It really depends on which type of creatine you're using. You've got the monohydrate stuff where people do those loading phases—taking multiple doses throughout the day—and then there's the newer formulas designed for pre or post workout.
I'm not exactly a pro bodybuilder, so I never did the whole loading thing with mono. I just took it during my workout, then hit the whey with some sugar right after. These days, I'm on the newer stuff... it's not just plain powder, they add other things to it. I take that about half an hour before I start.

look, casein is just a type of protein. like you said, it digests slow. creatine is a totally different thing. everything you need is right here on these forums if you actually bother to read... maybe try scrolling back a few pages once in a while😁 post-workout, better to go with a whey blend or just straight whey. save the casein for morning or before bed
I've been seeing your posts on other threads where you're out there giving fitness advice, then you show up here asking questions meant for toddlers. Is there a moderator around?

So, if a runner is constantly pounding the pavement and slamming protein shakes, where does that go? Is all that growth just going to end up in their legs?
By that logic, you could just sit on your couch, flex your right index finger while holding the remote, and chug a protein shake...😁

Honestly, I wouldn't be thrilled about finding open seals on the packaging. Haven't run into that issue with ON before... maybe it's time to look for a different supplier.
Everything you need to know is right there on the label. How much powder actually fits in one pill versus a full scoop of protein? It’s pretty obvious you’d have to swallow a ridiculous amount of them daily just to see any benefit... Maybe you aren't a rookie, but clearly you don't know how this works. Forget all those pills; you're better off just eating smart. Most of what you're swallowing in tablet form is already in the food your mom makes for you
With that comment, you basically admitted you have no clue what you're doing. Do you even understand what protein is? Does anyone actually think taking 12 tablets a day makes any sense???
