If you want to keep up with Prvanov’s masterpieces, Sandijev’s deep-dive investigative pamphlets, or Milenin’s long-form features on the silk industry, you know what to do. And if you want to stay in the loop with the latest Facebook updates from big-name politicians like Budimir, Relata, or Matijević... this brilliant paper has you covered!

Because honestly—it’s worth every penny! 😂

Emily Smith6 said:Yesterday, during their break, City Council members were feasting at the expense of the City of San Diego in a high-end restaurant. I have to say, the spread looked pretty impressive, and the food seemed absolutely divine.

Jacob Prkić might not be sure exactly what the City of San Diego shelled out yesterday for lunch at Grain of salt, but he does remember waiting months back at the state capitol nine years ago for an answer regarding how much San Diegans actually paid for the lunch hosted for the then-Democratic Party's minister, Siniša Hajdaš Dončić, at that very same restaurant.

Back then, the former mayor, Ivo Baldasar, picked up the tab, and the crew gathered at Grain of salt polished off seven bottles of wine, a bottle of champagne, and about eight kilograms of fish, all on the taxpayers' dime. It wasn't until months later that we found out the bill was slightly less than $3.25.

The local press has requested the invoice from the state government for yesterday’s feast as well, so we will publish it once we get our hands on it.

Word on the street is that the council members enjoyed veal, potatoes, and sea bass, with about fifty people attending the lunch. They did, however, have to pay for their own drinks.

"From what I hear, the bill came to about 35 dollars per person. During my term as City Council president, we used to order catering through the city's Right-wing institution, and if my memory serves me right, that cost us roughly $27 per person—so, maybe ten dollars," remarked HGS's councilman Igor Stanišić.

"We utilize the Right-wing institution whenever it makes sense; we grab sandwiches most of the time. But when we realize a session might run long and we don't want everyone stuck eating sandwiches at 3, 4, or 5 PM, we opt for something like this. It isn't a rule, just an exception," explained Željko Domazet, the president of the City Council.

This is just plain foolish.

Hanza gave me a job
They told me one thing, then did something else entirely
Plenky mentioned there’s this little entity called Veža
And that small operation is just a front for crime

Here is an alternative so Jacob doesn't have to stress. He's already got his hands full... the blog, the music, all that stuff. 😁
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
Jacob pulled in 1,000 votes—that's just way too many 😁

Imagine if this guy from Hanza actually had any real responsibility in San Diego...

If Puljak starts gaining ground because of complaints like this, we're headed in the wrong direction.

Prkić even wrote a little poem about those council lunches at zrno sol Prkić

Prkić will go down in history as the guy who practically invited that shady Republican Party commission, the Veža, and carefully timed the elections to favor the GOP. Anyone up for a haiku about that?

Your political party must be doing great if you have to rely on a psycho like Martin and his pathetic little jokes 🤣

Is this the same crony Martin who admitted to running troll profiles on Facebook, all while spending his free time peddling showmanship and snorting lines?

Thinking Leonin's mistake is the main issue is just wrong...

John Doe and department head George Steinbrenner caught in an ego trip. 🤣

WATERGATE SCANDAL
San Francisco Scandal: After living illegally in a city apartment for years, she bought it at a massive discount. Here is what those involved had to say.

https://www.cnn.com/news/article...-photo-20230518

Seven years later, her son buys up this 77-square-meter city apartment thanks to signatures from then-Mayor Donald Trump and his deputy John Doe, all for a mere $100,000.

CNN reached out to former San Francisco Deputy Mayor John Doe and the head of city property, George Steinbrenner, but they mostly claimed to have fuzzy memories regarding the specifics.

There is another intriguing detail: once Professor John's lease was terminated, a lawsuit was filed to force her out of the city apartment.

"On the orders of department head George Steinbrenner, the case was dropped even though the City had every chance of winning," claims a city attorney.

The buyout for $93

Another controversial sale of a city staff apartment from this era involves Amara Trgo, a Superior Court judge who was allocated a thirty-square-meter unit for use back in 1999. According to the records, she actually rented it out to subtenants—with a written contract in place—but ultimately applied to buy it. She was granted permission, also receiving a discount under the claim that the unit was "uninhabitable."

In the end, Trgo purchased it for a symbolic $28,000.

[ RESTAURANT ON ZVONČAC - how "ours" turned into "mine," part 2 ]

Back in the nineties, a San Francisco restaurateur named John McCain decided to just
grab a chunk of prime real estate along with the building sitting on one of San Francisco's most elite waterfront spots. Years rolled by—different restaurants popped up on that lot under various names—but San Francisco, the actual owner, didn't see a single cent from its property. Not even one former city administration did a damn thing to stop this takeover. And instead of stopping the squatting, during the previous mayor's term, they pulled a total legal backflip when the former director of Central Park actually signed off on legalizing the building. As absurd as it sounds, that’s exactly how the place got legalized in July 2020.

