Anyone have a rough idea of how many calories or proteins are in a breaded chicken fillet, a stuffed chicken breast, or maybe a side of fries... etc.
Can't give you an exact number, but fries and fried meat aren't exactly diet food. Especially if that chicken is stuffed with cheese...
Man, I can't even count how many times I've picked this up stateside. Honestly... I think there might be some recommendations floating around here about where to buy, or maybe check that fitness forum
There are some people on Craigslist selling stuff ordered from Canada, but their prices are a bit higher than what you'd pay there. Or if you can just hit up the nearest post office in Canada... might be worth it.
Try switching up that HIIT routine... mix in some calisthenics, pushups, running, or even actual cycling i try different intervals too—maybe 20 to 40 seconds at max effort followed by 10 to 20 seconds of rest. Do that a few times a week depending on what you're training
How is that even legal??? I could just drive across the border to Mexico, buy a car for $20,000, and have them write up an invoice for $8,000. You really think that's above board? 🙂
You aren't crossing any lines here... it's just a package you're picking up in New York City. Why wouldn't they be allowed to handle exports? The issue isn't the shipping itself, it's just that they lie about the billing... they can send stuff abroad just fine, just like Amazon and all those other online shops.
