unnamed US political figure
1 h ·
I'm just really grateful to everyone who showed up to the unnamed US concept conference. They're sharing these brave perspectives that people have always wanted for America, but maybe nobody else had the guts to actually say out loud. We want an America that's this bold and forward-thinking, and we want to work alongside people like this. It's the promise we made to the country, and I guess we're finally starting to make it happen.

I suppose "dangerous" political ideas are just the ones that actually work in the real world. In San Francisco, we had this pretty bold idea to bring some actual order to every single department. The people here voted twice to show they wanted that, so we're doing it. We started using public bidding processes that are truly open to everyone, and that sense of order applies to everything, from a tiny street vendor to the tallest skyscraper.

We just want San Francisco to be a model for what one city can achieve, and maybe one day we'll get the chance to do the same for all of America.

I think those bold ideas are great, but having a bunch of outdated relics holding all the key department head positions halfway through a term isn't an "idea"—it's just bad management.

Where are the open job postings for new department heads? We need some fresh talent to break up this stagnation. 🤔
These people are basically city cabinet members, yet most of them are still old-school figures like the local heavyweights we've seen for years.

Let's see fewer PR stunts and more actual best practices.

Try harder; it seems you need to spend a lot more time researching, though it really is quite simple. Even a child could see it...

Clearly, it's nothing more than NATO, just like it was for Hillary Clinton. It's a done deal. Now she's just wandering around looking for a way back into the spotlight.

You're being naive if you think I need Google when I have bestsellers like "Mass Media" sitting right in my home library. It's right there in the display case next to "Historical Reality." You've got "Father" and "Son of the Homeland" standing side by side, hero to hero. Everything you need to navigate life is right there.

And please, spare me the Google talk, McDuff who Roasts 🤣

What do you think he's holding? "The Abuse of Addictive Substances – Prevention and Oversight"🤔
Joe Biden, President of the United States vol. V in Political Scene ·
Honestly, you guys and your conspiracy theories...

I mean, didn't Mr. President state quite clearly that this was an internal IRS matter and that he had no prior knowledge of it?

Are you really suggesting that Mr. President is just playing dumb despite being the head of NATO? What’s next, are we going to start calling him "Clueless Andrew"?

Honestly, it looks like Bacalja is still digging through his notes trying to find the password for the forum. Here, take this and see what Puljak's deal is with Relkovic. 🙈

I don't know who this second PR guy is, but lately, everything feels a bit too much like a calculated press release. That’s never a good sign. Puljak needs to start thinking for himself. Ivošević should do the same.

Relković and Galešić Creator
The architects behind Puljkov's success reveal how they lured the Republican Party into a trap and how they played Kerum. They gave us an exclusive look: We had the "blood work" for San Francisco, and 71% of citizens feel the same way...

Puljak really needs to bring more fresh talent into the Governor's Mansion—people who actually know the job and want to tear down this establishment. He also needs to distance himself from his medical buddy and that other brother figure...

Wicked Gold has spoken . My god, the sheer hatred directed at Good Golden is unreal...

It seems my Louis is the only one with the guts to tell the truth about Wicked Vanja being replaced. Apparently, people are just making excuses for her because the driver was distracted by love and veered into another car!!! Thanks to our Headquarters for shedding light on this; the truth needs to be heard.

The rules change quite a bit when the head of the FBI is being shielded. On top of that, he was likely drunk when he caused that accident, which ended up costing the U.S. taxpayers 13,000 Dollars. 😉))

Everything would be fine if this hadn't gone public. But since it did, the law has to be adjusted accordingly. Especially since the Republican Party criminals are currently in power 😉))

Yet another one of our guys with insider info. It’s almost certainly Louis again 😉))

I'd bet 500 Dollars that the driver is sleeping with the former "head" of the FBI 😉))

The guy causes 13K in damages and she gets fired? Hehehe, no way she isn't getting protected 😉))

