I need to move my digital ID—basically all its settings—over to a new computer. I’ve got all the certificates ready to go (I've been using this digital setup for two years now for everything from my taxes to Social Security stuff...), but I'm totally lost on how to actually migrate it all to a different machine.
I tried calling the IRS, but I've been sitting on hold for two hours with nobody picking up.🙄

Trust me, I know exactly what it means to settle the score. 🙂 Thank God I've never had to do that all by myself. 😁 But hey, I know exactly what kind of work we're talking about here...
I’m just looking for some ballpark figures, purely for my own sanity. I actually got an offer yesterday, and I’m trying to figure out if it’s even in the same universe as reality. Honestly, my gut is telling me it’s way off, but I figured I’d check in here first before I write it off entirely. Just want to see if anyone else has seen something similar. Still nothing. Not a single word back yet...
Kimberly Harris6 said:Oh, it’s just wonderful when someone walks up to me and claims they’ll handle all the bookkeeping and all I have to do is "just double-check" everything. They act like filing sales tax is just two clicks of a mouse, or that pulling a profit and loss statement from the software is some effortless magic trick. Honestly, if everything could be done without an accountant, why would the profession even exist? Forgive my bluntness, but preparing year-end statements isn't just about data entry. The person signing off on those documents actually needs to understand the balance sheet and take full responsibility for what those numbers represent. You can't just ignore the underlying bookkeeping and expect a perfect result.
Who said that? 🙄
I was literally just asking for a quote on year-end tax prep... You accountants always jump to the negative the second I ask a question 🤷

Yeah, they really hammer that point home in the instructions. Thanks for pointing that out. 🙂
Alexander Hall43 said:If you take too much of those, you could end up with serotonin syndrome. It’s basically like feeling like you just ate a bunch of bad mushrooms.
I mean, I don't think it should be an issue if you stick to the recommended dose. 🤷 I'm looking at the instructions right now and there isn't anything mentioned about alcohol. 😁 Is it okay if I have a glass of wine?
I was wondering if it’s actually safe to take these two together?
So, here's the deal: I'm supposed to be taking Aktivin-H twice a day for a month, but then there's Persen, which I only grab when my anxiety starts hitting the fan... I definitely don't plan on taking the Persen every single day.
Does anyone know? Or is this more of a question for a therapist? 🤷
Things are looking up a bit today. I’m still messing around with the Polar Ice pack, but thank God I don't need the painkillers anymore. I've got a massage scheduled for tomorrow, so until then, I'm just taking it easy and keeping my legs elevated.
steelsailor17: Sadly, I don't have a husband or anyone else around to help stretch me out.😢
Thanks for all the advice, everyone... feeling a little better now. I’m going to go try some physical therapy because my legs are absolutely killing me from standing all day. 😬
2 Larry Lewis2: wait, what even is a raindrop?
2 nimbledriver81: how bad did they hit you? was it painful? can you share that doctor's number?
Look, I don't usually have an issue with it, but today was just one wrong move too many... Honestly, if I were getting a massage right now, I’d only trust a total pro. But I just can't bring myself to get in the car and drive all the way across town to find one. 😢
So, here’s the deal. I was pulling a 35-pound bag of dog food out of my trunk today and I think I just... snapped. Made one wrong move and now my lower back is absolutely killing me, right right above the tailbone area. What should I do? I've already popped some Voltaren, taken some FlexPro, and I'm slathering on Voltaren gel and Polar Ice, but nothing is touching this pain. I can barely walk. Lying down is a nightmare, and sitting is okay-ish, but the second I try to stand up, I'm in total agony. It's been six hours of pure misery. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get through this?
