They treat Palestinians like third-class citizens! 😠 Even the immigrants in Israel are treated a million times better than the native Palestinians.
To keep this simple and stop the rambling, look at these parallels: - A perimeter around the Gaza Strip with massive overcrowding = a Jewish ghetto during WWII - Stripping Palestinians of their property from 1948 until now = Nazi asset seizure in Germany during WWII - Palestinians lacking basic rights and being forced to carry special IDs = Jews having zero rights and being forced to wear the Star of David during WWII

Even CNN is increasingly describing Gaza as a camp. Palestinians don't have even a fraction of the rights Israelis do, and even Israeli Arabs (those not in the occupied territories) don't have the same rights as Jews (well, fine, it's a Jewish state). The random destruction of Palestinian homes is just as horrifying...

I’m getting pretty worried because lately, my hearing has become hyper-sensitive to everything. I live in an apartment complex where the neighbors absolutely despise each other. The HOA fell apart back in '98, so now everyone just does whatever they want. People are chopping wood inside their apartments, hammering away 360 days a year, and music is blasting from every direction. I don't even know who to turn to; I don't want to call the cops—how would I even prove anything? Plus, one neighbor is actually a cop. It's been pure insanity this winter. Wood is being chopped five times a day, kids are screaming in the hallways because it's too cold to play outside, and half the neighbors are disgruntled veterans with handguns sitting right there in their living rooms. If you say one wrong thing to one of their kids, you're asking for trouble. A couple of years ago, two guys nearly came to blows over a parking spot 😱 ... I have no idea how to fix this, but I feel like I'm slowly losing my mind 🙄
I feel for you, but I can't really say much about health and schizophrenia since, luckily, nobody in my family deals with it. Wishing you the best of luck dealing with this illness—hang in there. 👍

So, some girl living in a high-rise pointed out how you can hear drilling, music, and all that crap from the neighbors. Honestly? I’d go further—you can hear it from two or three floors up, too. Back when my parents lived in their apartment building, someone would be splitting wood in the basement, and they could hear that constant thudding on the third floor every single day through the winter. It’s basically just playing with people's nerves. 👎
Since they aren't the type to start a fight, they won't say anything to those people to their faces. Most people, if you actually bring up the noise they're making, take it as a personal insult. Suddenly, good neighborly relations are ruined forever. 👎
