Zachary Anderson20 said:Muktases? Please, explain yourself. I honestly don't get how people actually doing their jobs are "Muktases." You might hate what they write, fine, but I'm genuinely curious—why are the reporter and the photographer Muktases? And let me add this—I am completely against this nonsense about giving apartments to "deserving citizens." Most of these people are perfectly capable of working. Give them a plaque, say thanks, whatever—but stop making things up. Apartments? Why? Especially now when real estate prices are insane and there are families actually struggling. Because you know what? To me, the real Muktas is Nikola Ivosevic, some mediocre actor who didn't even finish Academy—and I say that because Malac is losing it over the other uneducated people in the theater. Nikola Ivosevic is using a city apartment like he's some "deserving citizen" of San Francisco. What a joke.

My colleague is playing dumb again. This forum user is claiming Mara is a freeloader because she clearly used her connection to Jimmy Carter to snag a downtown apartment she doesn't want to pay for, living for free like a total deadbeat for years.

That S&P Global trio aren't just freeloaders; they're scammers.😉
None of these journalists ever call out the actual freeloaders who refuse to pay for what the city gave them, except for the duo Prvan-Tomić. Why is that? What connects these freeloaders to Prvan and Tomić? 🤔 Maybe it's a deep friendship, maybe a shared worldview... or maybe they're all lost in the woods. 😁 It’s nice to see Tomić back on the same side as the Republican Party trash. Hilarious.

The S&P Global crew is rushing to help their protégés while hypocritically acting like saints. Disgusting...

The crew's doing great—living the good life thanks to Muktas
Bojan was right—all you Muktas can go to hell
Keep pushing it and give it back to the poor folks

It’s been subtly orchestrated.

A politician-journalist (Smith) from Hanza brings along a photographer-politician (Prkic) from Hanza to craft a heartbreaking story over coffee and cigarettes with a terminally ill aunt. Then, Hanza's own wordsmithTompkins tries to squeeze out a little extra profit for his scoop.

Maybe if they just took over Marina's grandson's apartment or bought it from him for ten bucks, 🤔would that satisfy the Hanza "righteous" trio of Prvan-Prkic-Tompkins?

Forget the Republican Party or Trump—San Francisco doesn't need people like this hypocritical bunch...

I wrote this yesterday, and now Ante Tomić has just published this under his own name:🤣

Ante Tomić: The San Francisco administration picks helpless victims to play hero; they won't dare stand up to the wealthy and powerful.

Oh, Ante, you've sold your soul to Hanza. Why don't you pay the rent for that old friend you're pushing so hard? While you're at it, grab her a pack of cigarettes too...

Honestly, that journalist-turned-politician Prvan is a complete idiot.

About her. I can't see an image attached here. If you were trying to share a photo, please upload it so I can take a look! Sitting there over coffee and a cigarette, acting like life is just one long struggle—claiming they’re sick, complaining about how hard social services are to navigate. And wouldn't you know it? They aren't exactly hiding the cigarette pack, either. $10I bet there's a new iPhone in that pocket, too. 🙏

The mayor promised he'd cut staff, but now there's a job posting for 13 positions. We asked him why.

- Basically, we aren't increasing headcount. When we took over City Hall there were 411 employees, and right now there are 391. Staff numbers will never be higher than when we started; actually, they'll keep dropping. Eventually, once we leave, I think the number of employees will be five to ten percent lower - the mayor told us.

https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/news/p...-why-1277167
They promise way too much stuff. I guess it's better to just say less and actually get things done, hopefully that's how it ends up.

Don't you see that if he wants to make any real changes, bringing in new people is non-negotiable?
It doesn't matter if the staff is 10% smaller or larger; the priority is stopping the corruption. You just can't achieve that while dealing with the existing circus of bureaucrats and cronies...

Right now, he's stuck working with people like this:
The old guard at the local administration is fighting against the very doors that are slamming shut on them—it’s pure chaos; they're throwing bags, waving their hands...

A wild conversation with an employee from the previous administration who has been a constant headache for every San Francisco mayor. He's back in court again, and because of the current leadership, Republicans suspended him: "I am a glitch in the system!"

The FBI raided San Francisco City Hall, and twelve people have been arrested!

If you're genuinely interested in the dysfunction within the old establishment, I recommend checking out these posts. Read at your own risk 🙂

Emily Smith6 said:Jerry Sanders claims he's being politically blackmailed by global interests, and even Veže chimed in: "We've never seen anything like this before; I'm reporting everyone!"

