You don't have insight into how the admins operate, so you can't really speak on the activity levels of any individual admin anywhere on the forum. Admins answer to the owner of the forum regarding their work or lack thereof. You can complain to him, but his decision is ultimately his own.

Guys, why are you even surprised? This forum is just a tiny mirror of society—the same rules and norms apply here as they do in real life. It's quasi-democracy at its finest. We all know how it goes: once you hand someone a little bit of power, their true colors come out pretty fast. At the end of the day, moderators are just people—they answer to whoever signs the checks. Some handle it better than others, letting personal grudges bleed into their work. You see it most in the politics and science sections, but honestly, it happens pretty much everywhere on the board.