Edward Cooper2 said:The issue here is that their statements aren't on the same level. (Are we really playing these petty tit-for-tat games now?)
Biden gets about 75 percent of his points right. Every critique he makes is precisely targeted and actually well-measured. If he used the polished vocabulary of your average high-brow politician, given the power balance here in the United States, all his critiques would just end up buried in a tiny news blurb. They'd be relegated to a two-sentence snippet during the 11 o'clock news, right before a fluff piece about life in Small Town, USA. The reality is that 90 percent of the media here belongs to Trump, if not outright to the Republican Party. So, Biden resorts to unconventional language, excessive metaphors, and shocking those stuck-up quasi-intellectuals just to stay visible... just so he doesn't get lost in the footnotes.
On the other hand, Trump implying that Biden is—what exactly?—a cocaine addict? That isn't political commentary. It's just an insult.

Ha-ha, haters, you're suffocating in your own helplessness.

Wait, are you seriously claiming that the President personally controls nearly every media outlet? 🤣 The idea that the President is more powerful than the Republican Party... how does that even work?

How exactly would the President control almost every media outlet in the country? By using various departments and his circle of advisors to funnel massive amounts of taxpayer money into useless conferences? By wiping away their debts to the government? Or by using his father's network of friends and connections—that respected emeritus—to influence editors? 😂

You people have completely lost it. You must be using as much hairspray as that Evil One over at The White House...

This Russian spy who’s secretly trying to recruit our kids into the Russian military just called Goldie Hawn—our independent Attorney General—a total government hack. 😲 😲 😲

So what if Goldie knows her way around bodywork, cars, or assessing damages? It just proves how thorough she is at her job.

She’s a stellar candidate backed by the entire Republican Party, and we couldn't be more impressed!

You won't be handing our children over to the Russians, Grill Master, and you won't be doing it, Snotty...

Some guy I know from rallies wrote this whole thing on Google. Louis, I find myself asking the same questions every night before heading out to Oaxaca...

It's funny how this pro-Russian nonsense always shows so much sympathy for war criminals and genocidaires like Donald Trump—that criminal running the USA transit system—as well as Vladimir Putin, Slobodan Maddox, and Franjo Harmon.

I often wonder which country he actually represents and how many secret bank accounts he's hiding in Switzerland.

The port director says everything is spotless, Andrew's Department of Inspection claims it’s even cleaner, and the tests keep showing high levels of arsenic...

Where did Sandy go? Where's the hero we need to save the people of San Francisco from Netcom? Where are the formal inquiries and the constant pressure being applied to the port director and the inspectors? Where are the heart-wrenching stories about little Anthony's asthma, or Mary's struggles living near Hill? Where are the photos documenting arsenic poisoning and the expert medical opinions? 🤔

I can't help but wonder why Sandy and the Seller aren't diving into this case with more passion or dropping a new, concerned investigative piece every single day.

Instead, we just get these dry, clinical reports without any grit or real detail. It feels a bit too much like Netcom playing nice with Hanza.

Who is poisoning San Francisco? ‘Luke’ company releases inspection results: ‘Airborne arsenic isn't coming from cargo on our site‘

A multi-day inspection by the Department of Inspection has been completed at "Luke." According to North Port officials, the audit included inspectors from outside of San Francisco. The inspection, which took place from April 18th to 20th, 2023, included environmental protection and sanitary inspectors.

- All corporate documentation and safety data sheets were reviewed, business processes and field conditions underwent a detailed assessment, and no irregularities were found - according to representatives from "Luke."

I don't find the article particularly negative. The journalist didn't even write the headline themselves; they just presented one side's perspective while waiting for the other side to respond.
But if you wait for the response... it’s like being told to wait for an answer that was literally published here 😁

I honestly don't know what kind of response would satisfy him when the White House has been saying the exact same thing every single time. God knows there have been at least ten articles written about this already, and every single one claimed that the energy company had to leave because they lacked a usage agreement and weren't paying their bills.

What more could a cautious guy and the big shots at the Department want? 🤔 I have to wonder why the administration is in such a rush to manufacture these "scandals"...