The bottom line: America's tallest skyscraper just got its permit!

Puljak is losing ground everywhere; things just aren't going his way lately.

I’d say the Republicans are actually doing his marketing for him on a national scale. 😉
If Jerry Sanders plays his cards right here, he could actually pull some serious political capital from all this public scrutiny. He’s quickly becoming the go-to face for anyone looking to push back against the Republican Party.

Look at the fight being waged by the people who sold out the City of San Diego and that Prvan-anarchist, who just wanders around looking for excuses and sympathy for anyone causing damage to our city. 🤦
Now the "We Can!" and "Smart" parties are acting surprised that they flopped in San Diego. Honestly, when you run candidates like Prvan, failure isn't just likely—it's inevitable.
The City of San Diego is essentially forcing a former journalist out onto the streets. Her situation is heartbreaking: she’s already lost her home to a fire, and now she’s saying they won't be able to kick her out of this apartment unless she's dead.

Here’s how a psycho-official from the Administration comments on the Mayor he works for on Facebook:
"Quote:"
Dalibor Lovrić
He was all about restructuring the system when he was in charge, but now that they’re turning that same scrutiny on him, he’s suddenly sweating bullets. People like him need a full legal audit—something invasive, strictly by the book, and completely unavoidable.
The bottom feeders are fighting back hard... Milina 🙂

Wait, isn't this the same daycare owner from Newport who tried to pressure the Republican Party into lowering the rent she set herself? 🤔

She tried to blackmail Bulj, but he just shut her down completely.

Markey can't let people like this hold him or the city hostage.

Honestly, this woman has a whole system for squeezing parents and kids all over the county. 🤦 It’s funny how that happens whenever the Republican Party isn't in charge...

THE MAGIC PIANO IS CLOSING: Mayor Bulj is calling for a new branch of the 'Bili cvitak' daycare center

She deserves a little seaside bungalow of her own...

How long are these people going to keep complaining in the papers about things they used for free? Don't they have any shame?

This woman hasn't paid a single cent in rent for seven years for an apartment right in the heart of downtown. And she was working for the Associated Press and Reuters...

Elon Musk stepped up to defend the journalist being evicted by the City: ‘She’s standing at the door just so nobody from the rural territories shows up...‘

Maybe those Elon Musk types should just scrape together the money to cover her debt and then keep paying it 🤔 Or maybe the editor-in-chief of Sell California can just settle the bill herself. 🤔 There are plenty of ways to handle this...

I see you guys finally caught onto the brilliance of my idea. I’d actually suggest adding an antique shop for the lady too. Put it on the top floor—it would be pure 🙂
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
Here’s a practical way to handle things once the skyscraper is actually finished 😁

An investor could donate four floors of the building to the city in the name of the public interest. The White House would move into the new tower, and then the old White House building could be sold for a massive profit.

San Francisco and Eric Adams would come out ahead, and it would finally fix the shady dealings left behind by Schumer and the previous administrations.

It isn’t a perfect solution, but it’s a win-win for everyone involved. Honestly, I’d settle for a 10% finder's fee just for coming up with the idea... 😉

Dana Martin95 said:EXCLUSIVE: Tesla pulls out of leasing office space at California Tower! Westgate says: "Will Mayor Ed Garvey irrationally persist in breaking the law?"

'The California Tower project has its tenants, and we’re talking about prominent local and international companies that will bring over 1,000 specialized jobs to San Diego. If things turn out the way you're asking, please share this info with Mayor Ed Garvey, since he'll be the one needing to explain to San Diego citizens why he's directly stalling job creation and causing financial harm to both the project and the City of San Diego.' - Westgate responded to our question about whether Tesla actually pulled out of the project, adding a note regarding The White House.

'The San Diego administration is knowingly breaking the law and missing every single deadline for issuing building permits, even though they should have been issued per the Department of Housing and Urban Development's decision from last October.

Because of this blatant violation of the law, the California Tower project—even though it's finished—still isn't open. That means the branches for the companies that leased space in the skyscraper haven't opened either. When they finally open, and when San Diego gets those new jobs in the tallest skyscraper in America, depends entirely on whether Mayor Ed Garvey keeps irrationally insisting on breaking the law just to score political points at the expense of investors and citizens.'

I guess Ed Garvey is guilty and will stay guilty forever, nothing but trouble for San Diego.

