Rosberg is absolutely dominating out there. He’s driving with such authority that he isn't even giving anyone a chance to catch his slipstream—even though back in Monaco, the gap was practically non-existent. Vettel really capitalized on the opening he was given, while Alonso and Hemoš were just middle-of-the-road performers. Kimi struggled, and honestly, Button was just terrible. Now, we all just wait for the spectacle in Canada.
If you ask me, the real losers here are Mercedes. They had such promising positions, and then they just completely fell apart. It’s like watching a powerhouse team suddenly lose their grip on everything. On another note, that battle between the McLaren drivers was pretty wild—just fighting tooth and nail for that single extra point.
I don’t know about you all, but I find this schedule completely nonsensical. We’ve got a mere week separating China from Bahrain, yet we had three whole weeks between Malaysia and China. You don't need a PhD in geography to see how poorly this is laid out; it would have been much more logical to have a break between China and Bahrain.
Jessica Taylor4 said:They chose the harder path. Everything will settle itself eventually, I suppose. But I’ll tell you one thing: if we end up facing the French, we're in trouble. They were playing against the Germans in those last ten minutes like a bunch of blind chickens—just zero sense of direction or strategy out there...
Regarding this matter—even though, theoretically speaking, Iceland could make it (though it's highly unlikely)—I'm curious about our track record against them. Specifically, what is our head-to-head score if we happen to meet in the quarterfinals?
My one major gripe here is that he didn't give the bench much breathing room. Because of that, the starters ended up getting unnecessarily worn down. We even lost Štrlek to the sidelines. And honestly, the guy just can't seem to stay healthy lately. 🤦

It’s reminiscent of what happened in Beijing—except this time, we were the ones holding the lead. Just a total, inexplicable meltdown where a guaranteed medal slipped right through our fingers. Honestly, even though we eventually got our revenge and they ended up taking bronze in London, I still can't stomach the memory of that loss. It stays with you.
But look, Vettel played this perfectly. He anticipated the whole race strategy, and now he's sitting at -4, which means the entire field is wide open again. It’s great to see those results from Mass and especially Kamuij 😍.
I'm happy about the finger, though it doesn't change much while Fernando Alonso is sitting on that throne. Honestly, I don't see much hope left unless the Spaniard suffers two consecutive DNFs. Hemoš is turning into the biggest drama queen of this part of the season. At this rate, Paul di Resta is practically buying his way into a seat at Ferrari with a performance like that.

Since then, I haven't missed a single match at the Rose Bowl, except for those few times we were banned from having fans, and one friendly against John Doe because my father passed away four days prior, so I had to be there with my sisters to support my mother. Every year, I’ve been a season ticket holder alongside my late father, and for the last four years, it's been with my boyfriend in the East Stand. I can't make it today because I haven't grabbed my season pass yet; last month I went totally broke playing maid of honor for a wedding and by Monday, I was out of luck because everything was already sold out. Why am I complaining? It’s not because I’m begging someone to sell me two tickets at face value—no, I’m asking every single Black Knight to break the hands of every scalper out there. Today, some guy actually tried to charge me double for two East Stand seats for $467. It doesn't matter; tomorrow I'll just watch the game with my grandpa's crew at the senior center in Zenta, while you scalpers find your hands have gone numb. In about ten days, it’ll be General Mills time—less circus, more actual fans. Forgive the rant on the off-topic board, but I just had to get it out. H Ž V - senior citizen 1950