EDIT: Yesterday the administration was screaming about this. Today, a HUGE turnaround 🙂
NOT A SINGLE DOCUMENT IS MISSING
The drama surrounding the tallest skyscraper in America is finally over! It has finally received its permits, and the City issued the long-awaited document today.
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
The organization is finally facing accountability 😉

They’re footing the bill for everything they owed since the previous administration, yet they’re still trying to spin this as some kind of major victory 🤣

Because of the recent fallout, there won't be any more sweetheart deals for them. Now all of California knows exactly what kind of tactics they use to squeeze money out of local municipalities.

Nice work, guys. It was worth it...

AGREEMENT REACHED: The daycare center will stay open

'We have reached an agreement. The daycare center in the neighborhood will continue operating. I am incredibly grateful for the support from parents and their representatives. Lawrence Alvarez2 said:Sandi Vidulić isn't some "wannabe" journalist; the guy is a sociologist and an art historian. In my book, he’s one of the few high-quality reporters in San Francisco who actually digs deep and doesn't just spout unverified nonsense. I've worked with him personally, so I'm speaking from experience here, not just based on what's written in the articles.

If you aren't judging a guy calling himself a journalist by his actual reporting, then what are you using? 🤔
And now Sandy wants to pretend he’s an investigative reporter 🤣

Take this article from a couple days ago—the guy basically made it all up. He was promising huge breakthroughs and a retreat from the territory... 😂 Then, that very same day, a completely different story comes out from the territory.

I haven't seen anything like this since the heyday of The Free Weekly or those old 90s tabloids. Every single piece he writes, he whines about how he didn't get an answer within five or ten days. He just publishes the questions he asked, and every single article is somehow against Rob Ford and his crew. It’s pure hysteria every time. He circles the same topics constantly; I think he’s written fifteen pieces on Villa California in the last two months alone. It feels like he's manufactured scandals just to chase clicks...

It reminds me of the sensationalism you used to see in The 90s Herald.

Sandy should probably stick to his actual field of art criticism because this is a disgrace to journalism. Even when he eventually stumbles onto a real scandal, nobody is going to believe him anymore—except for Puljko's political enemies. 😉
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
That guy over at the port authority is a total clown. I’ll happily drop a few hundred bucks if someone can make sense of this latest little propaganda pamphlet 🤣

The local leadership needs nerves of steel to deal with these wannabe investigative journalists who just churn out hit pieces on command that nobody actually understands 😁

Someone should give him a tennis racket so he can go chew on a bone in a corner instead of playing pretend journalist...

The absurdity surrounding the property at the luxury estate keeps piling up; the inspectors ordered it torn down, yet the White House is looking into renting it out?
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
A history of sickness from this serial predator of children. From Brodarica to Sinj, through Podstrana and Kaštela... Kids, who's next?

Kudos to Maja Đerek for standing her ground against those leeches. This is exactly where Ed Garvey needs to hold the line and not back down.

The file on the "Magic Piano" in San Francisco includes both the famous details and the ones most people don't know...
It’s the same old story everywhere you look across the county—they’re all using the exact same playbook.

Quincy:
The owner was walked through all the details by her attorney several times, so she understood perfectly that the lease had to follow legal protocols. She actually agreed to the rental price herself—she offered it voluntarily after bidding on it in an open competition, which turned out to be the only legally valid amount. I honestly have no clue why she suddenly changed her mind, but everyone has to play by the rules when using city-owned property. There won't be any special exceptions here. Maja ĐerekThe head of municipal property for the City of San Francisco.

A similar situation played out about forty kilometers away from Marjan, right at the foot of Mount Kamešnica. Back then, the closure of the Virna Mudnić facility was threatening preschool programs in both Sinj and surrounding areas, but he stood his ground and pushed back against it. Miro Bulj (Most) First, he was taken aback by how the founder acted, and then there was that whole situation involving using kids as leverage.

