Is NAC a miracle supplement? in Health ·
Jacob Lopez51, how much did you end up paying for that black cumin seed oil?

Does anyone have a recommendation for electrolyte tablets or capsules? I'm looking for something I can pick up at a local store here in the States or maybe order from one of our usual online shops. Right now, I've been using GyMBeam electrolytes, but before those, I was using some from Powerade, which I guess weren't quite as good as these.

Viktor Vaughn said:I’ve been reading up on NAC. It looks like it helps people dealing with psoriasis. My wife has been struggling with low Vitamin D lately, and her psoriasis has really flared up over the last few months, so I think I'll give NAC a shot.

NAC is actually great for skin, so I'd say definitely go for it. It’s useful for so many things—it might be the #1 supplement I'd suggest to anyone. Maybe #2 would be Ashwagandha.
When you send an envelope, I think it’s probably best to use certified mail. Do they put some kind of date stamp on the envelope so you can actually see when they picked it up at the post office?

I honestly found this movie pretty bad and just wasn't into it. I only went because a friend talked me into it. Even Mr. Jackson couldn't save it for me, I guess.

Can any girls who frequent shopping trips to Austin give me some pointers? Where should I actually go? Which stores are worth the trip? I've never really done the shopping scene here.
I'm 50.

I was just there recently too, and yeah, it was such a disappointment. Plus, things are way too expensive.

I guess Kik doesn't really carry much in the way of large sizes anymore. You might still stumble upon a shirt here or there, I suppose.

I heard they have some pretty big numbers over at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus.

Hey! Just checking in. I guess things are going okay on my end. Maybe we can chat later? Hope you're having a good one! kaže:
Where could I find a classic, comfy, well-tailored black blazer in a size 12 or 14? I hit up the mall last week, but I couldn't find anything decent anywhere. 😢

Did you check out the Ulla Popken at Avenue Mall?

I don't think it's actually about taste, though. I guess I just haven't seen many good plus-size options lately. There's honestly such a lack of variety out there.

I guess Kik hasn't had any good options for quite a while now, almost nothing at all.

Does anyone know where I can find a sports bra with a bit more room for fastening? It’s been a total nightmare lately trying to track one down, and I really need to grab a new one soon.

Does anyone know what the vibe is like in the plus size section at the H&M over at Westgate? I guess I'm wondering if they have any new arrivals in stock lately.

There isn't much left on sale over at the West Gate mall lately, I guess $3.25.

I guess their pants just don't really work for the most part, neither in terms of the fabric or the cut, and it's not like the sizes aren't huge either. I haven't seen any decent plus-size pants in quite a while.

I stopped by the H&M arena the other day, but there wasn't really anything there. I ended up picking up this blue patterned sundress with straps at C&A for $33.

I like both options, though I'm not quite sure how they'll look on a dress. Personally, I might go with a pashmina or maybe a slightly longer bolero over that dress.

I think I found this really big, pretty bell-shaped dress at H&M about two years ago, so maybe you could check there.

mellowbadger26 said:For those who used to shop at BP like I did, they're back in business. You can use ePay online, though the website is still acting up a bit. I received the catalog a few days ago and already placed a lovely order for $333 spring essentials. Unfortunately, I had to stick to just black coffee, but there are plenty of options. The prices are reasonable, similar to Kik, though the selection seems better to me.

Could you please send the link? I find it pretty hard to shop online. Even when I'm walking through stores, I struggle with judging sizes, so I usually have to try on several different ones. I guess I just stay loyal to the same fits.

I have this kind of sensitive wrist, so I never really tighten my watch strap too much. I usually just go for a lighter fit, something that stays secure without feeling like it’s crushing me. I guess that’s just how I roll.