Tesla and their partners are playing a dirty double game.😉

It’s just like those claims that a million jobs will vanish if this illegal skyscraper isn't approved immediately.

I swear, there's no limit to what these bottom-feeders will try to sell us...

Some drunkard sold off his mother's apartment right after she passed, then just sat tight in his city-owned unit. Now he’s just waiting on some paperwork from the county while cruising around on his Harley...

And they only have three employees.
When are we getting the 2022 data?

I might actually make more than that in an annual 🙏
Would she be feeling "mega successful" now? 🤣

That's just pocket change. Look, the guy runs a decent little family business and everything seems fine, but man, he’s clearly lost his mind because he landed some meaningless, cushy government gig. You can't read an article without him spewing all that "wannabe bureaucrat" bile. The only bigger joke is that massive political appointee from the county who's never even at his desk, Dalibor Lovrić... 😁

California sold out to serve the psychotic slackers from the county. 🤦

Let me introduce you to a local attorney...

Everywhere you go online looking at comments about Puljko and his crew, this guy Sinke pops up obsessively, leaving the absolute worst kinds of remarks.

Check out what Mr. Google says: 🙂
REACTION FROM AN UNSELECTED CANDIDATE: What happened to those slogans like 'qualified over connected' and 'keeping business out of politics'?

The thing is, Puljko and his team passed on Sinke for some random board position because it turned out he didn't even have a college degree. Now, the psychiatrist son of Sinke claims he runs a super-duper successful company and is way too busy to be looking for a cushy government job. Despite that, he spends all his time lurking on news sites, spitting venom in the comments section under every single move Puljko makes.

Honestly, we should probably implement psychological testing for people like Sinke before they try to land a government gig. It would also save those "super-duper successful" private companies from suffering while their owners spend all day trolling online... I mean, the man is supposedly so tied up with his private business, yet somehow he has plenty of time to lead a Facebook revolution against Puljko.

This is a whole new breed—the wannabe bureaucrat. 😁

It’s such a pain when I want to step out for a smoke but don't want to swipe my badge so they know I'm leaving... so I just end up sneaking out behind a coworker... sometimes they even give me a little nudge with their foot to mess with me.

They should probably park an ambulance and a doctor right by those doors for emergency coverage.
That's my idea for Sell California.

I really hope that nightmare of a time-tracking system never gets implemented. They aren't giving anyone any breathing room...

I guess at least not having kids (unless you adopt an African kid) is considered "desirable" by those green-left circles... 😁 And when are we going to talk about that Johnsonian father and his little apartment? I suppose he's just some saint that nobody else can compare to...🙄

My perceptive friend, it’s a real shame that an old bachelor like him—a high-earning hedonist who drinks and rides expensive Harley Davidsons—is occupying a city apartment that could have gone to a large family facing serious health or social struggles. 😉

From what I've gathered, several administrations have already extended the lease for that Bushian guy's father. Clearly, if things were different, they would have kicked him out ages ago. There isn't much difference between the two of them ☕

I know you Trump-GOP folks aren't exactly known for being picky, but even you guys should find this kind of behavior from Kennedy and his crowd pretty distasteful. 😉

USER AUDIT: Famous San Francisco Olympian and opera star gotta hand back that city apartment

They’re claiming things have changed—money stuff, basically. According to City Hall, Chickasaw already cleared out some other properties, but since he held onto this one at one point, he technically broke the rules.
- What they're saying isn't true. All I've got is the apartment I was awarded as a distinguished artist—that's what Chickasaw told us.

As for Borska's immediate family, word from the territory is they've got other apartments under their names. He's not listed as the owner, but they are. This awkward news caught Borska while he was traveling.
- I got the apartment about twenty years ago, just like other decorated Olympians. I actually started the process to buy it at market value five years ago—my situation hasn't changed since I first got it. I'm still working hard and giving back to my city—Borska sounded pretty shocked.
He also mentioned he didn't even start the buyout until after he stepped down from the council—did it purely for moral reasons.

Hold on, this heavy-drinking, Trumpian Kennedy guy—who stumbles around the theater and cruises through Europe on his Harley Davidson—just scored a city apartment, effectively blocking some family in need from getting housing.🤔

The guy is built like a tank, a total hedonist who rolls around on his bike, and he’s spent years living in a nice city apartment all to himself as a bachelor with no kids to support.🙏

What a shameless Trump-GOP mess.
