Not wanting kids: Is it just me? in Psychology ·
Gerald Scott4 said:I’m 28 years old and I’ve just never had any desire to have kids. Honestly, I’m completely indifferent to the whole idea🤷
I don't see myself ever becoming a parent☕

And for what it's worth... I'm 33.

Has anyone actually taken out 🙂? 🙂

Once the core group finally moves on, I’ll likely be heading out the door right along with them.🤷

It's the same story on my end. Honestly, I don't spend nearly as much time on this forum as I used to.🤷
Eventually, a new crowd will step up—and they're already starting to show up—to pick up the pieces and carry on these exact same debates.😉

Come on now, someone who actually remembers the nineties, help a guy out here... 🙂

It's going to be pretty tough for anyone in 2002 to top 🧐

Morgan Rodriguez57 said:just picture me, someone who’s been hanging around here since 2002... man, I’ve drifted in and out of this hazelnut business more times than I can count... there were probably more days I was gone than I was actually present... 🧐 😁

Good grief... seriously though, how long has this American forum even been around?😲😁

Every rookie showing up with a brand-new thread is going to grate on our nerves. We've already read a million variations of the same tired tropes—oversized equipment, specific kinks, pregnancy fetishes, and all that good stuff.

There you have it.

I don't know... I just can't shake the feeling that everything used to look much better back in the day.🤷

Oh, Svibek...😢
The reason you feel that way is because when you first arrived, you were the newcomer (if you'll permit my profound deduction), and every single topic felt fresh. Then comes that inevitable moment where the patterns start repeating themselves.🤣 Imagine the forum users hanging out on Reddit back in 2004... within a year or less, those same topics would have become just as tedious, exhausting, and mindless to them as they are to us now.
It’s a cycle, my friend... a continuous loop.
🧐 😉

Aaron Gonzalez6 said:Not for music, obviously. They’d kick me out on the spot, and honestly, it would just be an insult to the art itself. Maybe at a backyard BBQ or something, where that kind of nonsense fits, but I don't want to get roasted again just because it sounds like a crappy promo for a concert. Definitely not at a high-end club. Look, once something is garbage, it stays garbage. It doesn't magically get better with age, or am I totally wrong about that?

help, I'm going insaneaaaaaaa 😬

Fair point, fair point...☕

But you could have moved it to the Lounge... maybe. Or even the Off-topic section (the Chat or Spam threads—everything there has a shelf life anyway)?😬

(I mean, why would anyone bother posting a teaser for her concert in the first place?😕)

Noah Clark said:😂 You call this a conversation? All you know how to do is insult people. Every single one of your posts deserves a ban, yet you haven't received a single one.

Fine, let me earn my stripes then: what kind of favors did you pull with the moderator to let you run around here nursing your ego and trolling the thread?

The whole thing is basically a Madhouse, which makes this topic perfectly suited for it. Trolling and spamming seem to be unavoidable at this point.

Tomcon... I honestly don't know what to say. I'm not going to get dragged into any political shouting matches because we've all heard it all before, but his voice is just nothing. Sorry, but it is what it is. He should probably just grab some Bekunis tea and sort out his issues.

Tony... man, he passed away, which is sad, truly, but his songs are just... lightweight. He has a better voice than Tomcon, but neither of them really fits my musical taste.🤷

Honestly, if you want to know what real forum users care about, it isn't the post count—especially not when dealing with trolls☕

Good grief...😁

I truly don't understand why anyone finds that number so significant. It’s just... baffling, really.🤷

I’m just going to keep sipping this jasmine tea; my lower back is absolutely killing me.
If I end up kicking the bucket... well, good grief... eventually, we all have to go out from something, I suppose. Cheers to that!😁

Honestly, this PDF is an endless source of entertainment.
Sometimes it’s even more amusing than browsing through junk threads or those mindless internet arguments.
Every once in a while, when I'm feeling particularly bored, I find myself drifting back here just to read about how someone in the Religion section offended a user over some Easter bunny nonsense, or how a moderator in Politics went absolutely scorched-earth on some right-winger—excuse me, left-winger, excuse me, extremist...🍿

It’s not exactly a sure thing if you missed a dose by a day.
But the plan is to just carry on with your regular routine.
Don't mention it.
How many users are actually on Microsoft? in Miscellaneous ·
Maybe around 15. Though I’ve actually had meaningful conversations with maybe three or four of them.

Honestly, I just don't wrap my head around people who maintain hundreds of contacts on Microsoft. I’d bet my life that for at least 70% of them, they don't even know who those people are. What’s the point? It feels like that old MySpace obsession where everyone tried to flex by showing off a friend count in the hundreds of thousands.🤷🙄

And regarding those "idyllic" coastal spots
or those tiny hamlets and small towns
just walk into a typical dive bar or cafe in the middle of winter
where the locals hang out
and take a good look at the level of culture, education, and the general state of their minds and souls.

I'm saying go into a dive bar or a cafe because those are the only places people actually gather. The only other spot would be a church, but all you'll find there are a few grandmas wrapped up in black.

Sure, people can be nice, kind, or easygoing. They might even be genuinely hospitable, and you might even have a decent conversation with them for a bit. Some of those little towns might look pretty and charming on a postcard, but you can't ignore the overall backwardness unless you're lying to yourself...

It all seems quite charming when you're just passing through on a road trip or spending a week on vacation.
But actually trying to build a life there? That's a completely different animal altogether.
