If we assume there is something that doesn't vibrate—which makes sense, since it wouldn't depend on periodicity (like the cycles of human civilization or circumstances)—then theoretically, it would exist.
Because it is permanent. Because it doesn't vibrate.
Human consciousness is never going to shift in that direction.
