Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
Ogius said:I’ve been struggling with this ulcer issue for over five months now. I actually stopped by a local pharmacy, and they suggested using some CNN ointment, which I've been applying consistently for about three months. Honestly, it hasn't done much at all; things actually took a turn for the worse last week, and now instead of just itching, it’s started burning and causing real pain.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend something a bit more effective.

Maybe you could try looking into bioflavonoids? You can usually find them at most drugstores in supplement form, often packaged right along with Vitamin C.

I seem to recall reading somewhere once—it was quite a while ago, I think—that during the Vietnam War, some of the prisoners were subjected to this incredibly brutal regimen where they were fed nothing but meat. It’s a heavy thought, but I suppose if you were forced onto such a restricted diet, your body would just give out after a month or two.

Alright then, gogo, my bad. It looks like there might be two ways to handle this after all.

I wonder if there's anyone here who actually works in banking who could step in and fully clear this up for us?

once you enter that number, you just put in the account number, and honestly, you can probably just leave the memo line blank.

Gogo, I don't think that's quite right.
The way you handle it is actually how I explained it earlier. So, if you're using JPMorgan Chase:
Recipient Account Number: 2360000–1000000013
Memo Line: Use the account number, but make sure you don't include the prefix.

I've actually double-checked this myself with both Chase and Wells Fargo before. They told me the exact same thing. And more importantly, it works perfectly fine when you actually try it.

Mirko said:I actually have this guy's full name along with his Chase checking account number. I was wondering, though, how exactly can I send him money directly into that account using a standard deposit slip? The thing is, I don't really live near a Chase branch, so I'd probably have to use the post office or just stick to my online banking through Bank of America.

Since the recipient's account is with Chase, you should just put his specific account number into the reference field on the slip.
Itchy, burning eyes—anyone else? in Health ·
Noah Myers8 said:I suspect this might all be coming from constant fatigue. My eyes feel incredibly itchy and they have this burning sensation; they're just so dry, and it actually hurts to look at things. I find myself rubbing them constantly, which I suppose just makes everything even worse. I wear glasses because my prescription is -2.25 and -2.00, and lately, I've been having such a hard time focusing—staring at a computer screen has become quite painful. I did go see an eye doctor for a checkup about two or three weeks ago, and we updated my prescription, so everything seemed fine then. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Eric Allen61 said:Hey there, I’ve been searching all over Google, but I just can't seem to track down a reliable website that lists all those health-hazardous stabilizers used in processed foods. Ideally, I'm looking for something organized with a specific number next to each one, along with a clear explanation of how harmful they actually are.
Does anyone happen to know of a site like that? Thanks!

I actually stumbled upon this one written in Canadian: 😉

Tea recommendations? in Health ·
ironheron11 said:I'm really curious about the medicinal properties of different teas. It might be helpful to have a single resource where you can see which tea is best suited for specific ailments.
Specifically, I was wondering if anyone knows which teas might help with ovarian cysts, or perhaps something for acne and blackheads? Thanks in advance!

For those of you who struggle with a sensitive stomach, I’d highly suggest trying a blend of fennel and St. John's Wort. Personally, it always seems to soothe my gastritis. A few of my friends and acquaintances have given it a shot too, and they all found it quite helpful.

You can pick up the ingredients pretty easily, it's simple to brew, and honestly, it doesn't taste half bad—I actually find it quite tasty and usually drink it without any sugar at all.

I mean, you might want to try switching up your footwear. Personally, I find that whenever I’m wearing sneakers, I get these weird little sparks dancing right in front of my eyes, but once I swap them out for some proper dress shoes, everything just settles down and goes back to normal.
