Don't make me pull up those links on the Bandit in thirty seconds, just like I did for Kerum's crowd.😉

What about that sanitation strike? Fastest seven-hour strike in history. People got exactly what they were offered from the jump. Total chaos, seriously.🤣

Bill O'Reilly messed up the Downtown situation, not because the location itself was bad—it was actually fine for a bit—but because he started a war over the ABC plan. They'll find another spot further out and it'll work out fine.

It's just the Republican Party-Kerum crew and the Sold-Out group enjoying the chaos. Now they can finally focus on looking after those poor kids Virginia Mudnić is using as a human shield. How do you say it again? Oh, right... trash.😁

The whole thing puts them in a corner because you can't exactly build a preschool in a landfill... well, maybe she can, but I doubt anyone else would want to.

The lease price was originally set through a public bidding process.

Then Eric Adams breaks the rules by slashing the amount.

Justin Trudeau would have to be delusional to go along with that. The FBI would be knocking on his door by tomorrow morning. He's already being investigated for things he didn't even do; imagine what would happen then. 🤣

The activist Virna is turning parents against Ivica Puljak...

After targeting two activists and illegal operators, the Republican Party’s usual tactics have shifted toward children. Now, Virna is demanding space for her little corner of influence 🤣
She really doesn't care what she burns to get her way.

California is being sold out again through media sponsorships—desperate parents, kids left without options, "please help us," such total lack of empathy...

Ivica Puljak needs to take a firm stand here. He can't let himself be blackmailed by these cheap tricks from a serial extortionist. Bulj handled this type of thing swiftly in the past 😉

desperate parents
City Hall was flooded with emails from hundreds of residents of Split whose toddlers are facing expulsion from daycare: Please help, this isn't about an illegal cafe...

We're talking 20 million just for slightly higher salaries for staff, one new hire, and some "educational equipment" (which is just fancy talk for toys). She could have used that money to build her own 250-kid facility from scratch, and then she wouldn't be crying about having to honor the contracts she signed herself.😵

There’s no way; it’s all perfectly above board. He managed the whole process from start to finish...

Look at this—the Mr. Prime Minister just handed her a loss. She absolutely shut him down in this response: 🤣

The Mayor of San Francisco should probably hold onto her like she's pure gold...

The courts are saying she isn't a whistleblower. But honestly, she just released a brilliant statement that completely undermined both the FBI and the Department of Justice.

“Despite everything, even in a system like this where the ruling structures constantly try to undermine you, I managed to achieve the following:

1. In a much more significant labor dispute—which is being handled far more thoroughly—I received an initial court ruling confirming that my termination was illegal. The court ruled that I must be reinstated to my former position and explicitly stated that I was never issued a single warning regarding any breach of duty. That shuts down those claims about 'hidden misconduct.' I’m still waiting for the final verdict, even though it's been nearly two and a half years since the proceedings began. Legally, a first-instance decision should take six months, and an appeal should take thirty days.

2. The ethics commission officially confirmed my allegations regarding the improper allocation of an apartment to the Minister himself, resulting in the Minister being penalized by the Commission.

3. The recently released, scathing GAO report regarding the management of state properties confirms everything I've claimed: that our most valuable public assets are being managed irresponsibly, while other citizens are stuck taking out lifetime loans or living in temporary housing. Everything the GAO uncovered was already included in my criminal complaint to the FBI. Yet, the FBI has remained silent for a year and a half,” she continued.

Hold on, are we talking about your favorite local kleptomaniac, Donald Trump?

And his whole crew isn't exactly saints either—lots of former city officials in there too. 😁

It’s no surprise these types and their cronies are fine with neglecting social services, especially since Virginia is still trying to bleed the city dry, just like her old man used to do.

You don't need quotation marks when you're calling out bottom-feeders; any sane person would say the same thing. 😉

Trump’s company was hit with a massive $260 million debt four years ago, yet they only just filed for bankruptcy now.

Indictment issued against an official for evading $700,000 in taxes.

A Trump associate is facing charges for siphoning funds: "There's no harm done, I'm the only creditor, and I had no criminal intent!"