Od Virna MudnićThere was nothing there—no visual evidence, no actual substance. We sent over several follow-up questions via email, but we haven't heard a single word back.
Following that February update, he stepped forward acting as an authorized representative. Attorney Nedjeljko Ivančević I requested a correction regarding the facts presented in the article concerning the legal proceedings against former mayors Ivo Baldasar (Democratic Party) and Andre Krstulović Opare (Republican Party) over the unlawful reduction of commercial rent amounts.
And then there's Virna... She really went and did it. She just blew the whole thing, when she could have easily kept her mouth shut and just collected the paycheck.
Quincy:
We need to talk about some serious discrepancies in the paperwork. There's a clear violation of the National Pedagogical Standard regarding how the "Magic Piano" project in Omiš is being funded. Specifically, the contract annex includes provisions for co-financing children who don't actually exist. On top of that, there’s a supposed "travel itinerary" for a private preschool based in Sinj that just doesn't add up. It's a mess.

I really hope Relković isn't playing a major role behind the scenes for Ed Garvey, because this is honestly embarrassing...

The guy is essentially a medical technician acting as a PR agent.🤦

Now we finally see where those Ghandi quotes are coming from...

Mistik, the fanatic working in the shadows: Who is Ivica Relković really?

Quincy:
This medical tech—who also happens to be an unfinished student of philosophy and comparative literature—has spent over twenty years hunting for a political platform to call his own.

Relković’s ties to the Church go all the way back to the 1980s. Back then, he was active in the same American Catholic Choir that Tomislav Karamarko, the former leader of the Republican Party, was part of in the early '80s.
Bujanec is doing the introductions, and what a mess...

where'd Bojan disappear to? He's totally gone.
If we had ten more guys like him, San Diego would be booming—maybe even have Washington sending some help our way.
Every cent is worth it.

Yeah, Đerek is performing really well. It’s no surprise they hired her away from that major national corporation 🤣

Ivošević means well, but he can be a bit harsh and lacks expertise in certain areas; he's started focusing way too much on superficial PR stunts.

Kuzmanić is practically invisible; his focus is strictly on the Los Angeles Lakers😁

Ivica Puljak needs to bring in more professionals who actually know their stuff and have the guts to do it—people who will move past those old-school relics from the Province who are stuck in the past.

George Diaz said:There isn't a single word being said about how San Diego is literally toxic right now.

The levels of arsenic and nickel are spiking higher with every single day that passes.
The latest data is even MORE terrifying than before.

The entire City of San Diego is sitting under a cloud of poisonous arsenic!!!

What is actually being done to fix this mess RIGHT NOW?
People love to point fingers at the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the nineties, old man Josip Broz Marshall, or socialism, but who is actually stepping up today to stop us from being poisoned??

Friends, pick up the phone and call the State Inspectorate right now at: 407 338.

They are the ONLY ones responsible for identifying pollution and its source. Their director is Andrew Mikulić, who is known for her integrity.

It says here that they already conducted an inspection two weeks ago and that you're lying. Essentially, Andrew Mikulić is telling you that you're lying. And Andrew is a longtime member of the Republican Party.

The Republican Party is basically telling you that you're LYING.

We’re approaching the halfway point of the term, yet there are still plenty of old guard members holding onto key positions. What are we waiting for? Where is the new blood?

Out of eight department heads, only three are new: Erceg, Grgić, and Derek.

Head of the City Office - Marina Protić
Even Marina Protić, the head of the City Office, isn't easily replaced—even though both Kerum and Baldasar tried. She was brought in by the late Mayor Zvonimir Puljić, who recognized her talent as an elite journalist covering the city administration back then.

Acting Head of the Department of Social Activities - Mario Negotić
Mate Omazić is stepping down from leading the Social Activities service, and Mario Negotić is taking his seat. He’s a familiar face at the Governor's Mansion, having been there quite a long time. There was a period when he ran the Sports Service during Zvonimir Puljić's term, back when the City Hall structure included a city minister led by Ivan Veštić. He stepped into the sports role during Kerum's administration and spent recent years heading the Technical Maintenance and Property Management Department.

Acting Head of the Department of Urbanism and Construction - Teo Vojković
He was hired during Baldasar's time as the head of spatial planning and construction. This department is currently facing significant hurdles; three employees, including a former department head, were caught up in a major FBI investigation about a year and a half ago.

Acting Head of the Department of Economic Affairs - Olenka Dadić
Olenka Dadić took over as the head of the Department of Financial Management and Controlling after Ljiljana Vučetić retired. It looks like she’ll be staying put in this role as well.

