jep☕

🙂 Deda would’ve absolutely crushed this race and been fighting for the win the whole damn time, but he’d still end up "only" on the podium.

We aren't talking about Monaco here, it's Indianapolis.☕

The only one who actually caught up to me in the standings is Begemotica, and that’s only because she’s a lady.😁
And I’ve always been a sucker for ladies; if they're involved, I'll let them slide every single time.😍

So, let's be crystal clear: you're going to be my inferior teammate.☕
Unless, of course, you manage to convince me you're a little girl, then maybe I'll let you have another race like last time.😬

I’m fully expecting the pastor to turn into CrashdoNando this weekend.😁

2010 season - TBF has about 50% more points than his teammate
2010 season - TBF has about 40% more points than his teammate
2012 season - TBF currently has about 40% more points than his teammate😁

The only real question left is whether TBF's teammate ends up with 50% or 40% fewer points than him. Everything else is pretty much set in stone.☕

My bad🙂 I made the table but totally forgot to upload it.😵

edit:
Here you go.😁

This is for Round 10.😉

By the way, there are links to the results in the first post of this thread, which include the tables showing the matchups.🙂

I was actually thinking about him the other day.😢
I just can't shake the feeling that if he hadn't gotten caught up in that disastrous rally and had stayed with Lotus, he’d be right in the mix fighting for the title today.
Whether you like it or not, this Lotus is easily the best car Robert has ever had the chance to drive.😢

I'm calling it now: one or two Red Bulls on the podium and Massa grabbing a spot.☕

neonfox65 said:Yeah, honestly, that race was kind of a dud. If you’re actually looking for some NASCAR action, you should probably just try playing one of those racing games instead... it might be more your speed.

What kind of joke is that?🤣
Look, I've never touched a single touring car or IndyCar sim, so honestly, I was hooked from the jump. 🙂
Same kid here—fell in love with F1 instantly. Then again, considering this is my first race, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. 😁

P.S. When you post photos or race updates, can you at least include a schedule? 😉 Like qualifying, race times, etc.—and please, use US time zones.

Forced myself to sit through at least a few laps of that NASCAR race yesterday (caught the last 30 or 40 laps, anyway).
Still can't wrap my head around how anyone finds this stuff exciting.🤷

Honestly, I don't think I've ever watched anything more mind-numbing. Even those absolute disaster days at the Miami Grand Prix were more engaging than this.

Or maybe I just got unlucky and tuned in during a particularly dull track layout and a snooze-fest of a race.🤷
Jason Campbell70 said:If I were to run for moderator, it would mean I’m stepping away from competing next year. After all the nonsense surrounding the recent competitions, I'm more convinced than ever that a moderator shouldn't be an active competitor at the same time.

And in case you forgot, I've actually stepped up for the moderator role once before. Even though I was the only one who applied, they ended up appointing some other suitable member instead.

As for the rules? No issues there—they just need a few minor tweaks.

Regarding the crew responsible for enforcing those rules... well, everything has already been said through all this bickering in the sub-forums. Between the constant inconsistency, people making up rules that don't even exist, and acting like fools just to scrape together a few pathetic points...

Do you honestly think anyone would actually accept running a championship if they weren't competing in it?
Personally, I think that would probably be a great fix, but let's be real—it's never going to happen. 🤷
Look, Jason Campbell70, it’s pretty obvious you’ve completely lost your sense of time and space here...
Jason Campbell70 said:With a third of our competitors essentially checking out and refusing to submit their picks, this Championship needs much more than just some superficial—and frankly pointless—rule tweaks.

As long as the Championship (and all our other forum contests) continues to be run the way it has been, we’re never going to have a legitimate competition with a level playing field and unbiased officiating.

So, what exactly is stopping you from just applying for the moderator position yourself, rules and all?
🙏👍

Thank God we finally have at least one legitimate candidate on the table.🙂
Now it’s time for everyone else who actually intends to run to step up and pitch their own rulebook proposals.🙂

If you spot an error, step up and fix it right then and there. Don't just sit on it until all the deadlines pass and then write these massive, "look at me" essays.
Look, if the referee screws up during a game, that's on the official, not the players. You don't go disqualifying athletes or stripping them of points just because the ref can't do his job.
If you think the officiating is garbage, feel free to step up and show us how it's actually done.

As for the entry list, I'm not about to go changing things unless the majority of the competitors want it. Plus, it wouldn't take much for my less talented teammate to end up in the super league next season thanks to a move like that.

Jason Campbell70 said:So, Felipe Massa just completely played the "almost champion" for a fool.

I’ll say it again—Felipe Massa. ☕

And then you had two "almost two-time champions" getting slapped around by Mark Webber.🙂 🤣
The "almost seven-time champ" got handled by six of them...
The "almost British champ" got bullied by nine, and the "almost Finn" got taken by four.
Even the "almost American racer champ" got schooled by seven.

Basically, this whole race was just a masterclass in slapping around guys who almost won titles.😬 🤣

Has anyone else ever been totally wrecked like you? 😁

Hell yeah,🤣 actually even worse than that.😁
I can't remember specifically, but I know I once went on a 15-0 tear against someone in a head-to-head match.😳

darkmarlin16, I should probably ban you just for the penalty😬

congratulations though 👍

We’ll probably get more details in the next few days. I’m positive they were looking at the rain situation from the very start. I'm also pretty sure Alonso isn't the only one complaining to the team about the conditions. But let's be real—Alonso is the star, Alonso drives for Ferrari, and Alonso was out of contention at that moment. Naturally, the broadcasters are going to air Alonso's whining because it makes for the best TV.
And who's to say there weren't five others complaining, or even more before that? Who can actually claim otherwise right now?

Look, it's hard to track every single person who complained, but the fact remains: that pit stop call clearly favored Ferrari and absolutely screwed over Sauber.
Even if Vettel might have dropped out of Q3 (he was sitting in 10th at the time), I still think they should have just finished Q2 properly.
Stopping qualifying or a race for every little thing is just plain stupid.🙄

They didn't stop qualifying because there was a car stuck in the middle of the track—they didn't.
They stopped it because they were worried about someone potentially flying off.
