Select the first column and go to Table -> Insert -> Columns to the Right.

You'll end up with an empty column right in the middle.

In the first cell of that middle column, type " - ".

Then, select all the remaining cells in that middle column (skip the first one) and hit Ctrl + V.

Click the top-left corner of the table to select the whole thing, then go to Table -> Select -> Table.
Navigate to Table -> Convert -> Convert to Text.
Choose the "Other" option and simply press the spacebar in the input box.
Hit OK.
