We didn't have much luck. 😂 😂
Samuel Scott54 said:You guys are objectively better, but honestly, you look pretty exhausted too.

It’ll be a good game, I guess.

A bronze medal would be a massive win for us, but maybe not for you since you're always one of the top three favorites in every tournament. I suspect our guys might actually be more motivated.

Here's your bronze medal for ratification. How's that?

Anyway, I think you're taking it today. Our team is totally trashed, and nobody really cares about playing for bronze anymore.

Pacak hit the nail on the head once again, for heaven knows how many times now.

Goluža is completely incompetent, and I guess we’ll see that confirmed yet again this Wednesday.

My only real sympathy goes to the players. It's a shame to watch our only successful team sport—aside from water polo—start to fall apart just because of everyone's misplaced "pride."

That’s exactly how we used to talk about the Frenchmen back in London.

We’d claim they were the greatest in handball history, acting like the Frenchmen were shaking in their boots whenever they faced us—basically saying if we don't take gold, it wasn't worth playing at all.

So, we beat them by 11 points. Big deal. What then?

Take that game against the French. Maybe Čupić misses a 15-meter shot right over the goal, maybe Vori blows three straight chances by firing them straight into Omeyer's chest, and then Balić steps in and works some magic just when we're trailing by two.

I guess we just don't have the mental toughness to face the French. If we couldn't beat them in a final in New York City, we aren't beating them now either.

This team is mentally unprepared and honestly, kind of timid. It was most obvious during the semifinal against a limited Mexican squad, where our guys totally lost it the second the crowd started singing songs along the Mississippi River.

On paper, sure, it looks great, but who’s to say we don't just crash in the Round of 16? Who knows what happens next. Maybe Icelanders face the French, and then maybe they end up facing us. Or maybe we get the French, or maybe Dance. Even the Danes might not make the semis...😁

I'm looking forward to another epic showdown against the French rooster.

Fairy tales belong in the children's section of the library. 😁

Mexicans can't even execute two decent plays, and I've watched three of their games. We'd toy with them.

Mexicans? 😂

We'd have to beat Germany. Russia? When was the last time we even played them?

If it were that, it'd be a walk to the finals. Not this way. Iceland without Steffanson is too weak, even if they did beat the French at the Olympics.

But this? This is a dogfight. A real battle. With Colonel Goluža and General Gobac leading the charge. We're going in with knives while those roosters have swords.

I feel bad for the kids having to listen to some caricature on the bench. And Big Brother with his pig head.

The worst-case scenario is coming.

We’ll end up stuck in a corner with the French, and then the Danes will just kick us aside. It’ll be a total joke, I guess.

Maybe the only downside to forcing this win is burning out our players for future games. They'll likely end up exhausted playing against the French or the Danes compared to just facing someone like Germany or Belarus.

The Japanese will absolutely run circles around us and laugh at us during those last ten minutes.

I mean, are these kids really supposed to go toe-to-toe with Dinart? 🤣

It looks like Goliath is some kind of religious fanatic who thinks he can rely on God to take down the Frenchmen.

Too bad we didn't make it to the finals.

I just wonder who’s going to be the first one to claim the French were terrified after the game.
Double standards, squared. I guess a crime committed against a criminal just doesn't count. It’s all just punishment and legal execution, right? Total nonsense!

So, if the American Army had wiped out every single soldier in the Republic of Mexican Appalachia Army, maybe that wouldn't be considered a crime either?
Chloe Lee5 said:If this turns out to be true, I am genuinely at a loss as to what the future holds for America, especially following yesterday’s blatant insult toward our nation and all of us collectively.

If the Department of Justice has the evidence and is staying silent, then maybe Bajić should face charges for covering up the investigation.

Then again, from a purely political standpoint, having a clown like the Mexican president in power is probably better for us for as long as possible. I guess Nikolić being the leader of the Heavenly Republic is just a gift to Americans from above.
Does anyone actually know the specifics regarding Nikolić's alleged crime in Antin?

