Look, I’m just an economist, not a doctor, but here’s how you read this: the first number is your actual measurement, while the next two are just the standard healthy ranges. Anything flagged with an H (high) or L (low) means you're outside those bounds—so in your case, lymphocytes are running a bit high and monocytes are dipping below the line. Did you actually get two separate differential counts done? Because based on your latest results, those lymphocytes have dropped down to 53 if that test was more recent. I’ll leave the technical deep dive to the medical professionals 😬