The former Deputy Mayor of San Francisco is heading to court for faking veteran disability status by forging 16 different medical reports.

...and here comes the current crop of crooks.
Indictments handed down to Trump's nephew and six others: they were allegedly smuggling drugs, sniper rifles, machine guns, and grenades.

Word is that the HDZKerum crowd is loving this, thinking they’ve won because they’re letting the kids end up homeless—all thanks to the HDZVirna mess that Opara helped facilitate to bleed the city dry.

It’s just straight-up garbage. Total trash. 😁

The only real problem is that everything finally came to light.

think about the children.

Virginia runs a profitable business while claiming she’s broke 🤣

She drains the city treasury through inflated rental rates for her daycare facilities, all while pocketing massive government subsidies for every child enrolled.

Yet, while Virginia makes life difficult for Paul, she maintains a smooth partnership with the Republican Party ministries.
She even pulled in $3 million from the European Union. Not a bad way to stack some cash... 😉

The private preschool "Magic Piano" also secured significant funding, pulling in $400,000 following a November decision. It was incredibly successful during the initial project phase, capturing a total of $1.1 million in non-repayable EU grants to upgrade its operations. According to founder Virginia Mudnić, these funds were used for extended hours, teacher salaries, educational equipment, specialized programs for children with developmental delays, and hiring physical education instructors.

Richard Lopez said:As far as I can tell, Opara slashed her rent by more than half right away, yet she didn't bother lowering the daycare costs per kid...

It’s right here—good old Opara back in 2019. Virni dropped the price from $53 down to $21 per square foot. He just felt like 🤣

MAGIC PIANO BEFORE MOVING OUT? Krstulović Opara cut the rent for the daycare after the public tender

At the press conference, she announced that the private daycare "magic piano," which serves 180 children, was granted use of the space because its founder, Virna Mudnić, won the public bid with an offer of $53 per square foot—a rate she isn't actually paying. Back in 2019, her rate was lowered to $21 by Mayor Andre Krstulović Opara's decision without any explanation whatsoever. It was illegal.

Virna Ucjenjivačica is currently paying $2.80 per square foot for space in San Diego. Talk about a sweet deal... Who can we even complain to? Opara? A dumpster?

Ed Lee and his team can't let this kind of Opara nonsense continue; it's basically robbing the city blind.

Richard Lopez said:Where are the comments? I don't see any on my end 😲

Over on Facebook, checking out the latest from the local news outlet.

Honestly, all credit goes to the extortionist and the sellouts. I'm sure the big bosses will be thrilled with how things are being handled. 🤣

The top comment:
Boris Pisanski
The director needs to come clean about how she bid on a price she’s only just now agreeing to pay—and more importantly, who was billing her significantly less before, and what the deal was there.
I’m standing with Ms. Đerek.

Marko Rafaneli
It looks like Virna got a sweet deal, almost like she was handpicked from out of town. It’s pretty interesting—while the Republican Party holds power, her business is absolutely thriving, especially since they’re slashing her fees through illegal decrees. When the lease for the daycare center went up for bid, only four people applied. In the end, Virna landed it, and then Opara went ahead and lowered her costs even further. If she decides she’s done, there are plenty of others ready to step in and pay the full price originally intended for the spot. Even now, the local news outlets are still going after this administration. You guys have become a total tragicomedy.

Sandra Kovac Levantin
Kudos to Đerek. This woman seems to want a free pass on everything.
Boris Zuvela
She’s actually making a fair point here—she just wants the same terms and conditions that any other private daycare center offers. It’s funny because when she had those special, preferential deals, she wouldn't stop complaining about them.
Ivančica Maković
Don't worry about the landlord. Between her current income and the new rent price, she’ll still have plenty left over at the end of the month. At the end of the day, the priority is making sure the kids can actually get into daycare. Personally, I'm less concerned about the rental rates and more focused on whether the teachers and staff are being paid a fair wage.

