Of course nobody is checking file sizes when most of the community has been on high-speed unlimited data plans for years! Seriously—it's not like we're stuck on dial-up or ISDN where every kilobyte counts. If we can stream music on YouTube or download torrents without breaking a sweat, why shouldn't we be able to load an 800x600px photo that’s probably barely 200KB?
As for moderation, it's all about the rules. If there's a limit on image size, then anyone pushing past it should just get a warning. Besides, it shouldn't be that hard to teach gamers how to use thumbnails from a hosting service, right? 🤷
I’ve finally figured out how to set up my signature and use the multi-quote feature, so please, go easy on me! 🙂

Honestly, my biggest priority is just making sure this server stays alive and kicking for as long as possible. If having larger images isn't going to cause any major headaches, I'm totally down to chat about it, though I can't help but think there are probably certain PDF files or specific threads where keeping things lightweight would actually be the smarter move. Maybe instead of setting a strict, fixed rule on file sizes, we could look into something a bit more flexible?
