That’s exactly it, we all just end up trading insults about who’s got more sticks or whatever, but at the end of the day, we’re all cut from the same cloth when it comes to that stuff. The only real issue with this whole clash is the fact that it went down in St. Louis. I mean, obviously, you’re going to hear The 12th Man shouting for those sake bottles since they were barehanded, and honestly, if things had been flipped, it would have played out the exact same way—most of these guys wouldn't have even bothered dropping their sticks to go after them with sake. Instead of acknowledging that this happened in St. Louis and just saying, "Hey, decent effort by the Boys," or giving props to The 12th Man for standing their ground without weapons—especially that one guy who ended up on the pavement because he kept trying to swing sake at sticks a few times—we just sit here. That guy was stuck on the bridge right in the middle of the Boys group, which, if you ask me, is a damn rarity to see in our scene, someone with that kind of guts. But no, instead, everyone’s busy bickering over who threw the first punch or making jokes like those idiots on Facebook. In my humble opinion, it’s such a shame everything unfolded in St. Louis, but hey, at least there was a little bit of life breathed into our scene for once. Now, go ahead and keep arguing about who has more sticks, rocks, or flares, or whose brakes aren't working properly, even though both sides are dealing with the exact same "problems" they're complaining about. I guess it's just hard to be realistic sometimes.

Hey there, folks, I mean, what on earth is going on today? 😲

I honestly can't tell how things started moving this way because I just can't seem to get a decent signal tonight

When those paid agitators were tossed right back into their cages, honestly, you guys didn't have a single thing to say. It used to be that every single time, you’d be out there chanting "get these mercenaries out of our stadium," but I guess all those little meetings with the high and mighty finally paid off, huh? 😁 Where’s that Omega transaction? Is someone hiding their face? Is one of you wearing a hoodie to stay anonymous? And what about Jerry Maguire? I know you'll try to deflect, and I see you're already busy talking about how frustrated losers are trying to lecture you now, but let's stick to the facts. The funniest part is how hypocritical you all look being the biggest frauds in this whole saga. But of course, you're going to snap back and call us the hypocrites, because hey, the best defense is a good offense, right? That's the playbook, isn't it? Except the truth is, you don't have anything to say about the actual fight, especially not right now. Not a damn thing. 🐔

The Bad Boys really came after us. We’re doing alright, all things considered, but two of our guys ended up getting stabbed during the chaos. Right now, we've got state troopers keeping an eye on us for protection—we're just hearing bits and pieces from a few of the American fans who were caught in the fray, but they don't have the full story yet regarding the extent of the injuries or exactly how many people were actually involved in this whole mess.
To those of you claiming that fences and riot squads won't stop them—honestly, it sounds like you’ve never actually seen what a baton does to most people. Once you take a hit like that, you aren't looking to stick around for round two. And let's be real, you can't just have ten thousand migrants charging the entire length of the border all at once without being able to hold them back using water cannons and police lines. It's just not how it works.
I mean, look at what happened recently during that big game at the stadium in Miami: there were about 7,500 people packed into the north section, and toward the end, a group started protesting and moving west, trying to tear through the barricades. Suddenly, about twenty riot officers come charging from the other side of the fence and start spraying tear gas... man, you wouldn't believe the chaos of everyone scrambling backward. Only about ten of the craziest guys tried to push through, but even they eventually gave up.

That’s pretty much the gist of what I'm trying to get across.
David Baker2 said:Did those water cannons actually stop anyone at the US-Mexico border?
Or did everyone just pivot toward our side after that, making it look like the folks down south were some kind of unstoppable force when, in reality, we just took the brunt of the shift?

But fine, whatever. Who am I to try and enlighten any of you.
Go ahead and cling to your little fantasies for as long as they provide you comfort.

...a literal utopia on earth, right? 🙂

Personally, I have this gut feeling that whenever these folks try to push through into Canada, the Canadian authorities just blast them with those water cannons and they immediately turn tail and run—so much so that the cannons aren't even really "stopping" them so much as just scaring them off. It's like they're cowards who are terrified of mobile police units; if the police stayed put, they might actually stay and fight, but they won't. Anyway, none of this is actually going to happen, because we aren't going to be sending massive waves of people over to Canada. I mean, we always say that if everyone else shuts their borders, we’ll shut ours too... at least, that's the line we feed ourselves.
David Baker2 said:I would truly love—honestly, for the sake of all of you who seem to believe some fence is going to be your magical salvation—if the Department of Homeland Security would just decide to unload three or four trains and about a hundred buses full of people onto that Canadian wire all at once, just to see ten thousand refugees pile up against it within a twelve-hour window.

