I don't think you're even in Turkey anymore...? Since the evil world is just the way it is, why won't they just let Erdiboy have a little rocket so he can finally blow off some steam? 😵
I’ve never really been a huge Superhero fan, especially when it comes to Spider-Man, so I completely missed the buzz during the holiday rush. It wasn't until later, once I actually took a moment to look into it, that I realized just how much talent went into making it. It’s truly impressive work... but unfortunately, it isn't playing in 🙂 Damage anymore.

Are you sure about that?
The trailer doesn't look all that promising to me, and I'm a bit skeptical about those box office numbers given it's just a local American production...
Visually, this movie is an absolute treat, but it’s so much more than just eye candy! Sony (yes, Sony!) has really raised the bar here, making those Disney CG remakes of classic animated films look pretty uninspired by comparison.
They clearly brought in some top-tier artists for this project, and you can tell just how much heart and soul went into crafting that unique aesthetic. For the last 5 to 10 years, the industry seems to have gotten stuck in a loop of standard CG animation—it became the status quo. But Sony just proved that there is still plenty of room to be creative and break the mold!
In fact, I really hope this inspires other studios to start blending traditional animation styles with CG again, pushing the boundaries of what animation can actually achieve.
Bottom line? Highly recommended. 👍 My only regret is that I didn't catch this on the big screen at AMC Theatres. 😢
Hardy was great and the soundtrack was absolutely spot on; my only gripe is that it’s really geared toward kids rather than adults. 😢 It's a solid choice if you're just looking to kill some time, though.

But this specific project caught my eye because it stars Dwayne Johnson. I'm genuinely curious to see how he handles it. I'm counting down the hours until tomorrow. I'll be seeing it in the original audio with subtitles—nothing beats that experience compared to those dubbed versions you see everywhere else.
Over here in the States, I usually skip the theaters; the ticket prices have become absolutely ridiculous lately. Can you believe paying over $20 just for an adult ticket? Let me know if the movie is actually any good!🙂
The trailer is a completely different beast than the actual movie. I finally made it out to the local Cinema—which isn't something I get to do very often where I live 😁—and WOW. I was absolutely floored.
It turns out that, after seeing this, I just can't stand the lack of talent from Ryan Gosling.👎

Lol, Russia being a "historical society"... and right up there with Africa. 🙄

Some people like to act like they know everything, but this is something I deal with every single day; it's literally my job. When I talk about a PIN, I'm referring to the entire security architecture of a modern smartphone. We aren't exactly talking about an old iPhone here, are we? Of course, you could bypass a PIN if you just swapped the SIM into some cheap, junk burner phone. I saw you wrote "lol," but I'm fairly certain you weren't actually laughing out loud.
A golden iPhone! Let’s try not to veer too far off-topic here, but could you tell us a bit more about what you actually do for a living? And which specific phone model are we talking about? My apologies to everyone for drifting away from the main thread, but I just received a legitimate job offer! 🙂))
The movie finally finished downloading this afternoon.
And of course, I couldn't help but laugh out loud!😛
Honestly, that’s a pretty silly comment. You can disable the PIN on any phone, you know—no need to post such nonsense. 🙂 I actually have mine turned off on my device as well.
Thanks for the movie recommendation! I'll see if I can track it down somewhere.
Did you know that back in his younger days, Tim Burton actually visited a major animation studio in Washington, D.C. and was completely mesmerized by their animation style? It’s hard not to wonder if those early experiences helped shape the unique visual language we see in his later work...
The movie itself is absolutely fantastic—I’ve always been a huge fan of both the feature and the animated shorts.🙂