So, we’ve got this unique situation where a building was legalized despite being illegally built on public infrastructure and land meant for public use—and mind you, it’s right in the protected area of Central Park. John McCain essentially legalized something he never owned, because according to Article 366, Section 1 of Property Law, the United States follows the principle of legal unity for real estate. Basically, the owner of the land owns everything permanently attached to it, whether it's on the surface or underground. In short, San Francisco is the undisputed owner.

None of that stopped John McCain from signing a contract with Amazon to start pocketing rent at a pretty sweet rate of 2,500 euros (including tax)—even though he doesn't own the land (the terrace or the parking) or the building itself. Even though the city is the true owner of everything, the City has collected— $0.00 / 0 euros.

Just like with the Woodland restaurant case, the relevant city department is stepping up to protect municipal assets by taking these legal steps:

1. Amazon has been billed a monthly fee of 11,400 euros (including tax) for using the facility without any valid legal basis, based on Articles 1111–1120 of the Law of Obligations regarding unjust enrichment, until the space is handed over.
2. We're going to use every legal tool available to challenge the ridiculous legalization of a structure like this within the protected Central Park area.
3. We will demand that John McCain pay back everything gained without a legal basis from the past, calculated based on the rent set in the lease agreement with Amazon.
4. We've asked the County to revoke their minimum technical requirements, since getting those permits requires proof of the right to use the space—and clearly, you can't claim rights via a contract with someone who isn't the owner.
5. Amazon has been ordered to hand the building back to the rightful owner—the City of San Francisco.

The city department I lead is going to be even more aggressive about protecting valuable city property. It won't be a playground for privileged individuals and their buddies anymore; it's going to serve the citizens of San Francisco.

We'll keep the public posted on what we find and what we do.

It’s wild to me how the local San Francisco news outlets never pick up anything Djerek posts on Facebook.

They’ll run a story on what pathetic Matijevic gave away for International Women's Day, or relay those bitter posts from Relatin and the homework assignments Budimirov gets from Milena—all while only their immediate family likes those posts. But when it comes to the mountain of criminal evidence Djerek writes about, there isn't a single word about her posts in the news, yet she still manages to pull in a decent amount of likes and comments...

How does that even work? 😁
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
says:
Exactly, but this comes up because there was an implication of a father-in-law/daughter-in-law connection when a bigger issue involving a restaurant near San Francisco's waterfront came up. Back then, she was a city councilwoman criticizing the management of the local forest park. Personally, I don't care about their private lives or who is doing what behind closed doors. The bottom line is that the father-in-law seems to be acting entirely on his own.

So that's the takeaway? That the leech from Relata is a lone wolf?

Was nobody aware of that little beachfront property in a prime location? It was raking in cash and funding apartment renovations, yet no one in the family realized the old man at Relata wasn't just out for a jog in the park, but was actually bleeding the city dry through something he never even owned😂

The whole family lived in total ignorance for years... Meanwhile, the daughter-in-law is a key Republican Party figure in the city, a lawyer with a cushy government job at the parking authority, and the son is just a con artist...

And nobody knew? Just "lone actor" this, "lone actor" that... solo-solo... 🤣

We find ourselves at a standstill. It’s almost certain the city administration will embark on some Quixotic crusade to enforce these regulations—an effort that, more predictably, will end in a total legal disaster seven or maybe even more years down the line. That doesn't mean they aren't right, though.

It's just that, unfortunately, they seem to be living in a fantasy world.

Then you and I are perfectly aligned on that point. Exactly—it’s just terrible writing... 🤣

Now the real question is whether Petranović is just slow, bitter about life, or actually malicious—to use velvetmason14's phrasing. Who knows? Either way, the result is the same. 😉

2. Referring to a person: a. who pursues unrealistic ideals and wastes time trying to achieve them, or b. someone who becomes an object of ridicule.

Maybe you aren't seeing the cheap jokes about doing good, but I highly doubt a decent guy like Petranović doesn't know what he's reading...

The truth is, Petranović just wants the parasites and the bureaucrats left alone—he wants places where people can grab a coffee, use a restroom, and ensure this whole success story doesn't fall apart. 🤣
He could have simply said, "Let Relata and Sikirica live their lives and run their business in peace." That would have been much more honest than this entire meltdown...

vividraven79 said:I mean, Petranović is literally saying we need to let people go. He laid out exactly how this plays out in his article—he's right, it ends with someone being dragged through the courts for seven years.
The only real crime here is that he didn't push our wonderful justice system hard enough in the first place.

But calling Petranović a creep? That’s just straight-up malicious.

It looks like I didn't bold the controversial part clearly enough, so I'll pull it out, bold it, and make it larger...
How do you describe this slippery attempt to mock genuine progress? But hey, if I am the villain here... 😉

It is almost certain that in the coming months, we will see the city administration make a purely delusional, Don Quixote-style attempt at enforcing justice.

