It feels like this thread has been completely ghosted.
On the previous one, we all said our piece and shared our takes—only to find out the moderators aren't exactly on the same wavelength as the rest of us. It’s pretty clear they don't see the issues with how things are being run here.
As far as I'm concerned, thanks for the read, but I'm heading over to the FBI. ☕
Henry Cox78 said:There's no point in even trying. We should just call an international summit to split Canada into three parts, where two pieces get absorbed by their neighbors. What we have right now is just spinning our wheels. Everything is going to fall apart eventually anyway, so we might as well negotiate a peaceful breakup. We don't need any more wars.
In this scenario, I’m facing a massive moral dilemma. If we set aside the history books and old borders—if we focus strictly on our lives and the legacy of our fathers—we still remember the land of Canada and its original boundaries.
As a nation, it doesn't want its borders redrawn. It has its own mountains, its own rivers, its own people.
I understand the people 😢 on every single side.
I honestly don't know what my stance is on some distant partitioning of Canada. I’m actually thinking about that old "stolen and cursed" territory.
Regarding the Republic of Srpska, I think it's a farce—especially the name. To me, the world made an unfair decision regarding the division.
But I don't have a vision or any alternative solution for changing things. What do the rest of you think?
Look, there’s a grain of logic in most of this nonsense
Soaking in a tub with hot water dilates the blood vessels—
which just leads to heavier bleeding afterward. Not exactly ideal if you’re already dealing with a heavy flow
Plus, when your hormones are all over the place during those days, even hair dye might not take properly
It’s similar to when a stylist tells you not to use conditioner before coloring because it "might" mess up the results
And so on. Of course, it varies from woman to woman and cycle to cycle
There are no hard rules here—other than the fact that you actually need to wash yourself, for heaven's sake 🤷

The amount of weirdos on this planet... seriously. 🙏
Look, I don't know about Seppy, but there are definitely moderators here who can shut you down.
If you and people like you keep flooding topics with stuff like,
"I don't know if you need a therapist or bigger breasts," well—
she didn't ask for a therapist's address or your unsolicited opinion, get it?
It's like asking where to buy a nice wedding dress in Chicago and getting told you're crazy for wanting to get married.
There really are some strange characters out there.

My advice? Hire
. Just wait until you wake up one morning and see the results for yourself 😁
. I’ll DM you some before and after shots—if you think they look good enough, you can send me those couple thousand bucks
.
🙂 Best of luck with whatever you decide
.
Good grief, why are you putting this thread on the edge? If you’re actually looking for serious, grounded advice, go to the Parenting subforum. If you want fantasy and nonsense, stay here. You’ll just get a bunch of teenagers who heard from their grandma that the neighbor practices witchcraft at night or buys up little kids' souls at dawn. That’s my response to the "stop off-topic posting" rule—my grandmother told me that one ages ago.
edit:edit: Here’s proof that thoughts can travel—look how placidjackal36 managed to drift all the way over to me, and we’re miles apart.😈
My most intense, most revolting dream
Back when I was a teenager living with my mom
In the dream, she looks like some kind of monster
She turns on the iron and just says, "Hold on, hold on, let it heat up"
I'm just standing there—completely calm—waiting
Then she starts ironing me
All over my face, all over my body
I’m burned—just absolutely scorched
The pain is unbearable, I'm screaming, skin hanging off everywhere
😲
😲
I wasn't exactly feeling comfortable being near her for the next few days
General Ris II is just about lucid dreaming
You're being optimistic—only about 36% of people actually experience them
My most intense dream involved a bombing raid
I was in Chicago, near some high-rises
Sirens going off, planes dropping bombs
Except they weren't bombs—just massive black cats that exploded
Not high up in the sky, either—they’d drop just a foot or two above the ground
🙂

👍
Exactly.
The book was great.
I sat through about 25 minutes of the movie before giving up... absolute garbage.
Pulp Fiction (Son of a Preacher Man is hands down my favorite track of all time)
Reservoir Dogs
Leaving Las Vegas
black t-shirt
bold yellow lettering on the front
"SMALL, YELLOW, YOU CAN STEP ON HIM"
with a drawing of a chicken on the back
p.s. the translation loses some of the edge, but the shirt is pure chaos.
Just going through a list of movies.
Panic Room isn't even on the list.
I actually really liked the movie.
It wasn't exactly a masterpiece—but man, was it a tense ride.
Who else saw this? Any thoughts?

has anyone actually told you hashish was illegal?
Not where I grew up.

Ryan Ruiz said:...but listening to all that Islamic stuff... pffft...
That track you described sounds like an Indian song.
Not necessarily "Indian" in the way you mean, but definitely from India—based on the rhythm, the notes, or whatever you want to call that wailing style.
There are Muslims in India, sure, but they're a minority.
The majority religion there is Hinduism (apologies if I misspelled that).
They follow the whole caste system thing and all that.

The cold edge of the granite doesn't recognize you
nor the dark silk where you lie hidden.
Even the quiet echoes of your memory fail to hold you
since you've passed beyond everything
Autumn arrives with tiny white snails,
foggy vineyards and rolling hills,
but no soul will search for your gaze
because you are gone for good.
Since you've vanished forever,
just like everyone else beneath the soil,
just like those lost to time
in a mass of forgotten souls.
No one knows you. Not really. Yet, I still sing of you.
I sing of your silhouette and your poise for the sake of history.
Of the profound depth of your wisdom.
Of how you craved the end and tasted its bitter breath.
Of the melancholy found in your former, brave joy

I just want to drift off into an apple-scented dream,
to pull away from the chaos of the graveyard,
to sink into the dream of that kid
who wanted to bleed his heart out on the open ocean.
I’m done hearing that the dead don't lose their lifeblood,
or how a decaying mouth keeps begging for a drink.
I don't need to hear about the agony of the soil,
or about some serpent-mouthed moon
struggling through the hours before sunrise.
I just want to sleep for a bit—
whether it's a minute or a hundred years;
but let it be known that I haven't passed away;
that there's a golden silence held within my lips;
that I am a quiet ally to the West Wing;
that I am nothing more than the heavy shadow cast by my own tears.
When morning comes, cover me with a veil.
Because the dawn is going to pelt me with handfuls of ants
and soak my shoes with freezing water
just so the scorpion's sting can slip right through.
Because I want to dream that apple dream,
to find a dirge that might finally wash the world off me;
I want to exist alongside that dark-hearted child
who wanted to carve his heart out on the high seas.
