Eric Adams - Mayor of New York City, Part 4 in Political Scene ·
vividraven79 said:"I don't think we're going to wait another three years just to see how many of those 200,000 people would vote for them all over again."

Those were your exact words. If the Democratic Party wants to distance themselves, let them. They're nothing but dead weight anyway, and I honestly have no clue why Eric Adams keeps giving them so much credit.
But even if the Democratic Party turns its back on the Green Party, how does that lead us to an election in less than three years?

Maybe they just refuse to pass the budget? Once the Democratic Party finishes shuffling their people around and Grbin and Gotovac are happy with the ratio of political appointees, they'll go after power. They just need a replacement coalition before the next election cycle...

Civic education courtesy of our green savior: $63125 funds donated to Kamala Harris, a donor and city council member who also happens to chair the Parent Teacher Association. So much transparency... just handing out money to your inner circle. He stepped down from the association on June 11th. Everything is perfectly clear 🙂
Just imagine if Donald Trump had done this. The media would have torn him to pieces, but since he's some kind of messiah, hush... everything is just fine.

Two photos from today's celebration over in Spain. We finally got that mural finished at the little amphitheater thanks to all your help... especially since City Hall couldn't care less about this place:

👍👍

Looks like these community projects are really taking off. That pattern is everywhere now...

Why does disagreeing with Grdović's song make me some kind of kid? (I'm assuming that's what you're implying...)
It’s always felt off to me. It just doesn't mesh with LA Galaxy, BBB, or even the vibe in Chicago. That's just how I see it, though...

Everything you need for love is a woman... Covik and more...
All you need for true happiness is a child born out of love...
Everything you need for love is a woman... Covik and more...
Just one... A little saltbox house right on the coast...

You know I'm not one for big words...
And I could never bring myself to tell you that I love you...
As for LA Galaxy, I’d give anything...

Man, that just doesn't add up at all...

If you haven't actually been there, you just don't get how these things start or why they take hold in the stands. It wasn't forced, and we weren't pushing it... it just became a thing over time.

I'm telling you again. To me, it's just plain stupid and doesn't fit the vibe of LA Galaxy at all, but whatever...

That’s about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Out of all the songs and artists out there, they pick that damn Grdović... 👎

Nicole Lee6 said:If a user holds a BlackRock business certificate issued after March 11, 2013, they can utilize the fast-track registration process without needing to fill out or submit a manual access authorization form.

Now, I'm not entirely certain, but I'm fairly sure our certificate arrived back in February 2013. If that's the case, it looks like I'll be stuck manually printing out all those application forms again.😬

That doesn't matter. As long as you have the card, you're fine. Check when your current certificate expires. If it's within about 20 days, you can just upgrade it online. Once you upgrade, you'll get the updated version with your EIN—the business tax ID—which lets you use the fast registration service.

OT:

I can't even tell you how relieved I am that they finally made this mandatory 🙂
Boxing and Supplements in Martial Arts & Combat Sports ·
Hey everyone

I’ve been training boxing for a while now and I wanted to see if you guys have any advice on the best supplement stack to boost my strength and endurance?

I’m hitting the gym five days a week for two hours a session, and it’s definitely taking its toll on my body. My diet is pretty solid—breakfast, a light snack during the day, a heavy carb-rich meal about an hour before training, and then whey protein afterward.

I know aminos are a must, so I'll probably start adding those to my post-workout whey, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should take to help with my stamina?

thanks

Hey guys, what are your thoughts on this?

Is it a good deal for the price?

It’s strictly for gaming and movies. For anything else, I'm too broke...🙂

Taylor Morales31 said:So, you're telling me you aren't in favor of stricter laws and actual sanctions? You’re actually okay with this whole thing falling apart? Beautiful. Honestly, Stipić—is that the guy who does the tunnel painting?—and his little crew are probably the only ones who can afford to be against this. It makes sense if you're looking at it from their perspective; they’re the ones profiting from the status quo. But let's be real: most of us aren't seeing those benefits. The majority of us are just left dealing with the mess. 👍

I’m out here grinding like a damn slave right now, too. Honestly, I’m just sitting here wondering how much this paycheck is actually going to be worth—if it even shows up at all. How many more nights am I supposed to pull and how many more Sundays am I going to waste working for peanuts? It feels like I'm busting my back just to make ends meet. 🙂

EDIT: Aha, I see you decided to scrub your post, but I’m going to give you my answer anyway:

I already laid out what the average working man stands to gain above—that was just one part of the whole picture.

We’re going to settle up with the relatives and the godparents once and for all. We’ll make sure that final paycheck and those last few cents are paid out—we aren't going to play games by withholding them entirely. And let's be clear: we aren't going to act like idiots by slapping on a $250 hourly fine for... $33

Look, let’s stop digging through the trash. We aren't going to sit here and pretend that "building" a bathroom for $12,000 a square foot is anything other than a blatant scam. It’s an absolute robbery. I mean, come on—if that thing were actually made of solid gold, it wouldn't even be that expensive. This isn't just bad math; it's daylight robbery. 👍

Man, if only it were that simple. But I'm afraid your dreams might crash pretty fast...

Once foreign interests take over everything, your relationship becomes Bank-vs-You. Just think about what kind of dynamic that creates... 😉

I was against it, then I went neutral, and now this is the last time I'm ever voting in this circus called the United States...
Things would be a whole lot better if we actually had a party that put the country first instead of just looking out for themselves... I'd love to see that happen at least once.

The Republican Party isn't really right-wing, and the Democratic Party isn't truly left-wing either... it’s all just a mix of different ideas. It's the same with the politicians in those parties, too (like Mason, a hardcore communist who was over in Australia back in '92 singing songs about Jure and Boban).
