probably just a hormonal imbalance—you should probably see an OBGYN; they might put you on Provera to stop it or send you for some hormone bloodwork
I dealt with something similar once—Provera helps, but I also had high blood sugar issues, and nothing really settled down until I got my glucose levels under control with insulin
Not sure about the Garlic thing—but honestly, it makes sense. We probably have no clue how much of a powerhouse it actually is!
As for Lactogyn, they’ve got probiotics that settle into your vaginal flora and just keep working to balance things out by fighting off the bad bacteria.
I can't say for sure if it works—but I grab them all the time and take one or two a day anyway.
Can't claim I felt a massive difference, but hey, better safe than sorry!
There's already a thread about this here:
The last time I took them was recently when I had a nasty infection and some CIN 1 issues. I was on antibiotics plus two different vaginal suppositories along with them, and my follow-up Pap smear came back totally clear—no CIN and zero signs of HPV-related changes.
I wouldn't go so far as to say they were the sole reason—I mean, I'm not a total believer myself—but they definitely help. Sometimes you just need a little extra support to get rid of something.
I didn't quite catch what you were getting at here
Look, going to get a Pap smear is definitely the right move—smart, even—but let’s not make a mountain out of a molehill. It’s really not as scary as it sounds There are probably a million different reasons why you're feeling this way
I’ve got zero clue about those meds you were taking—can’t say if they're linked to bleeding this long—but usually, heavy flow is just some hormonal imbalance acting up. Honestly? Just go see a gynecologist. They'll probably order some blood work to check your levels or maybe just give you something to stop the cycle altogether

How does that even work?
edit: read the reply... sounds a bit sketchy, but maybe not entirely impossible.
I know two women who got pregnant right after their period ended, which also feels totally illogical.

The shipment is about 100kg and valued at roughly $600. I’m in no rush, so I’d prefer the most cost-effective shipping method possible—maybe some kind of consolidated shipping? If you know of any freight forwarders that handle groupage or have space to bundle my stuff with their existing shipments, I'm all ears. Thanks for any tips.
That's gonna be a tough ask—though hey, you never know, right?
Most people importing stuff just optimize the hell out of their shipping and pack those containers tight as a drum... plus, China is massive, so finding a match isn't easy.

Some people grab coffee together during breaks and hang out, but I’m just not the type to share my private life—I wouldn't dream of it. Still, I miss having even that basic, surface-level rapport. Right now, I don't even have that.

I honestly got the vibe she’s just waiting on a prescription name so she can bolt straight to the pharmacy.
And honestly, talking about some "cheesy discharge" doesn't really help when you're trying to deal with actual medical stuff.
One quick trip to the OB-GYN will clear her head entirely—she'll get her treatment, feel taken care of, and finally stop stressing about her own body.
I feel like way too many women brush off gynecological issues, even though they impact everything and can actually become serious health risks if ignored.
Maybe I was guilty of that once or twice myself—there's really no excuse for it, though. It’s just pure laziness and neglecting yourself, and let's be real, our health should always come first.
Plus, from experience, being overly "gentle" doesn't exactly help people wake up when it comes to managing their health.
I'm wondering too—is there even a clinic in the States that handles this kind of thing?
My situation is a bit more complicated... I've got quite a few health issues going on, so most diets are basically off the table—diabetes and all that sort of stuff.
Honestly, if I just had someone to actually guide me properly, it would mean the world.
To the OP: look, you aren't huge or anything, but dropping 30 lbs in a year and a half feels like a lot—makes me worry there might be something deeper going on. Have you actually gone in for any medical tests or anything?
Maybe start by getting your thyroid levels checked?
The way you put this—it’s like you’re reading my mind
It’s not a carbon copy, but you’re spot on about keeping people at work at arm's length
It's not like you're always going to take a massive hit, but sometimes being too real or sharing something personal feels a bit like casting pearls before swine
But then again—how are you supposed to maintain those boundaries when you're stuck in an office with someone all day, year after year? It isn't easy—honestly, maybe it isn't even natural
I'm running into this less often lately—maybe just part of growing up, or maybe it's just the nature of my job
And if you ask me, besides that, the worst scenario is when a boss gets way too close to a subordinate—it almost flips the dynamic entirely, where the employee basically becomes the boss😁 not officially, obviously—but in practice—yeah
Honestly, I think you should only swap out your intimate washes regularly—using the same stuff forever can eventually start causing irritation, you know?
That Dove chamomile one isn't bad, though there are plenty of other good options out there.
Linda Campbell said:Forget mouthwash—try using some Listerine instead. Use it as a gargle for your throat and mouth... honestly, it's incredible. You'll start thinking all that other stuff works wonders, too. I actually get a little little kick out of it myself when I rinse—I use those little disposable oral syringes. Seriously, give it a shot.
Is this actually a good idea? Who even told you to do that?
