Just poking fun a little, don't take it personally, but I had to laugh. Seriously though, go ahead and change your password and just be more careful when you log in next time. 😘

🤣 🤣 🤣

Go ahead. 🤣 🤣 🤣
Sophia Thomas7 really does know her stuff, but this isn't some high-level tech crisis. Knowing a) that the site won't log you out automatically if you tell it to remember you, and b) that you should probably rotate your main passwords every once in a while, is basic digital literacy. It's common sense. But hey, I hope she charges you an hourly consulting fee for the lesson. 😈
The thread has veered completely off-track. Honestly, we wouldn't even be dealing with this mess on Zionist Kitchen if Nadan's safari hadn't popped up and pulled two separate arguments into one single topic. Sure, there's some overlap, but talking about whether bartenders should get free drinks or discussing a trip to Africa is a world away from debating American employers, professional training for $533, and the lost index.
Those cultural differences in business you mentioned are part of that overlap, so I don't see why they can't fit into both discussions, right?

From what I can see, people are still drawing those annoying comparisons to foreigners—it’s just moved from cultural stuff to economic arguments now. 🤷
What are we talking about here? Are you saying YouTube won't take down videos on request, or does this apply to those shady illegal library sites too? 😛
Look, I've checked with several different sources, and the answer is a flat no. It's banned. ☕
We’ve never allowed links to piracy, adult content, or anything of that nature here. That predecessor site you're talking about got shut down for the exact same reasons they took down The Pirate Bay. Those books listed there? Yeah, they aren't exactly legally uploaded. I don't really buy your comparison to YouTube, either, because YouTube reacts immediately every single time a copyright claim is filed. These guys? Not even close. 😛
The MK thread is justified because the mods over there are actually reasonable and have nerves of steel. We, on the other hand, are just a bunch of hysterical bullheads, so we couldn't handle it if we tried. 🥳
Let’s get real for a second. ZK and Coconut are massive subforums where thousands of posts pop up every single day. If every topic from Coconut sparked as much drama as this one did, we wouldn't just need five mods—we'd need fifty. Besides, it’s totally unfair to hijack a thread just to drag out an argument that you already lost over on the other subforum. I don't mind when a thread gets moved to a different section along with its regulars, but I absolutely hate it when people use it as a way to drag a mountain of old baggage into a new space.
I’m sorry you guys aren't happy about the decision to shut it down permanently, but honestly, I haven't seen a single solid argument that proves why a thread in that specific format actually belongs on ZK.
p.s. SpaceX, don't go thinking this is your fault, though you definitely sped things up. That said, you were also one of the most creative users here, and you really helped keep that thread at a high level.
The reasons for locking this thread are pretty straightforward: constant bickering, posting photos that don't belong to you, and people using clone accounts just to upvote themselves.
What I’m not explicitly stating is that this thread was being weaponized in the women's section to fuel petty drama and carry over arguments into the men's section.
Check out the Print Media subforum. That’s where people break down headlines and articles from all the major newspapers and news sites if that's what you're looking for. 🤷
No corner of this forum has ever been left unmoderated, but clearly, that’s not going to be the case anymore. A topic like this being removed from every other part of the subforum was intentional, so moving forward, it’ll either be lightly moderated like it is now, or it won't exist at all.
Honestly, it’s on us. We keep bringing in moderators whose every single move becomes an excuse for everyone to start some massive online brawl, even when they aren't doing anything significantly different from how things were run before. That's my two cents.
Let’s get this straight. I’m responding to Persephone’s comment about how we don't need to judge masses so harshly—and by "masses," I clearly mean the general public, not religious believers. I even explicitly stated in my first sentence that I was going off-topic, and then added a disclaimer at the end just to be safe. Yet, despite all that, you still manage to twist my words into some kind of attack on faith. I already told you in our argument that it isn't what you think it is. Isn't that enough?
I honestly don't get it.
There. Fine. I apologize to Mume for misinterpreting my post. 🤷