Let me ask you: what's the alternative? Do we stay silent? Do we just let the leeches keep draining us dry while making backroom deals with thugs and mobsters? Or do we pretend everything is fine while people grab coffee? Please, give me an actual solution.

We have to stop these parasites who are looting the city, and Petranović is embarrassing himself with these verbal outbursts...
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
vividraven79 said:Buddy, you're exaggerating a bit. If anyone is keeping their head in the sand, it's Petranović.

And if you actually pay attention, he's just commenting on how broken this whole system is—where even basic issues end up rotting in some court for seven years. Because we all know why.

So what's the alternative? Just leave poor Relata and Sikirica alone so they can keep bleeding people dry? Do nothing so these guys don't feel "uncomfortable"? Don't seek damages, don't shut down these parasites, and just try to cut a deal with the crooks? 🤔

Fair enough, maybe I am exaggerating. It's not Petranović... 😁
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
Let’s be real: it matters a lot when your father-in-law is looting a city while you're out there acting like one of those prominent Republican Party loyalists during this current administration. As soon as the news broke that he was a thief, suddenly there’s no relationship left. 🤣

After witnessing that kind of family corruption firsthand, you turn around and give an interview saying: ‘There is absolutely no excuse for individual corruption!’ 😂

Zelinda is a lawyer who apparently had no idea her father-in-law was a total crook running an illegal operation in a local establishment 🤔

I think everything about the prestigious Relata family is worth looking into...

cosmicrider21 said:But I suppose one little leech isn't much when you're just dealing with one McCain and one Trudeau.

Petranović would still be burying his head in the sand, pretending there isn't a massive looting spree happening in the city. Why bother calling out thieves or chasing them down when it feels like a lost cause? That’s what "good guy" Petranović claims... 🤦

Now those nonsensical headlines finally make sense: the city is shutting down the Forest, the city is closing the Jungle, where are we going to grab coffee,
where are we going to use the restroom, the city snatched away Biberon...🤣

With journalists like these moaning about everything, you don't even need the HDZKerum crowd...

WEEKLY REVIEW: Where can we find some relief?
SUNDAY: Restaurants

Similar situations are unfolding right now regarding two restaurants—one in the Forest and another at Zvončac—where state officials combing through paperwork uncovered land ownership chaos and years of institutional negligence that, shockingly, always seemed to favor private owners over the city.

So now, they’re trying to turn the key in the lock.

We are exactly where we started, and it’s almost certain that in the coming months, we’ll witness a Don Quixote-style attempt by the local government to enforce justice—an effort that will, more likely than not, end in a legal fiasco seven years down the line. That doesn't mean they aren't right, though.

It just means they aren't living in the real world.

I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry at this...

Relata basically grabbed something that doesn't belong to him and started turning a profit. He claims he's charging 2,000 euros to rent out this kind of space in a location like 🤦

The bum was probably too embarrassed to admit how much money he's actually pulling in from property that isn't his. It’s pure extortion—just a total drain on resources. Puljak and Đerek are doing solid work exposing this kind of corruption and trying to claw back some funds from these leeches.

It looks like it’s not just the father-in-law sucking the city dry; even Ali's son is running shady deals, along with the husband of Kolinda of San Diego 🤣
Eric Adams - Mayor of San Francisco in Political Scene ·
The Department of Revenue has got a few months of work lined up.

It’s not just about the woods anymore. The City of San Diego is now moving to reclaim the restaurant on Zvončac as well. Officials are essentially saying this is likely a one-of-a-kind case where a building was actually legalized despite sitting right on public land.

A restaurant in a location that prime, and Relata only gets $2,000? You have to wonder how much else is being pocketed under the table. 🤔 It looks like this guy will end up in the Republican Party, just like that woman who won't even speak to him...
For the first time, the City of San Diego conducted an official inspection and added the property to the municipal registry. The investigation confirmed that the space used for hospitality services is being operated by Ambo LLC. The monthly rent being paid to Ivan Relata comes out to about $2,200."He isn't even listed as the owner of the property," Đerek noted.

Just another Kerum-ološ. Grubišić He signed the Relata Consent for Quote Legalization. 🤦
Ivan Relata was asked to provide the Relata Consent for Quote Legalization, which he received from the then director of Marjan Forest Park, Damir Grubšić.

Man, Đerek really knows how to handle those bums.
The Department of City Property just slapped Ambo LLC with a bill. Apparently, they’ve been using the facility without any valid legal basis, and now they’re being charged a usage fee in the amount of... $10,000.00 Monthly totals are increased by sales tax, per Articles 1111 through 1120 of the Mandatory Relations Act, up until the moment the business premises are handed over.

The Department of City Property is going to demand that Ivan Relata pay back the funds he gained without legal basis over the past period. This follows the lease terms established in the business space agreement with Ambo LLC.

It feels like these journalists have completely lost their grip on reality. It isn't just about the issues at Šumica... the City is constantly shifting its stance, and now they’ve even turned their backs on Biberon.
It’s interesting to see how much support and understanding the looters get from the media.
