I’m looking at some speaker setups over at IBM up to $167. I was thinking about grabbing a 2.1 system, but honestly, I’m second-guessing myself. What's the move here? I want a decent subwoofer and actual quality sound—something that won't sound like absolute garbage compared to what I'm using right now. =)
When you say GDDR, are you referring to the first generation? Like GDDR1? Because that thing is way slower than what you’re running right now—and by "way slower," I mean significantly worse. Just do what James Castillo8 suggested. You'll actually feel the difference. Sure, it's a low-end card, but since it has GDDR5, the jump is going to be pretty obvious.
Don't sweat it. Honestly, 2.1 and 2.0 are basically the same thing; I just listed it that way to make it look more impressive 😁. You can easily just plug in
Read the whole description first. You claim you want something a bit larger, but would you even consider this mini mouse for your laptop? It’s small enough that I could probably fit two of them in my hand at once. 😁
If you're hell-bent on buying one of those cheap mice, just grab either the first or the third option—though if you ask me, the first one is the way to go. As for how it actually feels on your desk? That's entirely up to you once you get your hands on it. Just make sure you can return it within that seven-day window if it turns out to be a total dud. 🙏
If you’re looking for some help with COD to figure out exactly where those shots are coming from, you might want to look into picking up some headphones with 7.1 surround sound.
Are we talking AGP or PCI-E? What does your current or upcoming build look like, and what kind of power supply are you running? What resolution are you playing at? What’s the budget? How much are you willing to drop? Which retailers are you looking at? Best Buy? Micro Center? If you have any other specific requirements, just lay them out there.
jadetrucker43 said:It looks to me like those Gigabyte cards come heavily Overclocking out of the box, which explains why they're pricier. That’s exactly what I was thinking regarding that MSI TwinFrozr II; the reviews are solid. It’s just that at Micro Center, the price is steep, though you can find it much cheaper at other retailers.
Hold on, hold on—you have to make sure the box actually says "Ti." The GTX 560 TI (that's the more powerful one, right? $0.54) Even the weaker version without the Ti is a few dozen bucks cheaper depending on where you shop.
Your comparison is completely off base. If those people had fingers as thick as bratwursts, they’d be hitting seven keys at once 🤣. Maybe if you’d just said "wiener sausage," we wouldn't be having this conversation 😁
But what if someone actually prefers shallow key travel? 😬 My go-to recommendation would be a Razer Lycos or even a Logitech G19 because, honestly, nothing beats them for pure functionality. Still, I wouldn't personally pick one up just because those keys feel too high and "normal" for my taste. 😛
