How exactly does that work?

I’ve done my homework on the actual setup process for starting a small business, but what does it actually cost on a monthly basis once the doors are officially open? 🤷 To put it bluntly: who is going to be breathing down my neck for a cut, $33 leaving me with absolutely nothing left over after the bills are paid?
My plan is to launch a sole proprietorship focused on intellectual services, with projected annual revenues staying under $85,000 $0.00 (meaning I’d stay under the threshold for collecting sales tax). For those of you already running your own shows, can anyone point out the "invisible" costs that everyone misses when they're too caught up in the excitement of the initial launch?
If anyone can shed some light on this, I’d appreciate it—not just for my sake, but for anyone else jumping into this grind without considering these specific details.

Since I'm just starting out as a small business owner—still finding my footing here—I need some advice on buying a computer through the company.
Obviously, all the software needs to be licensed, but I was wondering if I could just go with Linux since it's free, along with all its programs. Would using that cause any headaches with the IRS or anything?
Thanks to everyone for whatever info you can throw my way.
Karen Garcia5 said:Hey everyone, quick question here:
Is it possible to set up some kind of small business where I only pay taxes based on what I actually earn? I’m not looking for that standard setup where I have to shell out fixed amounts every single month (payroll taxes, or whatever they call them)—I mean, if I pull in $1,500 in a month, maybe I just give $667 part of that to the government?
Specifically, this wouldn't be a full-time 9-to-5 gig. It would be more on-call, and the income would probably be pretty low. Just some side hustle stuff, I guess, as long as everything stays above board 🙂
.
Thanks 😁

According to the second-to-last Census Bureau report, it was only about 5.2%.
I wonder what we're waiting for regarding the latest census results—perhaps the Republicans working over at the Census Bureau aren't particularly fond of the numbers and are busy tweaking them to fit their narrative?

I'm not interested in talking about the past. That’s why I said it before: we were never like you—God forbid—because you still haven't learned a thing from it. You really need to realize that you learn from your mistakes.
We’re doing fine wherever we land and wherever we feel it’s best for us. We don't worry about some imaginary political borders; God made the world for people to live in, and wherever we end up, we make it work.
Don't get so caught up in being racist; you know that doesn't lead to anything good in the long run. ☕

They’re using a symbol that looks like a plus sign, but without the bottom part of the vertical line.

keep on 👍
goldentrucker17 said:"dhimmi = the 'protected' status of Jews and Christians under Islamic rule... "
so, you're claiming Jews and Christians living in Muslim countries gave the Palestinians $7.6 billion 😕.
I honestly have no idea what point you're trying to make here 🤷
goldentrucker17 said:"Dhimmi"? "Kafir"? Look, I consider myself a pretty educated person, but I haven't the slightest clue what kind of jargon you're spewing here. Someone give me an American translation, please.

David Rogers18 said:And what about being "Israeli"? Are you seriously trying to tell me that Jews from Russia or Europe used to go around calling themselves Israelis?
David Rogers18 said:Wow, you sure have done your homework, haven't you?
So, we're looking at how 800,000 people back in 1948 grew into about 3.6 million descendants today.
And I was just reading that European Jews actually make up the majority of the Jewish population in Israel, which pretty much flips what you were saying about Jews from Arab countries making up two-thirds of the population there.
Also, why the air quotes around "Palestinians"?
If anyone deserves the quotation marks, it’s those "Israelis" coming all the way from the Amazon, Ethiopia, China, Peru, or Nigeria.😂
goldensailor15 said:...the narrative being pushed by these two guys and any other Zionist-leaning thinkers who happen to drift by is completely baseless... they just ignore the undeniable facts and go out of their way to belittle anyone holding an opinion contrary to Zionism. It’s pure trash, and every Jewish person who has ever spoken out against Zionism gets totally sidelined and discredited—including that guy Goldman mentioned earlier...
...Zionism isn't some legitimate struggle for statehood, despite how some people try to "explain" it; based on all historical evidence and actual actions, it's much closer to a Nazi movement...
...Palestine or Philistia is a land that has existed for a massive amount of time, and the UN tried to carve out two states on Palestinian territory (one Arab, one Jewish)... and here's another thing... denying that the name Palestine even exists is just a stupid way to ignore or pretend you don't know history. It's been mentioned since ancient times; Herodotus was calling it a "Syrian district" back in the 5th century BCE, which is likely where the name Palestine comes from...
...it also needs to be said that the Canaanites were living in that area long before Jews first arrived, and modern genetics directly links Palestinians to those Canaanites... that’s just another fact, and it completely shuts down that Talmudic claim that this is a Jewish land (the "promised" one)... it was only called that because when they first showed up, they lived there for a little while until they were kicked out by the indigenous population. Since then, they've been serving everyone from Pharaohs to others, developing this idea of being a "chosen people" (can you believe that postulation existed even back then?) all the way through to Mosaic leadership and those servants trekking back to that promised land where they only lived peacefully for a few years thanks to the hospitality of the locals who eventually drove them out...
...just a few quick points for those who clearly have zero clue about history but still defend the Jewish right to this land based on some holy Talmud...
...anyone who actually bothers to dive a little deeper into this topic will see that what Zionist propaganda writes is something entirely different from the truth...
...Europe really screwed itself over by allowing this apartheid entity to be created... which is why they're so obsessed with trying to "solve" this mess now...
...the future of this state as an aggressively Zionist apartheid entity isn't looking bright... maybe things will change if basic human rights are extended to everyone instead of just being reserved for Jews...

I doubt even Hitler or Marshall had more honorary degrees than him. 😉
Fine, maybe Tile did, but at least there was only one Marshall. 😍