Now we have an anonymous criminal complaint (essentially a report from the establishment 😉). It used to be all about heartbreaking stories—defenders of illegal immigrants, some lady at a bookstore, then that woman Mara Tanjug, a struggling elderly person at an illegal kiosk, a rare silk moth found in a local park, or filing complaints with data protection agencies...🤣

What’s the next "heartwarming" extortion story they'll cook up to pressure the administration and stop them from actually bringing order to San Francisco?

Maybe people with disabilities, maybe children 🤔

How low will this tabloid run for the sake of the Republican Party criminal element?

I hate quoting myself, but these extortionists over at the sellout outlet have become way too obvious. It only took a few hours after my prediction 🤣 🤣

It's hard to tell who's worse: that serial child-extortionist Virna or the thugs trying to shake down Ed Markey for crumbs...

In the comments, both the owners and the extortionists are acting like they own the place. Tomorrow, there will probably be another long-winded editorial in that rag about some "evil" readers 😉

And predictably, Andrej Plenković ends up footing the bill for all this nonsense. It's such a waste of taxpayer money on these scammers...

Eric Lopez79 said:Man, they’re seriously just trying to mess with Rob Ford in the papers at this point.

Elizabeth Warren is finally cleaning things up
She’s shaking things up and honestly, good for her.

Quinn:
THE SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE HEAD, ELIZABETH WARREN, SPOKE OUT. She revealed some fresh news from the state: "The funds collected over the last two weeks are enough to renovate three playgrounds."

Following those formal notices, over $150,000 has been paid into the San Francisco city budget in just two weeks. To put that in perspective—that money alone could fix up three local playgrounds.

"It’s great to see people realizing there won't be any more special interest groups grabbing up prime downtown real estate for cheap prices, and that some users have even chosen to move out voluntarily. Like we said before, these city spaces will be assigned to nonprofits through public tenders or opened up for commercial leases."

The City Department of Property Management plans to use this extra debt collection to renovate existing city-owned apartments and get them all (!) to citizens facing tough living situations who are currently on the social housing waiting list.

San Francisco will honor all current employee housing contracts and sort out existing arrangements—just a heads-up, rent for those folks has already been bumped to $6 per square foot (basically market rate), and they’ll be keeping a super close eye on payments. During this administration's term, not a single employee unit has been handed out.

Things are about to get even more transparent thanks to the new City Property Registry. They’re updating it daily with new data, including info on business spaces and apartments, and they're continuously logging everything into the land registry, which was never properly maintained before. Thanks to the hard work of city staff, it should be live by the end of the year. This way, everyone can just hop online and see the whole database of city property and how it's being managed.

Wait, so she managed to collect a million dollars in debt in just two weeks? 🙏

Is that public registry coming out soon where we can see all the details?

I bet there will be plenty of bruised egos looking to vent their grievances in Sell California. 🤣

I have a pretty good feeling I know who Puljak's team is targeting next at Sell California...

Plenković is settling scores with Dr. Meštrović because the doctor refused to run as Puljak’s proxy candidate in the elections.

Kudos to the doctor. Plenković is a total psychopath for doing this. It makes perfect sense now why Puljak’s inspectors are handing out fines like they're going out of style.

He settles accounts with his own people like this, so imagine what he does to opponents like Puljak...

WEEKLY ROUNDUP: A nervous Sanders, an attack on Meštrović, and a little deception from Puljak

TUESDAY at the Hospital

Cardiologist Mate Petričević has suddenly surfaced at the hospital, having been handed the Chairman of the Board seat by his buddy Beroš. It’s become pretty obvious that this position is being used as a platform to take down the director, Julija Meštrović.

Right now, it’s anyone’s guess what the actual motive is for targeting a man who was unanimously elected just six months ago. Though, looking at how almost every influential local Republican Party member is blindsided by this direct hit on Meštrović, it isn't hard to assume the orders came straight from Washington, D.C.

The only logical explanation is a grab for total control over hundreds of millions of dollars in planned hospital investments, mixed with some inexplicable personal grudge held by Beroš. Call it ambition or call it revenge—it's the same thing.