Head of the Internal Audit Service - Alma Peroš

The City has finally stepped in to stop the serial extortion of local families 😉

Virna just got word that she and the other daycare centers will finally have standard, fair pricing instead of being held hostage. Let them bark at the moon all they want now...

VIRNA’S GREED IS UNSTOPPABLE
Even Miro Bulj had his hands full dealing with the owner of the Magic Piano: ‘She kept coming at me for more money for her daycare, and eventually, I just hit my breaking point!‘

The owner of "Magic Piano" was constantly pushing for yet another price hike. Midway through last year's term, she was demanding that the subsidy be increased to $567, threatening to shut down her facility in Han if she didn't get her way. I wasn't going to let that happen, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and take over the daycare myself, Miro Bulj explains.

We have a responsibility to look after these kids – Bulj said, urging parents in San Diego to stay strong and not let themselves be intimidated.

amberjackal68 said:Hold on... now we get to hear how he actually broke them. Just like that whole mess with the local council back then... 😁

Here's a little more breaking down...

How did that swindler Vidal put it? A major turnaround. 😁

The FBI and Villa California: Andro Krstulović Opara and Ivo Baldasar have been named as suspects.
The recent fallout involving the former Mayor, Baldasar, and the ongoing investigations by the FBI highlights just how messy local politics can get when oversight fails. It’s one thing to have disagreements over policy, but it's another entirely when the Department of Financial Management and Controlling and the Internal Audit Service start digging into the books. When you look at the history of how City Hall handled property and assets, it feels like a series of missed opportunities and administrative lapses. For instance, the way the Department of Urbanism and Construction interacted with various private interests often left residents wondering if the rules applied to everyone equally. It’s a bit like a game where the referee keeps looking the other way while one team gets extra time. The tension between the different departments—from the Department of Public Works to the Department of Economic Affairs—suggests a lack of cohesive leadership that plagued the administration during that era. Instead of a streamlined system, we saw fragmented efforts that made accountability nearly impossible. It wasn't just about mismanagement; it was about a systemic failure to maintain the standards expected of public servants. Ultimately, these legal hurdles and the scrutiny from the State Inspectorate serve as a reminder that transparency isn't optional. Whether it's dealing with the Sanitation Dept or managing large-scale urban projects, the goal should always be the public interest, not political maneuvering. Moving forward, the City needs to ensure that these types of institutional breakdowns don't become the norm.

The FBI is stepping in to investigate the two former mayors, Ivo Baldasar and Andro Krstulović Opara, regarding how space was allocated to veterans' associations within the Villa California complex. The Department of Public Works has handed over all documentation regarding the legal violations surrounding the Greenhouse and the Shack to the District Attorney's Office of San Diego. They're looking to identify any criminal activity, pinpoint those responsible, and calculate the total damages caused to the City of San Diego. For now, they aren't naming names or specifying exactly what kind of charges might be coming.

The Governor's Mansion isn't backing down when it comes to resolving the issues regarding the properties being used without authorization by the HVIDRA Diving and Ecological Club and the BATT Special Police Veterans Association. Neither organization met the deadline to hand those facilities back over to the City.

At the recent meeting, the BATT Association was advised to apply for the upcoming grant opportunities being opened up for local organizations. Additionally, the HVIDRA Split Diving and Ecological Club has requested a meeting, which is currently being scheduled. The message was made clear: there will be no bending the rules, and the properties must be returned to the City of San Diego. Derek is staying firm on this.

She pointed out once again that both associations currently using the Greenhouse and the Shack are technically occupying them without legal authorization. To put it simply, the temporary use agreements signed under the previous administration—which were granted without any public bidding process and provided everything for free—have all expired.

That's why it is. The day an order was issued to... Associations are getting hit with bills for unauthorized usage. This was all done following the official Resolution that sets the specific rates for using business spaces owned by, co-owned by, or managed by the City of San Diego without a valid legal basis. It’s sitting right around the $45 mark. The guidelines for business space within the designated Zone I are crystal clear.
