I honestly can’t recall who originally kicked off this thread regarding political nonsense... but let's be real, the things said by Eric Adams🙂, Jimmy Carter🙂, Ted Kennedy🙂, Harvey Weinstein🙂, Bernie Sanders🙂, and even Rod Blagojevich🙂—it all belongs straight in The Onion

There’s a certain grit there, a specific kind of stubbornness that I’ve always respected, even if it can be a bit much sometimes. It's that old-school, salt-of-the-earth mentality that seems to be fading away in most parts of the country, but you still find it tucked away in those smaller, tight-knit communities.

Look, if you ask me, I’d much rather carry an extra few pounds of muscle and actually be in decent shape than be one of those scrawny types who has to take the elevator just to get to the second floor... I have a couple of buddies who look thin, sure, but they eat junk constantly and can't even sprint a hundred yards without gasping for air. That’s why cardio is absolutely non-negotiable—it’s been a game changer for me. Personally, I managed to drop 20 pounds in just ten months by sticking to it.