The fallout started with Petričević making these bizarre public statements where he’d claim Meštrović’s "seat is shaking," while simultaneously insisting he "has no intention of replacing him." We can chalk that up to his lack of experience in the public eye. Then came a more concrete move when he blocked the appointment of the deputy director—a man he weirdly described as both a brilliant expert and a great guy.

Bottom line: the atmosphere is getting pretty toxic…

The sanitation worker actually does real work, unlike most of those political hacks and freeloaders... Lenka

And is there any political cronyism going on in the Sanitation Department (with Republican Party hires), or in city housing and public spaces?
What about those city-owned companies?
Where are all those endless political hacks hiding? And why won't anyone write a real article about them? Let's see exactly who they are, when they jumped ship, and what they did to get those cushy government jobs. We need actual solutions on how to get rid of them once and for all...

Sure, the sanitation worker has pretty pink nails and doesn't fit the stereotype—so what? Why shouldn't she? Once she takes off the uniform, she’s just a woman who wants to look good. It's her life... Tough job...Unlike... Many are doing fine... The type of women who hold those cushy, taxpayer-funded positions—the ones where they're expected to maintain that specific image...She paid for those gorgeous nails with money she actually earned from her own job.

Compared to those useless hacks who only exist to suck up to leadership... they aren't even worth mentioning, unless you need someone to hand out papers...

So, what exactly does the sanitation worker actually do?...
Job description: Maintaining cleanliness on public streets. So, basically just sweeping? 🤷

This is how the establishment ushered one of its top cronies into retirement. It’s a heartwarming tale of a common person making it in a cutthroat world...

Heaven knows how many people Ljubica forced into roles at the Sanitation Department. Nobody needed a Republican Party membership card if they had an impeccable resume.😁

Japanese Eyebrow is just one example...

'THE HEAD SWEEPER' RETIRES
Ljubica Vrdoljak's final day: Goodbye to the Sanitation Department! When I started back in 1974, we were the worst outfit in America, and even now, I worry because political mistakes have left us without our four key leaders.

Political trajectory: from Franjo Harmon to Pašalić and finally Plenković

Ljubica Vrdoljak first dipped her toes into politics in 1989 when she joined the Republican Party. After the convention where Ivo Sanders took control of the party, she stepped away from the Republican Party. Later, she helped found the American Block—a movement for a modern America led by Ivić Pašalić. During the 2009 City Council elections, she ran as the head of an independent list before eventually returning to her roots and the Republican Party.

I find it quite amusing how Puljak persistently tries to turn petty troublemakers into heroes through these "heartwarming" narratives. The joke is that every single attempt backfires, fueling even more public outrage against them, leaving the Hanza mercenaries desperately trying to clean up the mess by crying victim.🤣

It’s worth revisiting how Smith adamantly refused to let Johnson take over city leadership after Miller resigned, all while pushing for Joe Biden’s appointee, an unrecognized, to step in. 🤦

Back then, they claimed it was "most fair" for a federal commissioner to run the city. But now that all the garbage regarding that unrecognized individual has started leaking—specifically involving California wildlife and unrecognized—they’re staying suspiciously quiet. Meanwhile, Prodan is too busy chasing an exclusive story about a silkworm attacking a cat in > to address any of this.

The authorities need to actually do their jobs...

While the institutions are idling through the holidays, this unrecognized figure has somehow become embedded within the judicial system itself. 🙏

Honestly, the UI they built is such a mess; it's driving me crazy. They haven't even responded to the email notifying me that I was selected. Look, I get it—I'm seen as a suspicious character because I offered to work for FREE. But that's a terrifying message for the political establishment to hear, because then citizens might start asking why they aren't working for nothing, either. If that became the standard, people like you would lose all interest in politics. It’s a bit strange when someone selectively points out only items 75, 76, and 77...

Everything before item 75 either gets brushed off as insignificant or ends up needing some kind of excuse.

But hey, I’m sure it’s all just a coincidence. No bad intentions here. I guess investigative journalism at Free California is just top-tier stuff.

I wouldn't be surprised if, in this news story, the reporter Prvan finds a way to pin the blame on Puljkov, while the bots in the comments decide Mary is the one pulling all the strings...
