It’s definitely not exactly a glamorous experience.😢 ha
But why on earth wouldn't those students be looking at the monitor?😉 😁
That’s why you shouldn't get vaccinated if you're dealing with an acute illness, running a fever, or just feeling under the weather.
Just a heads-up, it's pretty common to experience some flu-like symptoms after the shot—things like a fever, muscle aches, or a headache. Usually, though, these are pretty mild and tend to clear up within a day or two.

🙂 I might not be exactly young anymore, 😁 but I'm healthy. A couple of years back, I caught the flu... and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. 🙂 Since then, I've made sure to get vaccinated every single year.

I honestly don't even know what to say. I just got my Pap smear results back after seeing a specialist at a community health clinic (which I had to schedule two months in advance), and I've been waiting almost three months total for this! 😲
Microwave energy isn't radioactive!! Microwaves can't pass through metal, which is why they stay trapped inside the appliance's casing. As long as your microwave isn't broken, that radiation isn't leaking out anywhere.
A microwave works by selectively heating the water molecules found in food. It’s a totally different process than using a standard oven, where hot air from gas or electricity transfers heat to whatever you're cooking. Instead, the energy from the magnetron makes those water molecules vibrate incredibly fast, heating the food from the inside out while the air around it stays relatively cool.
So, basically, as long as you aren't sticking your head inside the machine, you'll be fine. As for whether microwave radiation has any harmful effects on the food itself? Honestly, there's no proof of that, and it's a huge point of debate. The reality is we've been using microwaves in American homes for decades now without much issue.
