Venmo cards actually use a Bulgarian country BIN, so they aren't considered non-EEA and you don't get hit with fees. Usually, when it comes to topping up with non-EEA cards, the fine print says Chime MIGHT charge a fee rather than saying they definitely WILL—and in reality, they often don't end up charging anything at all (like with certain Mexican cards, for example).
Oh, right—Dec 9th. I dug through my inbox and finally found it.

I haven't been charged a dime.
Also, when using Dutch Chime on Chime, it shows up as Chase Bank USA.
Google is just a payment method, whereas Visa and American Express are actual card networks—that’s why they have their own standalone apps while Google doesn't.

Wait, what? I think you mean the FCRA. They only track debts over a certain threshold that haven't been paid—basically, when you fall behind for a specific amount of time.
Can someone hit me up in my DMs if you're running Oreo inside Parallel? Thanks.
Also, I need a quick sanity check on limits. If I link my Oreo to my JPMorgan Chase account to bump up my transfer limit, can I send someone, say, $1333, even if they don't have a JPMorgan Chase account? Or does everyone involved need to be with the same bank for that to work?
