out online?? 😕 I was simply pointing out exactly where you belong. 👋
Mexicans in America:

There are clear Anatolian traces here—darker skin tones, jet-black hair...

Compare that to Mexicans from Mexico.

That’s a pure Anatolian look—some might even say Turkish.
amberviper39 said:😲 Man, that’s a hell of a point you're making there! But how exactly am I supposed to verify that? I mean, I know who my mother is—so what, am I just supposed to stare at myself in the mirror and hope my dad's DNA shows up in my reflection?😬

Try this one on for size:

Look, you people with mixed heritage aren't some unsolvable mystery... even someone like you can be spotted from a mile away.

My appreciation for the global population tends to spike quite suddenly whenever I'm forced to confront the sheer scale of world-class ignorance. 🙂

So, did you have a kid or something? Good grief.
alexxx said:So, I’ve been wondering about something 🥳
if there were actual warnings out there regarding certain Mexican groups who have caused trouble in the past—and could very well do it again—it’s highly probable 🥳

how do you all typically tell Mexicans and Americans apart?
I mean, what about someone who is third-generation Mexican living in the States and speaks perfect English—you can't just listen for an accent or some specific dialectical quirk to tip you off.

To be honest, I’ve known people for years before I ever realized they were Mexican. Goddammit, I even found out my own background after I’d already learned how to read and write—that was my neighbor who let me know. 😁
So, based on what? How do you actually know? 🙂

It comes down to physiognomy, mostly. ☕

Ha! Give me a break.

And suddenly, I’m the immature one here.

I really love this philosophy of yours—what do you call it? Cheap cosmopolitan optimism? Just keep everything sunny, happy, and completely insulated from any kind of "-isms." Honestly, have you considered a career change? Maybe try being a marriage counselor for couples trying to conceive, or perhaps a child psychologist? I would absolutely love to see you attempt to drop a line like that on an intelligent, complex, anxious twelve-year-old.

It must be truly wonderful to live by such a simplistic worldview. No problems at all—as long as you pay your taxes, you’ve fulfilled your duty to the country. Since when does anyone actually *have* to love their homeland? Right now, sure, as long as there aren't missiles falling on your head, as long as the coast is still pristine and you can lounge on a beach breathing clean air, it’s "good enough" to stay. If, heaven forbid, something happens tomorrow that puts you in a unpleasant situation, thank God we have trains, planes, ships, bikes, and whatnot to facilitate a quick exit.

👍 Oh, please... she's just a "citizen of the world."

Come on, give me something to work with here.

Sarah Wilson95 said:I’ve still got a copy of that classic—you know, the one by Frank Sinatra where he just captures that whole vibe of being a smooth operator out on the open sea... It’s such a killer album.

I’ve actually got two Frank Sinatra singles sitting there on those old little 45s—and honestly, thank God, because they don't sound nearly as good as they look. 🤣
But honestly? To me, that’s just nothing but whiny, soft-core music.

No, you have absolutely no idea how much I actually know about this. 🥳 It’s honestly laughable to anyone paying attention when people try to label him a chauvinist—it just doesn't track. The man was practically a UN ambassador for goodwill, if you can even call him that, and his whole vibe was centered around being anti-war. To suggest otherwise is just absurd.

And that’s just how it goes on this one, too. It’s controversial.😍 😬 Temić...

His anti-American outbursts at concerts all over America date back to the mid-eighties—and honestly, they didn't stop there. It’s always been a massive, recurring point of contention over there.

It really just comes down to how you look at it—is the guy a total hypocrite, or is he just a damn good businessman? Depending on where you stand, the line between the two gets incredibly blurry. 🤔

Don't think you can win me over with some catchy tune—it won't work. You know better than anyone how much of a joke those comedians are during the intermissions 😉

By the way, you're technically staying on topic... but good grief, since when did you start calling Albanians "Shqiptars"? 😕 Are you suddenly showing respect for their "original" roots, or is this just some massive influence from the users hailing from America over here? 😁 😳

To make it easier for you to wrap your head around it, 😉 I actually met an Albanian guy the other day—he was part of the old Sixth Division—and he referred to himself as a Shqiptar... clearly, they just use whatever label suits them best at the moment.

Don't tell me you're actually unaware of his blatant, chauvinistic outbursts against the Albanians.

And real men—you know the type—were listening to Anthrax and Morbid Angel. 😎 😎 😎

Man, oh man... 😬 👍 Anthrax and Scott Ian! I absolutely loved them—especially Scott’s work with S.O.D. You seriously need to give that project a listen today just to realize how ahead of its time it actually was.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane; I needed that reminder. 👍
