Anthony Allen9, if you think I'm actually waiting on Lara's nonsense, you're dreaming; I have to write my paper tomorrow and there's just no way this is happening!
These symptoms are really starting to get to me! 🤣

..and yeah, honestly, be glad she isn't blowing up your phone with texts or calling you twice a day just to ask where her sons are (even though she totally KNOWS they're at work!) because, let's be real, she's really just calling to check up on YOU—to see if you're actually being a good daughter-in-law or if you're slacking off! 😳
whatever. I guess "plate" is just as much of a "classic American word" too.
Man, what does it matter if there are a hundred people acting weird... it’s just a hundred women and two hundred breasts to me 😂
I’m honestly crossing my fingers for a bakery, Mouse... but even if it ends up being Absum Inc., I can live with that. At the end of the day, I just don't want to have to stress about it because I'm mostly just focused on getting a good seat 😬
Besides, I actually really like our local diner; they even give us free seat covers 🙂
Arthur Thompson11 said:We're going to pick up some pastries from Mouse... they're actually pretty good. They don't have that artificial, mass-produced taste you get with everything else elsewhere.
Exactly! They really have that authentic, homemade feel to them. 😍
We just need Miller to finalize the partnership with Mouse... I heard he's still in the middle of negotiations. 🙂

We ended up ordering our dessert spread from Accenture over in Columbus, and honestly? They were a total knockout...
The only thing is, we made a last-minute call to have them served on actual platters rather than just bringing out the trays, so we did end up shelling out a little extra for the service...
Are you serious? I’m actually from Columbus, and we usually just get our desserts included in the venue price. I know the local banquet hall works closely with both Absum and Mouse.
That being said, I had always heard that Absum wasn't all that great when it comes to their sweets... so reading this comment actually makes me really happy to hear.😍

At this rate, a whole new ecosystem is going to evolve in my crisper drawer before any of this hits my plate. My passion for nutritious food has officially evaporated; honestly, the only thing keeping me going right now is beef . And all the processed junk that comes with it. 🤦 It’s infuriating, too 😠
The only silver lining is that I can at least drag myself to the stove to cook this damn meat properly, instead of just eating it rare like I usually prefer...😢
🤮
I’m a huge meat eater too, and I’m genuinely curious about what my cravings will be like once I’m pregnant 🤔 I bet I’ll be absolutely obsessed with some kind of junk food 🤦
John Baker5 said:Hmm, that’s tough. There isn't really any official rule here giving pregnant women priority.🤷
Back home in my hometown, the local DMV clearly states in big letters that pregnant women and people with disabilities have priority, so I always make sure to let a pregnant woman go ahead of me in line.
I honestly wonder if they'll ever let me cut the line too.😳
Steven Chavez said:Yeah... I have a really strong feeling this is IT! 😁 Honestly, it feels like fate is just messing with me... And now I get to sit here and wait ten whole days... great.
You could actually try testing two days before your period is due if you ovulated around day 13
cosmicfox8 said:When exactly did you take it? I don't want to freak you out or anything, but testing a day or two early—especially later in the afternoon when things aren't as concentrated—can be pretty hit or miss. That’s why most doctors suggest waiting until at least the day your period is due and using your first urine of the morning (you know, when everything has been sitting there all night).
The Intim Plus tests can be used at any time of the day. 😉
A friend of mine who works at a clinic in Chicago used one in the evening and it worked fine. The main thing is just making sure you haven't gone to the bathroom for about three hours before you try to pee on the test.😉
Gregory Clark5 said:I already took a test, but it came back negative. That was a month ago. I’ve been reading online about how they can fail if the uterus hasn't started producing whatever hormone triggers the pregnancy detection... I'm done buying tests; I don't trust them anymore. I'll just go get my blood work done instead. If I'm not pregnant, I'm not... 🙄
You might have just tested too early before your hCG levels actually started to climb...
Just go get the blood work done so you aren't left wondering. 😉
Honestly, the smartest move right now is either getting a Beta test done or just going straight for a blood test, especially since there was no protection involved and—to put it the way they say in the movies—there was a direct exchange of fluids. 🤣
Did you have two periods in those two months? And were they both heavy? Have you taken a test yet? I honestly think you’re feeling so bloated just because of the flow.
I can usually tell when my period is coming just by how my cheeks look, but last month I didn't have a single symptom of PMS—I didn't even crave sweets—and then my period just showed up out of nowhere.😉
steelridge13 said:Well, my apologies if I completely misread the situation! But honestly, there’s really no need for the eye-rolling. Despite everything you can read online or learn in school, I know a woman in her late twenties who genuinely believes she’s bleeding from an open wound during her period, and you simply cannot convince her otherwise. And I'm not just being difficult or trying to start an argument! It's not even as if I'm claiming women don't understand basic ovulation. It's just... well, it's sad because I know more people like that than I'd care to admit.
I'm really not sure whether I should react to this 😲😲 , 🙄🙄 or 😂😂🤣🤣 just go
