That guy really overreached there.
Total failure by this nation 🤣
Well, nothing much, just won the dance competition and took first place in my group! ☕
The sky looks wonderful today!
Let's go, Russia!🙏
it’s finally started ☕
I told you guys not to bet on Spain 😁
Joseph Clark37 said:That’s just one of my many pairs... I’m putting down massive $6.75 if they actually let me take such a huge stake🙂

But what do I know, man? I'm just giving you a heads-up. 😍
Joseph Clark37 said:I’m putting my money on the Spaniards today! Though I honestly wonder when the French will finally wake up—if they do, my parlay is toast, haha!

My advice? Don't go dropping huge new bets if you've already made up your mind about betting on the Spaniards.🙂

Austria made up that entire gap in just 50 seconds between the 34:37 and 37:37 marks! Incredible! 🙏

I put this video together in a rush, though I have to admit the quality isn't exactly top-tier since I had to cut out so much footage!

Austria vs. Iceland! What a matchup! I remember watching a similar clash back during the 2010 US Census era—so much tension in the air! Truly a thrilling game to follow!

Oh, wow! Just absolutely incredible! 😲 What absolute idiots. 🤣

Oh, dear Christ, 🤦
It looks like the Danes and Spaniards are going to have to sweat a little for this win, while it seems like a breeze for the Russians.

edit: Spain takes the series 9:2

In the end, it's 17:10 for Spain after the Czechs led 8:6.
In the end, it's +12 for Spain. Those guys from the Czech Republic really pushed them hard!
No tractors available 🙂 😢
Who has the best characterization? in Movies ·
Stanley Kowalski and Blanche DuBois🙂
Emily Thomas3 said:But why even take it personally? Is it because of snobbery? Or some high-brow view on art? Maybe it's because movies shouldn't just be made for those little boys living inside men even when they hit their 20s? You have no idea how many memories can be triggered by that goofy scene where Keanu Reeves is on a skateboard trying to defuse a bomb. Forget Proust and his madeleines! Tarantino has dedicated a huge chunk of his career to chasing lost time, and he does it with a genuine love for his characters that you rarely see from any other director.

I don't mind if you aren't into Tarantino's "pre-teen" action flicks, but don't dismiss them so easily. They actually mean something to people. For some, it's just ninety minutes of mindless fun, but for others, it's a massive connection to their childhood.

Bravo!👍
Christian Taylor3 said:So, during the big promotional push for Inglourious Basterds over in the UK, the crew at Sky Movies asked Quentin Tarantino if he’d just sit there and rattle off his top 20 movies of all time on camera. Naturally, he shot that down—kind of like that old joke where you ask a grandma who her greatest love is and she just says, "sailors"—and offered them this instead: his 20 favorite films released from 1992 onwards, which happens to be the year he actually started directing.

All things considered, I'm pretty stoked—we seem to be on the same page for the most part. It was cool to see him include The Insider, and I loved how much he hyped up Dogville; he was also incredibly upfront about what The Matrix means to him, and gave such a great breakdown of Unbreakable. Honestly, nobody should hold it against him for leaving out Oldboy. Apparently, they cornered him in passing and the interview wasn't even scheduled, so he really only had about ten minutes to pull his thoughts together.
I haven't actually seen Battle Royale yet, which is a bit embarrassing 😵

What about you guys? What's your take?

What on earth? 🙏
Movies you couldn't even finish in Movies ·
I can power through almost anything! Honestly, I'll stick it out 99.99% of the time. The only exceptions are total train wrecks, like House of 1000 Corpses, Pulp Fiction, or Hellraiser 7 😬
Wow, what an incredible goal by the Dodgers! 🙏
