Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Honestly, an abscess can pop up pretty much anywhere, from what I know... basically any part of your body 🤷

God, embolisms are scary... from what I know, it could be a sign of a blood clot. And honestly, it's not just in the lungs—it could happen anywhere else too.

There are girls out there who won't even let you finish inside without being on the pill, but honestly, I take them just so I don't have to stress—I totally trust them! 😉
condoms are such a hassle 😁

Premature ejaculation? 🤔
When you're on the pill, you don't have to stress about anything—you can totally have sex without a condom because the whole point of those pills is to stop ovulation so pregnancy isn't an issue at all.

Btw, turn off your caps lock, it feels like you're yelling at me! 😉
I actually used it for my entire cycle just like you did! 😬
But mine keeps telling me I need to take a missed pill as soon as I remember. That was impossible for me because I don't have any extra pills lying around... 😁 And if I had taken it—assuming it was during week one—I would’ve had to use a condom for the next seven days. After that second week, the protection would have been back on track and I wouldn't have needed one anymore.
Since I didn't take that missed dose, and since it happened during my first week, I basically treated the whole cycle as totally unreliable.
Hmm, maybe it’s just the tablet's security settings being a bit weak... does the manual say anything about that?
If I end up with the runs within 3 or 4 hours of taking my pill, I just count it as a missed dose. Luckily, I've got specific instructions for that depending on which week it is!
How long after taking the pill did you end up getting the runs?
Ugh, if that's true, they definitely pulled it off...
I'm always paying $15... now I'm seriously curious
I'm picking up some Triquilar next week, so I'll let you know how it goes...
How much did you end up paying for yours?

I’m seriously crossing my fingers that it’s one of our own girls from here! Sending all the good vibes her way for a super fast recovery so she can get back to hanging out with us on the forum 😉
So I went to see my doctor today for a refill on my prescription... they just gave it to me based on my six-month check-in without even doing bloodwork! Last year, I had to do the whole nine yards with blood tests and an ultrasound... Ugh, I seriously hate it when doctors are so slammed that they start cutting corners.
It totally caught me off guard that I got my Triquilar script approved for another six months without any testing, though. Next time I go in, I’m definitely going to insist on getting that ultrasound and those labs done.
Apparently, he just asked how many years I've been on it and decided right then and there. 🤷
I don't know what came over him, because he's usually such a great guy!

Basically, that’s what pills are for—so you don't end up all crusty and gross!
There are definitely girls like me who are totally fine with finishing inside and aren't afraid of it (which is why I grabbed the tablets), but then there are others who just can't bring themselves to do it... honestly, it's just up to you!

If he told you seven days, then it’s clearly been seven days since that last pill. Basically, your cycle is just shifting by a day
that's just my logic working overtime...

Since that happened to me, I haven't touched another one! I actually checked the instructions just to see what I should do if it ever came up again. Plus, I used backup protection until my cycle ended

If you didn't take it within that 3-4 hour window after swallowing the pill, you're totally fine! No worries at all.

It’s honestly such a bummer having to pop pills just so I don't have to worry about not finishing inside me. I basically take them so I can actually relax instead of stressing out
If I were constantly terrified, I’d probably just ditch the birth control altogether 🤷

I actually started on the pill just so we wouldn't have to stress about condoms all the time!

I know it can be hard to totally relax, but honestly, getting worked up about it every single time is just exhausting. I take my pill at the same time every day, and I really feel like it's got my back. If a baby happens anyway, then hey, I guess it was just meant to be!😁
You were drinking when you started last time... so that would've been Friday, right?

This stuff is perfect for hard and semi-hard surfaces
Applying it is a total piece of cake ☕ 😬

Geez, how many question marks and exclamation points can one person use? 😵 Chill out on the hype just a little bit 😁

That’s all set for Friday...
Got nothing else for ya on the rest...