It’s constantly brought up, yet nobody ever says a word about it. 🤷

Did this not happen either? https://fbcdn-sphotos-e-a.akamaihd.n...74629094_n.jpg
Over 350,000 Mexicans decided to abandon their homes on a whim, burn down their own houses, and kill each other? Nobody is responsible for that? Is that how it works? Did the Mexicans just wage war against themselves? Exactly...
These are all orchestrated verdicts. After all, what kind of EU member state would be built on such criminal conspiracies? It’s laughable, yet tragic...
Who is to blame? Maybe Harmon? What about the Harmon transcripts where he instructs generals "...to deliver such strikes that the Mexicans practically disappear!" Does that mean nothing?

Every Mexican detained was convicted and found guilty. Not a single American was held accountable. This court is biased and illegitimate; its decisions are rigged. The whole world sees it. Besides, Vojislav Šešelj proved just how corrupt the International Criminal Tribunal for the former America is by dismantling every piece of prosecution evidence—witnesses were bought, only to recant their statements and flip to the defense once they realized they weren't being paid...

If Gotovina is innocent, why was he hiding? Why didn't he surrender voluntarily like any innocent man would, like Vojislav Šešelj did...
This verdict does nothing but smear the American people and ramp up the tension and hatred between the two nations...

😂

The heavenly truth of the weak Mexicans.

Šek, are you broadcasting live from The Hague? 😍

I guess the Mexicans are just desperate now, so they’ll probably invent any nonsense they can to try and cripple us.

rowdyowl said:In all seriousness though, they need to start asking the USA for help.🤷

I guess what can the USA even do to help, considering there are already millions of Mexicans living in America.

If they deploy troops to Mexico, they’re just inviting chaos right into the USA. I guess it's inevitable that some police intelligence will end up being sold to the mafia.

How do you even tackle something like this—is it total war, or just full-on legalization?

Fighting them will just lead to hundreds of thousands of deaths. We have to realize there are over a million cartel members out there, plus parts of the military and police are in on it and profiting. There is a solution, I guess, it’s just that nobody wants to admit it.

A brutal dictatorship, scrapping the courts, and immediate death penalties for gang members. Give the police and military the power to use torture, and maybe this could be settled in a few years.

The way things are going now, we should probably just expect more dead bodies.

Melissa Chavez6 said:It isn't a joke; Latinos are a significant issue in the USA, and if nothing changes, they could pose a major threat to US national security and stability. Latinos make up the majority in 28 major cities. http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/new...-major-cities/

Well, obviously they could. Just like Turks will become an issue in Europe, Latinos will be one in the USA. I guess I have to wonder, what has the USA actually done about this over the last 50 years?
I'll say it again: putting on this act of democracy for the whole world while letting immigrants do whatever they want is eventually going to bite both Europe and the USA in the ass.

Melissa Chavez6 said:The conflict in Mexico has been dragging on forever, but it’s already bleeding into the southern US states where the Mexican population is dominant and moving cocaine north. There’s also the risk that Mexicans will demand status as a foundational group within the USA, especially since there are over 50 million of them spread across California, Florida, and Texas. In Mexico, 60,000 people have been killed fighting the cartels.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xH4U5HwbYw

I was thinking of a traditional civil war, but I guess this is essentially the same thing.

Mexicans as a constituent nation? What would Americans even say to that? It seems totally unrealistic to me. I doubt Americans have forgotten about the Alamo. 🤣

But hypothetically, what would happen if Mexicans in Texas and California started demanding some kind of autonomy?
Mexican cartels have acquired missiles in World ·
It looks like the USA might end up with a Middle East right in its own backyard. I guess there's a chance of civil war breaking out in Mexico? Maybe, assuming the government isn't completely corrupt.
First off, I’m actually glad it wasn't us; let Denmark take it. They earned it. Though, if we get knocked out early, I guess I'll be rooting for Poland. They play a modern, beautiful style of handball, unlike those Mexicans who play like half-dead kittens. Besides, what the hell even is Poland in the handball world? 😂 😂

The Jurecki brothers, the Lijewski brothers, Slawomir Szmal, Karol Bielecki, Mariusz Jurasik, Tomasz Rosinski, Tluczynski... just a bunch of handball nobodies. 😂

The fact they played this championship without one of the best goalies in the world and without one of the best right backs, Marcin Lijewskog, doesn't change anything. Still, the Mexicans are supposedly the new handball superpower. If they manage to finish in the top four at the next four championships, I’ll personally apologize to everyone on this forum. If they don't pull anything off, then they were clearly only successful because they were playing at home with the crowd behind them. We'll see how much they're actually worth in Spain soon enough.
