.. just look at how many cars there are .. every single one requires hundreds of individual parts—things that need to be stamped, welded, and machined .. that's work being done by hundreds of thousands of people ..
.. major factories employ tens of thousands of workers ..
.. and then there’s the machinery .. which isn't going anywhere .. plus plows, tractors, and basically everything else we rely on ..
.. sure .. computers exist too ..
.. this is actually a Marxist perspective .. the core idea is that all labor carries value—even the work of those collecting our trash ..