After twenty-four hours of watching that happen, I’d love to sit down and ask you what you think about the effectiveness of that wire. ☕

The only reason that barrier on the border actually "works" isn't because of the steel; it's solely because the flow was redirected toward us from Mexico, and then we diverted the direction toward the Americans in the Midwest.

So, the wire hasn't solved a single thing.

And I would really, truly—even if you call me a villain for saying it, but sometimes a man has no other way to make a point—love to see DHS gather ten thousand people in a staging area and perform one express delivery right onto that line.

Just so the idea that a wire is a solution finally gets hammered into your heads.

Without firing shots and using force, you aren't stopping those people.
You could install sixteen rows of concertina wire, but if you don't intend to use lethal force, you're just wasting your time painting the fence. ☕

But hey, go ahead, keep drooling over how "ingenious" Viktor Orbán is. If that's what brings you satisfaction and makes you happy, who am I to stand in your way? 🤷

Of course that wire couldn't stop such a huge number of migrants all by itself, but it would certainly make life a lot easier for the police, since being blasted by water cannons in the freezing cold is no fun at all... Orban is a smart man and he knows exactly what he's doing. It was all explained in that interview on CNN yesterday; if you're smart, you can read between the lines.

I mean, nobody could have predicted they’d go after the brothers, nor did anyone see the massive turnout coming, with people packing the stadium to the rafters just to show their support.
If I remember correctly, the fan groups even organized about 30 buses to get everyone there.

It would be a real shame if those bus trips fell through, but honestly, looking at how fast that train filled up—it had been eight years since we saw anything like it, and the whole thing was booked out via private arrangements within five hours of the announcement...

Look, that message after the game was actually prepared just in case you guys started throwing shade about the folks from Springfield. And honestly, if you ask anyone who stayed up in the stands with us—about fifty of us hung out for a bit longer after the whistle—you were the ones who started chanting those lyrics mocking them, so we put the banner up just to remind you where Boise is at. So, I'd say we're all even now. 😁 Cheers to our rivals until the next matchup 😁

What an absolute disaster from Duvnjak, honestly, I don't even want to talk about it 🙂 🙂
Do they even realize Strlek is out there on the floor with them during this game? It’s like he was invisible; he barely got a pass the whole time, maybe three or four times at most 🤦

Goluža needs to be hauled in front of whoever hands out coaching licenses and whoever put him in charge of this mess in the first place!
Paul Jones7 said:I guess you could call that putting the cart before the horse... at least, that's my best guess anyway 😁

Now, if we were talking about any other coach, I’d probably be inclined to agree that it's just someone else's turn to take the heat, but honestly, when it comes to him, I feel like absolutely anything could happen at this point, and I wouldn't even be surprised 😁
Noah Ross7 said:If we go that route, we really need to be running an aggressive 6-0 defense. Otherwise, we’re just going to open up way too much space for B. Jureck, and honestly, I’m pretty sure he’s smart enough to take full advantage of that.
If it isn't him, then their wing players are definitely going to start slicing through us with those drives.

I'm still sitting here wondering why Goluza isn't sticking to a 5-1 setup more often, maybe putting Duvnjak up front instead of Vori...🤷

That's exactly my point, though—if you run a standard 6-0 defense, the perimeter players get so much more room to step in for those closer shots, even if it does mean the pivot is better guarded. And yeah, I'm totally with you on the 5-1 idea using Duvnjak rather than Vori, mostly because Duvnjak is just so much more mobile and aggressive in that spot, especially since we clearly struggled against the Swede when trying to defend like that.
Check out these game notes from the match against Poland.. Goluza said: "We're going to run a 6-0 defense to pull their shooters away from the hoop a bit more."

Can someone who actually knows their stuff explain this to me? How on earth does playing a 6-0 defense help push the opponent's shooters further from our basket?

Honestly, looking back at these photos and videos of the Los Angeles Lakers game—and even that crowd down by the waterfront with all those kids cheering them on and getting caught up in the madness—I feel like I can walk away with two pretty solid takeaways:
1. This is all the proof we need to see that both sides are finally heading in the right direction!
2. It’s pretty obvious that we don't have a single thing to worry about when it comes to the future of our group.

Sending good vibes from the South 😁

Does anyone know what time the Baltimore Magnum game starts?
I’m really crossing my fingers that you guys at least have a bit of luck on your side tonight so you won't even be able to tune into this show.
Just look at that guest list for tonight...🤦
